Sch 'A' Part -XVI (Misc Items Work) Note : This Schedule is not Pre-Priced by MES and the Pre-Priced rate indicated as "Rs. 0.00" under col.5 signifies this fact only.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of flameproof EOT crane electrically operated on 3 phase 415 Volts over head crane of capacity 5 ton including electrical and mechanical parts, control panel, cable, double girder and DSL system, etc . The crane shall have electrically operated vertical and horizontal movement complete and shall be provided within the igloo including all accessories for lifting the goods, etc. The overhead crane (EOT crane) specifications are as under:- (a) Span = 9.5 mtrs (b) Capacity = 5 Ton (c) Power supply = 415 volts 3 phase at 50 Hz (d) Longitudinal traverse speed = 20 mtr/min (e) cross traverse speed = 15 mtr/min (f) Crane hoisting speed = 3.0 mtr/min (g) Hoist travelling height from floor of igloo = 5 mtr (minimun) (h) Bay length =36.5 mtr (i) Gantry girder for OEM bay length 36.5 mtr suitable of capacity 5 Ton EOT

Note:- The EOT crane shall also be provided with suitable capacities and no of squirrel cage motors including starters for main hoist -01 nos, Cross travel-01 no, long travel -02 nos with suitable VVFD drive, suitable control panel box including MCB/contactor/overload relay, push buttons station etc. Crane shall also be provided with suitable hydraulic thruster type BREAKING SYSTEM for main hoist cross travel and long travel . Drum couplings with suitable dia wire ropes of min tensile grade of suitable N/Sqmm connected with "C' SHANK type hook with safety latch shall be provided. Wheel -04 nos, 200mm dia for long travel and 160 mm dia for cross travel. PLATFORM with full length on each side of bridge girder with rubber cushioning shall be provided. Crane has to be provided with two coats of zinc chromite followed by two coats of golden yellow synthetic enamel paint. Note : Any other item like LT Cable of suitable size from control panel to bus bar of crane in steel cable tray etc required for smooth & efficient operation of the crane will be part of the item and no extra amount will be paid on this account. Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 60x60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground preferably in vertical position (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earth lead srip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron including PCC pit 1:2:4 type B-1 pre cast RCC cover slab of size 550x550x75mm with suitable built in handle made from 12mm dia MS round bar, excavation and earth work in any type of soil 20 mm dia bore medium grade galvanised iron water tubing fixed with cast iron funnel and wire mesh at one end and 40mm bore light grade galvanised iron protection pipe for earth lead strip upto 7.5m length, charcol, common salt complete all as shown in electric plate No 5 of SSR Part I connected to equipment complete all as specified and testing on completion.

Road safety convex mirror of size 450mm dia complete all as directed.

Supply installation, commissioning & testing , air cooled , Sound Proof Silent type, , diesel Engine driven Generating set 15 KVA (at 0.8 PF), 415 V, 3 phase, 4 wire engine as per IS: 10001/10002 and alteration as per IS: 13364, complete with control panel in an integral acoustic enclosure as per recommendations of latest CPCB norms, comprising of the following: Notes : Quoted rates shall be deemed to include:- (i) Supply of T and P and normal spare i.e. Bi-hexagonal ring spanner set of 12 pieces - 01 Set oil/fuel filters. (xix) Water temperature gauge, lub oil pressure gauge (xx) Speedo meter and engine running hours meter (xxi) Display for fault (b) ALTERNATOR :Synchronous alternator 3 Phase 4 wire, 50 cycles 1500 RPM , self excited, self regulated, brushless type, 0.8 PF, 415 V, AC supply, 15KVA capacity, copper wound, complete including necessary tools, mounted on strong rigid steel fabricated base frame and directly coupled through flexible coupling with diesel engine, complete all as specified. (c) CONTROL PANEL : Control Panel factory made of suitable capacity as per Original Equipment Manufacturer make & specification or as approved by OEM for DG Set of cap 15KVA of suitable size, consisting of following - (i) Contactor of suitable size for 15KVA DG Set. (ii) Copper bus bar of suitable current rating and sensitivity relay set unit with auxiliary CTs. (iii) Electronic latch circuit with tripping indication . (iv) Re-set facilities. (v) 3 Phase MVR relay unit with single-phase protection complete with 2 No NC auxiliary contacts. (vi) 3 phase AVR relay unit complete. (vii) Self sequential starting relay unit 12 volts DC complete with alarm and power contactor. (viii) Electronic timer 220 volts for main contactor with 1 No NC auxiliary contactor.

(ix) Electronic timer 220 volts for fuel cut off operation with 1 No NC auxiliary contactor. (x) Battery charging 12 volts 10 Amp complete with digital voltmeter and Amps meter, including trickle & boost charging, make as recommended by the manufecurer. (xi) Volt meter 0-500 volts panel mounting of size 96mm square with selector switch digital type. (xii) Amps meter 0-100 Amps with 3 Nos CTs, 400/5 and selector switch 96mm square digital type. (xiii) Frequency meter (45-55) Hz, 415 volt, 96 mm square digital type. (d) Fuel tank of capacity as per manufacturer recommendations suitable for min 12 hrs continous run. (e) Base frame made out of suitable channel duly reinforced and provided with adequate numbers of anti vibration pads to ensure minimum vibration as recommended by manufacturer. (f) Battery maintenance free of 12 volts DC of suitabl AH as recommended by OEM , make as recommended by the manufacturer, along with the connecting leads and battery stand as per recommendations of manufacturer. (g) Acoustic enclosure with natural air circulation without loss of any power for ventilation fan. The enclosure shall be modular in construction with hinge.

(h) Provision of PCC foundation as per manufacturer’s design & drawing / instructions. Foundation drawing will be vetted by GE before commissioning. (j) Accessories: All accessories and maintenance spares, battery with connecting battery leads and fastening, complete all as specified and as per the spare list with generator set.

All accessories prewired with appropriate size copper strip or wire thimbles etc. All as required including foundation(including PCC and excavation) as directed by Engnr-in-Charge. LLDPE septic tank designed to carry sewage and sludge water, comprising earth work , excavation, returning filling, disposal of surplus spoils to a distance not exc 50 mtr from starting point in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation, 200mm thick, vent shaft, connections etc.for 10 users (2000 litres) including all fittings, fixtures, testing on completion complete all as specified.

Soakage well 1.20 mtr dia and 3m deep ,excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 brick masonary honey combed with top ring of M-25 (Design Mix) including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonary in cement mortar (1:4), RCC cover slab of RCC M-25 (Design Mix), intercepting pipe of RCC/ DWC complete filled with bricks bats, complete all as shown on drawings and as specified.

Flame proof LED light fitting 100 Watt on wall, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum housing with heat resistant toughened glass, with LED, driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories like flame proof flexible metallic conduit etc including connections all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Flame proof cum weather proof distribution board 4 way including one incomer 32 Amps DP & 2 Nos MCB SP 16 Amps as outgoing made out of cast aluminium alloy LM-6, IP-55 with anticorrosive epoxy powder coated complete all as specified and directed.

Earth filling on top of roof 600mm thick exceeding 1.5m high up to 10.5m from base complete all as specified and directed.

Deduction to be made from BOQ for Sch 'A' Part - XVII (Schedule of credit) Amount of Rs. 7,65,990.00 during AOC. Note: Tenderers shall not quote for this schedule.
