Supply, Installation, commissioning and testing of Diesel Engine Generating Set with accoustic enclosure of capacity 62.5 KVA at NTP/MSL 50Hz at 1500 RPM, 0.8 PF, 3 Phase, 4 wire complete with canopy and silence proof system mounted on common base plate with flexible coupling meeting with the requirements of latest BS/IS and complete all as specified and directed. Prime Mover:- Prime mover suitable for driving alternator 62.5KVA capacity having the suitable BHP at 1500 RPM for rated output for alternator in accordance with latest BS/IS specification with electric starting device with all standard fittings and 1 Nos batteries of 12 Volts, 150AH with battery charger (Make;- Exide/Amaron/HBL). Engine over speed safety mechanism shall be incorporated. The engine shall be equipped with standard fittings as per manufacture's recommendation. Engine Instruments Panel:- All relevant parameters shall be conventionally displayed on complete panel thereby providing easy monitoring of lubricant oil, pressure, coolant temperature, battery charging, Ammeter RPM, Hour metre and starting switch etc. Fuel Tank:- New fuel tank of 12 hours capacity will be installed as per the manufacturer's requirement including all necessary pipe connection from fuel tank to engine and over from engine to tank. Note:- (i) The engine and alternator shall be factory assembled in case of M/S Greaves cotton, division factory premises and in case of M/S Cummins India at authorized GOEM for the Northern Region is M/S Sudhir Gen Sets. (ii) Net cut out should be 62.5 KVA after considering due derating factor.
