Dismantling water tanks of any description, exc 250 ltr but not exc 500 litre capacity and removing from site, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concerte (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No-22 above but except steel (mild steel obtained from dismantling), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of distemper on walls over newly plastered surfaces of wall incl preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bed blocks, coping, benching and similar work including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning, threading for refixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanized steel water tubing, 20 mm bore, medium grade, with all fittings , fixed complete to walls, ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble stone masonry brought upto course, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or untreated steel surface of any description exc. 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 (usinf WPC @ 3 % by weight of cement) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated steel surface of any description exc.10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2nd class hard wood as in scantling clean sawn, timber fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS work as in wind ties for roof including securing bolts ,flat iron fillets including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-210 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Ball brass valve, high pressure, with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete of 20 mm bore dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp, PVC, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar (1:4) with mixing of water proofing compound @ 3% in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for laying APP based polymeric membrane and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : Polymeric membrane & WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this Schedule 'A').

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. of exc 500 ltr but not exc 1000 ltr capacity, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks triple layer (cylindrical vertical with closed top ) hoisted and fixed in position, including over flow and drain out pipe complete of 500 litre capacity , all as specified in SSR Part-I, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing tarfelt including tiles and Demolition of lime / cement concrete & screed bed complete from roof surfaces including parapets and lowering without disturbing the existing RCC roof slab and removing the same to a distance exc. 50m and n. exc. 100m including roughening of old concrete surface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust etc., complete all as directed and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position of exc 250 ltr but not exc 500 ltr capacity, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description & position, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old steel galvanized tubing of 20mm bore including all fittings in new or old position as in walls, ceiling, floors etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.63mm thick class-8 galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Plain, galvanised, 0.80 mm thick mild steel sheeting in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) Class VIII fixed with `L' hooks or cranked bolts etc in lieu of screws, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling of size 605 x 605mm with hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long 6mm thick calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600mm x 600mm grid complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or untreated surfaces of wood or wood based surfaces of any description exc.10 cm. in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or old wood surfaces of any description and girth, not other wise, described and treated with creosote oil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatrment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top :- (a) Applying bitumenous primer @ 0.4 ltrs per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surface. (b) Over the priming coat laying one layer APP based polymembric membrane of approved manufacturer 3mm thick, weight not less than 3 Kgs per Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester febric, weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60cm (min) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Note :- (i) Laying APP bassed polymenic membrane shall be done torch on method or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturer's instruction. (iii) APP bassed polymeric membrane shall be manufacturered by (i) M/S Pidilite Industries(ii) M/S Texsa India Limited (iii)IWL India Limited (c) Applying two coats of Aluminium paint over APP membrane.)

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sq cm and over in section in any position, framed work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel structural works as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam,tee,angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc Fe 410W(Gde E-250), quality 'A' ccomplete all as specified and directed.
