Supply and fix in replacement Pressure transducer control device differantial type all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Hp/Lp switch as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling Refrigerant gas R-407_A for AC plant compressor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement copper tubing of existing 3/8 " size at cooling coil assembly complete all as specified and as directed

S & F in repair air filter core (HEPA Filter) for package type AC plant for suction line complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of expansion valve all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair and maintenance of humidity controller, heater including internal wiring and replace of any part of internal body all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement strip heater double tube (3KW) for 10 TR package type AC plant complete all as specified and directed.

Repair replacement of in repair of scroll compressor of cap 12.5 tr , with its parts orbiting scroll, crankshaft drive pully,tip seal housing, cooling fan ,internal oil pump, motor, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair V-Belt for motor B-79 all as specified and as directed.

Repair and servicing of blower with complete accessories as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of pipe 50 mm GI pipe(Heavy grade) with complete accessories nut bolts , welding complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed of 15 mm bore all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling the unserviceable electric motor any type or of any capacity upto 5 HP and transporting to authorised workshop, taking out old and burnt winding wire and rewinding with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge and size with insulating materials, varnishing and baking etc, re-fixing the same at site and re-alignment, testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Cost of transportation and all petty spares required/from dismantling to recommisioning deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply and fixing Pressure Guage analog type 0-100 PSI including removing old unserviceable pressure gauge all as specified.

Supply and fixing power contactor TP 415 Volt 50 Amp as required at site including taking down old unserviceable contactor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing power contactor TP 415 Volt 10 Amp as required at site including taking down old unserviceable contactor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing power contactor TP 415 Volt 15 Amp as required at site including taking down old unserviceable contactor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement HRC fuse set 6 amps all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Pressure release valve of size 1/4" all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in replacement hand shut up valve brass with iron wheel of size 15mm all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement volmeter/Amp meter all as specified and as directed, its equivalent make as approved by GE

Nitrogen testing for the any capacity of compressors including condensing unit and gas piping complete as per the manufacturer instructions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge. Note :-(i) Pressure should be held with out any drop in pressure inside the unit continue for 24 hours. (ii) The rate for nitrogen gas are included in the quoted rates.

Supply and fixing of 50 mm bore CI butterfly valves with matching flanges,gaskets, hardware duly insulated with pipe section fabricated to shape complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing monoblock pumps including dismantling and opening the pump, repair/replacement of defective impeller,replace the worn out bearing impeller, stuffing box, back plates, gland packing mechincal seal and rusted nut, bolts etc assembling property , greasing all movable parts, fixing in position, testing and commissioning all as directed for the 03 HP to 05 HP pumps.

Supply and fixing indicator lamp assembly complete LED type suitable for the existing system supply voltage for the existing system supply voltage 230V / 440 V AC including taking down old indicator lamp assembly complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L in replacement for providing acoustic lining to the ducting by using FG crown 200x25mm thick rigid board density 32kg/m3 covered with RP tissue & 28G aluminium perforated sheet & using GI nuts, bolts & washer for the entire duct complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L in replacement for thermal insulation of duct using adhesive & FG crown-150 factory laminated covered with aluminium foil of 50mm thickness complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connecting to galvanised iron strip of size 25x4 mm (as earth lead wire), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised and earth wire protected by provision of galvanised iron pipe light grade, 40mm bore including provn of concrete pit in PCC M-15, type B-I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick precast cover of size 550 mm X 550 mm X 75 mm of RCC M-15, type B-I, reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/ Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia mild steel bar handle made to shape, galvanised iron medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and including earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion.

Supply, laying and testing in replacement of cable XLPE insulated,galvanised steel strip armoured,1100 volts grade with multistranded aluminium conductor of cross-sectional area 70 sqmm; 3.5 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/walls and connection with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing including removing old unserviceable item complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement rigid non-metallic PVC conduit 40 mm dia medium grade including conduit accessories for encasing the cable from looping box to street light fittings on PCC poles/on wall surfaces as per site requirement with neccessary base saddles all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit Amount as per Schedule of credit as details given on Srl Page No 23 of tender doucments.
