Removing existing paint by scrapping with TruCare Wall Sander L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) or equivalent as recommended by the manufacturer and approved by the GE, having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and applying 1mm thick waterproof cement based putty @ 1Kg (undiluted) per Sqm of Asian Paints or its equivalent over the plastered/ old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Step 1) Mix the putty powered by adding 40-50% water and mix it with Putty mixer (Trucare Putty mixer capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute). Step 2) Apply the prepared mixer by manually. Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.

Sanding of the putty surface with Asian Paints TruCare wall sander: L-01/H-01 or equivalent (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) or equivalent as reccmmended by the manufacturer and approved by the GE, having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and applying, one coat of acrylic waterbased interior/exterior grade primer @ 0.8 itr (undiluted)/10Sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application of Asian Paints Trucare Graco or equivalent as recommended by the manufacturer and approved by GE, having an electric motor of min 1 HP with a flow speed of min 1 itr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and applying two coats of smooth acrylic emulsion with rich matt firish having voc less than 50 grams per Itr complying leed criteria @ 1 Itrs (undiluted)/10Sqm diluted with water in 2:1 ratio applied over priming ccat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application of Asian Pairts Trucare Graco or equivalent as recommended by the manufacturer and approved by the GE, having an electric motor of min 1 HP with a flow speed of min 1 Itr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI A low 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note: (Applicable to Sri items No. 4.00 to 8.00 Here-in-above) (i) At the time of uploading bids each tenderer shall upload a copy of MOU towards triparty agreement between tenderer. Manufacturer of Paints from Asian Paints/Berger Paints/Goodlass Nerolac Paints and their Applicators, for materia and execution of work from any of the said manufacturers. Financial Bids of only those bidders shall be admitted whosoever shall upload a legitimate MOU. 2. Terms of the MOU so entered between tenderes, Applicators and Manufacturers mentioned above shall also cover the gaurantee from manufacturer of paints for any defec: in work executed by their applicator for a period of 3 Years. All other aspects with regard to payment, execution of work or other legal points shall be solely as decided between the tenderer, Paint manufacturer & Applicator. Department shall in no way be responsible for any complicacy arising at a later stage between the parties to MOU with regard to payments or execution of work. 3. (Applicable to Srl items other than covered under Note 1 to 5 here-in-before). The plaster work shall have to carry out height upto 15mtr high and in paches. The contractor shall have no claim of the height and including scaffolding, ladder and for necessary safety arrangement etc. for complete the work. (ii) The work shall be executed in restricted area and head loss etc. The contractors are advised to consider this aspect while quoting his rates. Nothing whatsoever on this account shall be admissib e at later stage.

M&L for applying two coat of oil bond distemper on walls after preparation of newly plastered surfaces over a coat of white primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Complete removing existing treatment using grinding machine/ Mechanical means (as per instructions)on walls including scraping,removing all mud,cake with wire brush and gunny bags from old plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint on walls after preparation of newly plastered surfaces over a coat of white primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered /unplastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered /unplastered surfaces of wall and applying one coats of oil bound distemper on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered /unplastered surfaces of wall and applying one oil bound distermper on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of old undecorated surfaces of walls, soffits & facias of beam, chajjas etc and applying one coat of weather proof Acrylic based paint (100% acrylic) exterior grade complete all as per manufacturers instructions including scaffolding, ladder upto 25 mtr height etc and all as per manufacturers instructions all as specified & directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L two coat of Appex Paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint over old/ newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparing surfaces after complete removal of existing treatment complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes for item No 01 to 16 :- The plaster work shall have to carry out upto any height and in paches. The contractor shall have no claim of the height and including scaffolding, ladder and for necessary safety arrangement etc. for complete the work.

M & L 1mm thick Birla white/JK white putty over a coat of primer incl scraping, filling properly un even area and fainily finishehed surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for finishing walls with textured exterior or interior paint of required shade for new surfaces with two coats, applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior or interior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as spfd and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Prepartion of new wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described, exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and removing demolished material out of MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & labour for 75mm thick cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in subbase complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, arpons etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm, set jointed and pointed with neat cement slurry incl 20mm thick screed bed or bedding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
