S & F mild steel work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Collapsible steel gates, top hung,consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc., as specified, erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over coat of red oxide primer colour as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 5 mm thick solid PVC Wall Lining /panelling solid Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing provide bae for overlapping of linning and sealing the same at top and bottom if reqd at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

SCH 'A' PART-II (E/M WORKS)

Taking down carefully aluminum/copper point wiring (light/ fan/socket or power) complete with fittings such as switches, tube lights, ceiling rose, pendants, regulators, MCB DB, MCBs, Main switches from control board and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floor to match with existing specifications complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS for one light/bell/buzzer point controlled by one switch or one fan point controlled by one switch & fan regulator with PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) 1100 volt grade cable for phase & neutral drawn through & including riged surface PVC conduit,( heavy duty, 19/20mm dia, ISI marked, with and including new modular sunken boxes and suitable size of frame, cover for mounting switch, socket and regulator fixed on surface in touch with wall including 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded FRLS cable as earth wire and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed including cutting chases to wall and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing specifications including taking downcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
