Point wiring with multi stranded FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable single core of 1.5 Sqmm drawn into and including PVC casing and caping 'ISI marked' of 20/30mm size as required, terminated in MS sunken box suitable for housing of switches, socket, regulator etc, covered with 3mm thick bakelite 'hylam' laminated sheet cover complete with all accessories, fixing arrangements on wall /roof/floor by means of drilling by heavy duty hand drill and fixing with PVC rawl plug and screws including single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable of 1.5 sqmm for earth continuity conductor (green colour) and connected to earth dolly for one light/fan point controlled by one way switch, complete all as specified & directed.

Fan regulator, deluxe socket type (electronic step type) for 1200/1400 sweep AC ceiling fan including taking down old unserviceable fan regulator, complete all as specified and directed.

Notes for Srl Item No. 05 to 08 (i) Unit rate includes for cutting chases whereever required and sinking for boxes, making good to walls / floors etc., complete, including white wash / colour wash as directed. (ii) Uniform coding of wiring i.e red / yellow / blue for phase black for neutral and green for earth is to be maintained.

Sub main wiring with two runs of 4.0 Sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed cable upto and including 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through in and including PVC casing caping of suitable size 2.0 mm wall thickness (ISI marked) with all fittings and fixing accessories, surface type on walls, roofs etc including one run of 2.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor for earth continuity wire in green color , complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Two runs of copper conductor 4.0 sqmm and one run of 2.5 Sqmm copper earth wire including PVC casing caping will be measured and paid as one unit only.

Repairing of tube light fitting 1x36/40 watt by replacement of the spares like electronic ballast bi pin holders complete all as specified and directed incld wiring with suitable size wire. Note : Spares will be measured and paid seperately.

1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 m apart including 4mm dia suspension GI wire with stranded conductor 10 Sqmm twin core cable flat or circular including taking down old unserviceable service connections, complete all as specified & directed.
