M & L for preparation of new rough cast plastered surface of walls, priming plastered and other surfaces with a coat of alkali resistant priming paint and applying two coats of cement base paint (camouflage pattern or any colour as approved by Engr-in-Charge) upto max of four storey and below including scaffolding compelete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of new plasterd surface of walls and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, Alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of 100% required shade (Company Depot tinted) in (camouflage pattern or any colour as approved by Engr-in-Charge) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.50 litre/10 sqm over new surfaces complete upto max of four storey and below including scaffolding all as specified and directed

M & L rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing plastered new surface of wall and applying one coat of primer on plastered surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint and applying two coats with distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted incl applying 1 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surface of any description of wood, steel, iron, concrete, brick, stone etc over 10 cm girth of width not otherwise described, priming with alkali resistant priming paint and applying two coats of fire resisting paint complete all as specified and directed

M & L rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered and undecorated surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white washing complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor, (unreinforced) and paving not exc. 15 cm thick (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C 2 (40 mm graded aggregate ) as in plinth protection, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including forming joint to full depth at every 3.0 mtr interval and every change of direction and filled with mixture of bitumen and sand (1:3) by weight complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stoneswork and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed

M & L for walling of random rubble stone masonary uncoursed well bonded , bedded and solidely hearted built in cement mortor 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base of floor, finished even and fair, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation as cushioning for laying of paver blocks complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid.

M & L for machine pressed glossy finish precast concrete with grey cement and pigment interlocking paver block (coloured red/yellow) any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed gloosy finish cement concrete chequered tiles of size 300x300x25mm (coloured red/yellow), jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments to match the colour of fills including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Water proofing treatment to floor & vertical surfaces of sunken portion complete comprising the following: - (a) After demolition of floor & lime concrete etc. remove all loose particles along with existing water proofing treatment (any no. of layers) with wire brushes and cleaning the surfaces with water. (b) Brushing cement slurry with 1.2 kg of cement per square metre duly blended with & including water proofing compound. (c) 15 mm thick (Average thickness) plaster in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with WP compound on sunken surface including walls. The corner of sunken portion shall be rounded in concave shape and adequate slope shall be made during plastering to accommodate sump pipe and curing the sunken portion with water minimum for 48 Hrs by ponding.(d) Applying self adhesive type APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing not less than 3.6 kg/ Sq. m and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gm/Sq. m),(e) M&L for PCC 1:7 :12 for fillin of sunken portion after conceling all menbrane and sealing all joints to the entire with broken bats and light weight all as satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note Only floor area will be measured.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for joint free Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick of cement plaster (1:6) complete all as specified & directed.

Providing of anti termite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron., complete all as specified.

Anti termite treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors, complete all as specified.

M&L for filling up of screened (stone, aggregate free) earth in drepressed areas of traverses and embankment including levelling, ramming, watering and consolidation in layers not exc 30cm thick including rolling complete all as specified and directed Note : Rate shall be included bringing up of earth from outside MoD land, transportion and filling up at given site.

Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in any type of soil from traverse, demolition of existing drain pipes (RCC or SGSW or AC of any dia), laying of 900mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed with collars including concretd bed with suitable slope and refill the excavated earth in traverse levelling, ramming, watering and consolidation in layers after fixing of RCC pipe and making good all as specified and directed

S & F transparent fibre sheet glass 4 mm thick plain ordinary quality and fixing with white silicon using silicon fixing gun in square not exc. 0.5 sqm in each pane including hacking out old broken glass of any thickness of any description complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repairs wire netting of stainless steel wire 1.4mm dia and average 20mm fixed with tinned tacks of stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed

S & F Steel rolling shutters without ball bearing with thickness of lathes 1.25mm including top cover anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer and erected in position push, pull or manual type including taking down existing unserviceable rolling shutter complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repairs steel ball bearing suitable for rolling shutters for smooth functioning of rolling shutter complete all as specified and directed

M & L for applying two coats of fire resistant paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl preparation of new steel surface complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repairs 200 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length fixed to wall with rubber ring joint, ISI marked including dismantling old PVC pipe complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repairs 200 mm bore (any radius) PVC (SWR) bend , ISI marked complete all as specified and directed

S & F steel ventilator with top hung / fixed type shutter including hinges, steel peg stay including fixing 3mm thick glass pane and taking down old ventilator of any description complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repairs mild steel framed work such as grills, grating, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railing, frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs. (-) 54050.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II. Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount Note: Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
