M & L for sub main wiring with two runs of single core FRLS PVC insulated, multistranded unsheathed copper conductor cable of size 1.5 square mm and drawing through PVC conduit of 20mm dia with accessories on surface in wall/roof along with one run of 1.5 square mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded 1100 volts grade with copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor connected to earth and earth dolly, connecting to main board duly making good the disturbed wall surfaces to match with the surroundings including taking out old UNSV complete all as specified and directed. Note: 3 runs of 1.5 Square mm cable and 1 run of PVC conduit with accessories shall be measured as 1 unit of running metre.

S&F Aviation LED light Pressure Die-cast aluminum housing with Red polycarbonate cover, Integral driver, Supper flux 5mm 302 Nos LEDs incorporated, IP65 & Wide operating input voltage range 170 – 270VAC with auto ON/OFF (automatic ON at night and OFF at morining sensor used LDR) including taking down the existing old UNSV complete all as specifed and as directed by Engr- in- Charge. Note for Item Serl No 1 to 4 :- (a) The Lightning arrester and aviation light to be fixed on over head water reserviour. (b) The unit rate quoted deemed to be included all scaffolding and other mechanical equipment and working in RCC OH Tank. (c) The rate quoted by contractor deemed to be included all safety precautions which shall be taken while working on RCC Over Head Reservoirs and the contractor or his Engineer shall be available during execution of the job.

M&L in repairs for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 15 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32x6mm (up to 7.5 m in length from earth plate) by means of bolts and nuts checknuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified and shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part I Including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC 13:6 type C1 chamber with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 40 mm thick cover with MS rod 8mm dia at 150mm c/c in both ways as reinforcement, watering funne, 20 mm dia light grade for protection of earth electrode, 20 mm dia Gi pipe light grade for watering complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge and tested on completion Note The rate sinclusive of necessary earth work, RFR and removal etc, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. size 25x4mm galvanised iron strip all as specified.

Material and labour for dismantling old glow sign board and S&F Schematic Diagram Display Glow Sign Board, suitable for indoor type, the box of board made up of 20 Gauge GI sheet of over all size 2.00x2.00x0.2Mtrs with smooth fininshing and internaly fixed with two Nos LED tube light fittings and connected items such as electrical wiring required from the nearest point all as required at site and front face of the board covered with Flex sheet duly printed by the approved schematic diagram matter & logo etc., should be by means of Digital computerised printing machine of approved colours and duly MS/GI Hinges to be provided in the board for firmly fixing on the Wall including necessary nuts & bolts with washers etc., required at site all as directed.

Material and labour for dismantling old board and S&F for Provisioning of vinyle sheet not less than 4 mm thick blue/red in colour duly cutting the matter & logo etc., should be by means of Digital computerised printing machine of approved size and shape as directed including necessary connected items screws, nuts & bolts with washers all as required at site and duly fixed on wall/door all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for Synthetic insulated Rubber Chequared mat of size 2 Mtrs x 1 Mtrs, Class B suitable for 11000 Volts, IS:15652 (2006), IEC/BS EN 61111:2009 is all as directed. Make:- Joyti, Raychem, 3M

M&L for connecting water sample in clean container from variuos locations i.e treated water from UG sumps/borewell/Raw water from Jhelum and getting the same tested from the Govt approved laboratory for bacteriological and chemical test complete all as specified and as directed by Engr -in -Charge.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Mechanical Seals by modifying the stuffing box in 100HP split casing pump set and retrofitting of mechanical seal (One seal) for ambient water application of bellow type with complete cartridge and seal faces of C/SIC face combination, secondary seal in viton along with gland plate incl taking down existing gland packing with stuffing box setup complete als as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Eagle, Burgman, John Crane, Flowserve.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and cleaning of surroundings of sewage/ drainage installation by cutting vegetation, bushes, grass etc. and surface dressing and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for seven stage cleaning and sterilization of inside the RCC/ Steel Underground/semi underground/Over head/Sedmentation/clear water sumps of following capacity UG sump/semi UG reservoir through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC G5/Inchor-5/NB-10/ TERBAC-G-65/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 AND ULTRA VIOLET RAY. Make: Rays Cleantech/ Inus watertech/ Satya enterprise. Seven stages are as under:- (a). First Stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering system. (b). Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G10/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company and scrubbing the walls of the tanks. (c). Third strage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump. (d). Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is decertification by using TERBAC-G5/ Inohor-5/NB-10 a Govt Laboratory certified brannded halogen compound. (e). Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of water tank by industrial vaccum cleaner. (f) . Sixth stage is the second bacterio screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray within the tnk and kills all suspended bacteria. (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified, branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65/Inoxi-60/NB-69 for following tanks/sums:-

NOTE:-(i) Cement will submit Govt laboratory test cert of TERBAC-G5/INCHOR-5/NB-10, TERBAC-G65/ INOXIi-60/NB-69, before cleaning, fix the sticker mentioning the date of cleaning & Name of site and also provide cert confirming the completion of the sterilization of water tanks mentioning the Name of station and date of cleaning. All the cleaning & sterilization staff should be under accidental insurance coverage. (ii) Outlet pipe of OHT should be plugged before cleaning the OHT to avoid entering scals and the same shall be reconnected after cleaning the OHT and the quoted rate is deemed to include for the revision. (iii) Sterilization team will be comprised of at least 30 % members who are minimum 03 months certificate holder in water tanks sterilization. (iv) Contractor will be responsible for rectification of complaints occurred during cleaning the tank. (v) The work shall be carried through specialized agency like Rays Cleantech/ Inus watertech/Satya Enterprise.

Material and labour for Cleaning of Clarifocculator/Jack wells/washouts for the following capacity as described below :- (a) Before start the cleaning of Clarifocculator/Jack wells/washouts are to be disconnected from all inlets/outlets of pipeline and plug with suitable fitting. After cleaning, pluged line should be washed out and connected to the all inlets/outlets of pipe line as per existing position. (b) The inner surface of the walls and ceiling of the tank shall be cleaned with high pressure jet pump after emptying the water in the tank (c) After thorough cleaning of the tank, the cleaning water and sludge is to be removed by using pump and the sludge has to be disposed off at a place as directed. (d) After removing the sludge from tank the tank shall be cleaned thoroughly by using high pressure water pump first and again the floor and inner surfaces of the tank shall be cleaned by using a industrial vaccum cleaner and the tank shall be made fully dirt free. (e) After made the tank dirt free, the inner surfaces of walls and ceiling of the tank shall be treated with anti bacterial agents.

Note for item No 14 to 15.03 : (i) The unit rate quoted deemed to be included draining of water with mechanical equipment and working in water and mud etc. (ii) The rate quoted by contractor deemed to be included all safety precautions which shall be taken while working on RCC Over Head Reservoirs/UG & Semiunderground Sumps/Jack wells/Filter beds/clariflocculator plant and the contractor or his Engineer shall be available during execution of the job. (iii) Lighting arrangements if required to be provided by the contractor temporarily at his own arrangements and the amount quoted for that is deemed to be inclusive in the unit rate. (iv) Contractor will not be allowed more than one day to do the work inside the each tank to prevent interruption of water supply.
