The bidder must have relevant experience, specifically in executing electrical works at EHV Level (132 KV And Above level in G/S and T/L), with the following conditions: - 1 Work Equivalent to 80% of the Estimated Cost. - OR - 2 Works each Equivalent to 50% of the Estimated Cost. - OR - 3 Works each Equivalent to 40% of the Estimated Cost. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in similar works, defined as commissioning, overhauling of power transformer above the rating 20 MVA and installation of C&R panels at 66KV/132 KV/ 220KV level, with the following criteria: 1. Experience in similar work under single contract, costing not less than the amount equal to 70% of the estimated amount of the project. 2. Experience in similar works under two contracts, each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated amount of the project. 3. Experience in similar works under three contracts, each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of the estimated amount of the project. For Joint Venture (JV) partners, collectively they should meet the criteria, and each partner should have completed at least 1 contract costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of the estimated amount of the project. The work experiences of the bidder shall be considered only if the works have been executed under Govt./Semi-Govt./autonomous body of Central/State Govt./Electricity Power Utility/ Power Deptt. in India only. The bidder is also required to submit a Completion Certificate of having executed and completed successfully works at EHV Level in the Grid stations and T/L, duly issued by an officer of such Organization, during the last five years.
