The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar electric completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar electric completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar electric completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, for joint venture firms, the lead partner should have successfully erected, tested, and commissioned electrical works of 33 KV/11 KV substation with at least 40% of the transformation capacity considered in the proposed bid. Each of the other partners should have successfully erected, tested, and commissioned electrical works of 33 KV/11 KV with at least 25% of the transformation capacity considered in the proposed bid. The bidder should also have prior work experience of erecting, testing, and commissioning electrical works of 33 KV / 11 KV in a single turnkey contract in the last 7 years, with installation of at least 25% of the transformation capacity considered in the proposed bid. Examples of eligible experience include erecting, testing, and commissioning 200 Kms of 132 KV lines and 50 MVA capacity EHT substation, making the bidder eligible for 33/11 KV or 66/11 KV substation part of up to 100 MVA capacity and lines up to 400 kms length, with the system created being in satisfactory operation for at least one year (12 months).
