The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in handling Bridge projects, Highway projects, and Road Safety works. For Bridge/Structural Engineer, the experience requirements are: - Total Professional Experience in handling Highway/Bridge projects: 10 years or more, with 10 years experience worth 11 marks and additional 1 mark for each 2 years of experience, up to a maximum of 4 marks. - Experience in Design/Construction/Construction Supervision of Bridges/ROB/Flyover/Interchanges: 5 years or more, with 5 years experience worth 15 marks and additional 1 mark for each completed year of experience, up to a maximum of 5 marks. - Experience in supervision of Major Highway Bridges/ROB/Flyover/Interchanges: 2 bridges or more, with 2 bridges experience worth 15 marks and additional 2.5 marks for each additional bridge, up to a maximum of 5 marks. - Experience in supervision of Rehabilitation and repair of Major Bridges/ROB/Flyover/Interchanges: 2 or more, with 2 experience worth 8 marks and more than 3 worth 10 marks. For Road Safety works, the experience requirements are: - Experience in Road Safety works on Major Highway Project: 5 years or more, with 5 years experience worth 11 marks and additional 1 mark for each year of experience, up to a maximum of 4 marks. - Experience in Road Safety Audits of 2/4/6-laning Highway projects: 2 or more, with 2 projects experience worth 15 marks and additional 2.5 marks for each additional project, up to a maximum of 5 marks.
