75mm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) pf granite, trap or basalt spreading and compaction with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dirt and mud of water sunken surface in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good by appling tack coat on bituminous surface with cationic bitumen emulsion RS-1 grade conforming to IS:8887 @ 5 Kg per Ten Square Metre, putting in Pre-mixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, binded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of pot holes exc 30 mm complete, all as specified and as directed.

Sand cushioning under floors including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall ( 100% water proofing design according to 65 ) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm ( shank 65mm ) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V / 0.3 watt one NI -ed rechargeable battery ( 1.2V / 1600MA ) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No. 1 to 3 : (a) Preparation of mix in hot mix plant, spreading by self propelling mechanical paver and rolling and compaction by set of rollers as specified in particular specifications shall be carried out. Hot mix plant may be installed at any distance but the contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the required temperature of mix under all conditions till it is laid and compacted. Unit rate against these items shall include for carrying out the works with deployment of these machinery for which nothing extra shall be payable and no delay in completion of work shall be acceptable on this account. (b) To achieve marshal stability of 1050 KN and all as per SSR Part-I Clause No. 20.B.4. (c) If qty of binder contents is less than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ, it shall be adjusted at supply only rates of paving bitumen @ Rs 60.00 Per Kg and if qty of binder contents is more than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ no adjustment shall be made.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines,dashes,arrows etc and the like not exc 10 cms wide on road pavement with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour conforming to BS-3262 -1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Premix bituminous macadam with 4% paving using bitumen VG-30 paving grade ( 50 -70 penetration) bitumen binder, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness upto maximum 75mm), complete, all as specified and as directed. Note: Repair to pot holes any depth not exc 1 sqm each depression in patch over 50mm, shall also be carried out under this item.

Applying evenly a priming / tack coat with paving bitumen @ 5 Kg per Ten Square Metre mechanical sprayer, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc for black top surfaces, complete all as specified and Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bitumen emulsion SS-1 at 5kg per 10 sqm by mechanical sprayer incl Bituminous premix semi-dence asphaltic concrete (Desined mix) 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix (using paving bitumen VG-30) mixed in fully auto hot mix plant and laid with mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specied and as directed.

Hardcore of broken stone or boulder of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.
