The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing similar works during the last seven years. The bidder must have completed: * Three similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 1,10,91,918/- * Two similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 1,38,64,898/- * One similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 2,21,83,836/- The bidder must have completed at least 90% of the contract value of similar works. Alternatively, the required prior work experience can also be met by completing: * A single work of Rs. 2,21,83,836 * Or two works of Rs. 1,38,64,898/- * Or three works of Rs. 1,10,91,918/- The bidder's experience and resources will be evaluated based on their past performance, and they must demonstrate availability of personnel with qualification and experience. The bidder must also have an average annual turnover of at least Rs. 35 lakhs for the last three years.
