Supply and Fixing of Flameproof cum Waterproof LED Bulk Head light fitting of 60W, IP66 protection of Cast Aluminum alloy material and Heat and Impact resistance toughen 'A' clear glass having Anti corrosive epoxy powder coated finish complete with all accessories pre wired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installing LED flood light 100 watt 230 V AC outdoor/indoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, efficacy 120 lm/watt, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp including mounting arrangement i.e. GI bracket bend type made up from GI pipe 40mm size, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of flameproof wiring for submain with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable, multi stranded, single core, FRLS type, 1100 volts grade 2 x 4 sqmm complete drawn in steel conduit along with 1x 4.0 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable, multi stranded for continuous earth wire including making good the disturbed surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of factory made load line DB's double door verticle type made out of CRCA mild steel sheet with insulating material like polyester epoxy quoted surface mounting 4 way VTPN 415 volts, vertical type, surface mounting with suitable busbar, neutral link & earth link suitable for MCCB TP as incomer & MCB SP/TP as out going complete including MCCB 63-100 A four pole breaking capacity 16 kA for incoming, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of MCBs, SP, 6-32 Amps, 230 volts,10 kA rupturing capacity, B curve type, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of MCBs, SPN, 32 Amps, 230 volts, 10 kA rupturing capacity, C curve type, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of MCBs, TPN, 25-63 Amps, 415 volts, 10 kA rupturing capacity, B curve type, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fixing of air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long on PCC block, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Work include making of PCC block for mounting of Aluminium Spikes

M&L for laying Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles, insulator ceramic for mounting of earthing and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground with complete accessories, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commisioning in replacement of factory made (CPRI test certified manufacturer) LT feeder pillar box of suitable, outdoor type, floor mounted, double door, cubical compartmentalized type of size (80cmx60cmx45cm) suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz supply system all as specified and directed having busbar chamber with insulated aluminium busbar 200 Amps rating (100% neutral) installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof made of 3 mm (outer) & 2 mm (inner compartment door) CRCA sheet duly powder coated, panel mounted on angle iron 40x40x6 mm frame having 4 Nos legs 45 cm long of 40x40x6 mm angle iron, 15 cm grouted in PCC of ratio 1:2:4 and 30 cm clear space front ground level. Front & back opening type with aprons for cable entry with locking arrangement including internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cables of suitable size, thimbling and cable entry boxes with cable glands. The scope of the work also includes supply and fixing the following :-

INCOMING:- (a) MCCB 100 Amps,25 kA rupturing capacity, Ics=100%Icu ,4 pole, 415 volts, 50 Hz, Microprocessor based release type - 01 No. (b ) Voltmeter digital type 0-500 Volts, flush type with 3 way rotary selector switch -01 No (c) Ammeter digital type 0-100 Amps, flush type with 3 way rotary selector switch and 3 Nos CTs of ratio 100/5 Amps - 01 No (d) Indicating lamp (LED type) RYB - 01 Set of three OUTGOING:- (a) MCCB 63 A, 25 kA 4 pole 415 Volts-04 Nos. (b) Indicating Light on 220 V AC. (c) Control MCB SP 6 A- 01 No (d) Auto Manual Selector Switch-01 No Note:- The rate of PCC on which panel is grouted is deemed to be in quoted rate by the contractor.

Supply, laying or passing through pipe, in trench underground cable PVC sheathed, XLPE insulated armoured LT 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of size 35 Sqmm, 3.5 core including making electrical connection with thimbles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cables or other items and getting out soil in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed in a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point of any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable provided with a layer of sand 8 cm depth before laying of cable and 15 cm depth after laying and stretching the cable, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured & paid.

M&L for well burnt sub class 'B' bricks of nominal size 230X115X75 mm abutting each other for mechanical protection of cable with width equal to lenght of brick, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting of bitumen road/PCC road/hard standing for laying of GI pipe and passing of cable including making good to disturbed surface with PCC 1:4:8 and matching with existing surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying, fixed to the wall GI tubing light grade of size 50 mm bore for cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plate earthing complete with galvanized mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and including GI wire 4 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth (Plate) electrode at one end and connected to main switch board /panel/ test point at the other including watering GI pipe (medium grade) 20 mm bore from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode and 20 mm GI pipe light grade for earth strip protection complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less that 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to 32x6 mm GI strip as earthing lead by means of brazing after tighten by bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers from earth pit to test point with protection GI pipe of size 50mm dia light grade and providing masonry enclosure including watering GI pipe (medium grade) 20 mm bore from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode and 40 mm GI pipe light grade for earth strip protection complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- GI strip 7.5 mtr included in the quoted rate from earth pit to test point

Note :- An amount of Rs. 21,538.00 on account of credit schdule for Sch 'A' Part-II Shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
