Earthing arrangement by providing earth electrode of GI pipe 50 mm dia (B class) 4.5 20 meter long with flange including 6 SWG GI earth wire from earth pipe to connecting point on switch board to distribution board/pole etc. as per site requirement including masonry enclosure as per Tech specification at annexure 'A' relevant ISS & IE rules and site requirements. A suitable CI/MS/RCC cover as approved by Rly . Representative, cover with locking arrangement shall be provided.

Supply & recessing/fixing on surface 6 SWG GI wire for loop earthing as required as mentioned in explanatory note.

Supply, laying and connection with GI Strip GI 25x5 mm (galvanized) conforming to relevant IS and as per IS 3043/1987(or Latest Version) 300mm deep in ground/recessing in flooras required.

Supply & erection of 5M pole with double arm bracket hot dip galvanized octagonal pole with top 70 mm and bottom 130 mm around face made of 3 mm thick, steel base plate size 23 200x200x12 mm complete with appropriate sleeve at the top of the pole for mounting arm bracket 300 mm long suitable for LED street light fittings including casting, muffing with cement concrete foundation (1:2:4) painting, earthing and foundation GI nut, bolts with washer and smart pack junction box with single pole MCB and terminals as per explanatory note

Supply and erection of minimum 45 W LED Street light fitting operating voltage single 24 phase 230 volts AC, 50Hz complete with all accessories as per CEE/NR Specification. No.CEE/NR/121- Elect/PS/2018 (Rev '3') Dated 28.06.2018 & CCE/NR/121-Elect/PS /2019 (Rev.4) dated 04.11.2019 or latest respectively including connection with 2x2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated multi stranded FRLS copper conductor cable, testing, commissioning & earthing required and as per explanatory note.

Supply, testing, commissioning of 16 meter high mast system suitable for 9Nos. LED flood light luminaries (Min.150 Watt) with the help of suitable equipment including accessories control panel for high mast system. Each high mast shall also have one twin dome aviation obstruction light with 2 nos. LED lamp equivalent to BJAOL -2. Make BAJAJ, Osram, PHILIPS, GE. B10Note-Accessories includes 3 point suspension head frame, steel wire rope of suitable dia, double drum winch, galvanized lantern carriage & other arrangement for each high mast shall have one 25 Fedder Pillar box as per specification. Control panel includes the control circuit for lowering/raising operation of mast integral detachable power tool with motor including torque limiter time switch and lighting final including lines required for switching.Design / casting of shallow foundation of mast /panel shall be with M-20 concrete. Considering safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sq mtrs at 2 mt. depths.Foundation both,nuts, washes, anchor plates, templates should be made of Spl. Steel. Any alteration/modification shall be done as per site/tech. specification requirement to the satisfaction of Rly.Representative at the cost of firm. The tower shall be as per Tech. Specification at Annexure , IS, IE rules and site requirement.

Supply, installation,testing and commissioning of 150 Watt LED based flood light 26 fitting, operating voltage single phase 230V AC, 50Hz complete with led lamp & all mounting arrangement, accessories & flexible copper wire for connetion as per ISS/IR rules & as per CEE/NR Specification No. CEE/NR/121-Elect/PS/2018 (Rev.03) dated 28.06.2018 & CEE/NR/121-Elect/PS /2019 (Rev.4) dated 04.11.2019 respectively or latest

Providing SH rail post 1.5/ 2.5 mtrs. Long for safety of high mast. Work includes cutting of 50 or60 or 75 or 90 lbs capacity rails in pieces of desired length (1.5/2.5 mtrs.),digging of 28 pit and erection of rail pole (Rails will be supplied by railway and is to be collected by contractor from concerned SSE). The rail pole shall be erected over a cement concrete bed (1:3:6) of 15cm thickness and back filling of pit with excavated earth soil. The depth ofthe pit shall be 0.5 mtrs.or as directed by Site Engineer. These rail poles should be grouted properly.
