Technically, the bidder needs to have experience in similar work(s) with a total value of at least: - 70% of the estimated project cost for a single contract, which is 0.7 * 361.68 Lacs = Rs. 253.176 Lacs. - 40% of the estimated project cost for each of two contracts, which is 0.4 * 361.68 Lacs = Rs. 144.672 Lacs per contract. - 30% of the estimated project cost for each of three contracts, which is 0.3 * 361.68 Lacs = Rs. 108.504 Lacs per contract. Additionally, for electrical works at EHV Level, the bidder should have executed works with specific values: - 1 Work Equivalent to 80% of the Estimated Cost, which is 0.8 * 361.68 Lacs = 289.344 Lacs. - OR 2 Works each Equivalent to 50% of the Estimated Cost, which is 0.5 * 361.68 Lacs = 180.84 Lacs per work. - OR 3 Works each Equivalent to 40% of the Estimated Cost. Formulas provided include: - Liquid Assets = unencumbered cash (and equivalents) + bank deposits with maturity less than 365 days + securities that can be freely traded or maturity less than 365 days + receivables which has general certainty of getting received - payables which has general certainty of getting paid. - Minimum liquid assets required = 10% of the estimated cost of the project. - Joint Venture criteria: (Lead partner's capacity >= 40% of minimum criteria) AND (Each other partner's capacity >= 25% of minimum criteria).
