Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Factory made machine pressed precast concrete coloured interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment, any shape, size and design as approved by Engr-in charge conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Factory made machine pressed precast concrete coloured interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment, any shape, size and design as approved by Engr-in charge conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 grade, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40mm thick sand cushioning for laying bed for interlocking paver blocks including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Chequered coloured cement concrete tiles of size 300 x 300 x 25mm thick, with grey cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry, laid in floors, over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base under flooring of path/ hardstanding etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains including forms/ moulds etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Precast cement concrete type 1: 2: 4, type-B1 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs, chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces, set and jointed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6m mean radius with old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per the description of item No. 16 here-in- before but except bricks, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Walling of random rubble masonry with best quality stone, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted and built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali-resistant priming coat, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc. 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, in hard/dense soil and making good surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel work as in Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) Including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed. to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified & directed

S&F in repairs galvanised 2 strand 2.24mm dia steel barbed wire, barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm (approx) spacing and straining and fixing to any type of post, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised MS wire , staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and as shown on drawing including straining bolts, complete all as specified & directed. NOTE : Each line of wire to be measured separately.

S&F in repairs punched tape concertina coil (including spike and handle) with 56 loops and 600mm dia, Max covered length 8 RM, having a core wire of high carbon spring steel of high tensile strength. The punched tape and cover wire (2.5 +- 0.35mm dia) shall be heavy galvanized (IS-1730) (Wire-275GSM & strip-200 GSM) to provided protection against outdoor exposure. The punched tape shall be mechanically crimped over the core wire and then formed into a coil at various parts of the periphery of the coil. The width of strip as 19mm and spacing of blades 24.00 +- 0.5mm C/C. The weight of each coil shall be 8 +- 0.5% Kgs without packing material and coil length 8 Mtr (maximum) when opened up each coil would with bituminized hessian cloth for providing protective packing. Note: The weight of concertina coil shall be ascertained by BOO convened by GE 861 EWS and the payment shall be made accordingly.

S & F MS TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of old surfaces of walls, plastered or unplastered including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on wall, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 30 above but applying one coat of cement based paint on old surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all specified and directed.

Note:- work to be carried out up to 6 to 7 Mtr height.
