DWC Pipe ( Double wall corruguated) confirming to IS: 14930(Part-II) along with necessary Snap fit Coupler for interconnection Suitable for HT Cable of size 70 & 150 sq.mm (90X 76 mm as diameter) all as specified & directed.

Taking down the unserviceable / moistured HT Cable from the under ground system. Supply , lay test and commissiong of HT Cable XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable ( heavy duty) with aluminium conductor , 11000 volts earthed grade cross sectional area as illustrated below:-

Painting to steel tubular swaged pole of Overhead lines (11 Mtr long) complete with and including comprising the following works :- (a) Scraping out wornout old paint and making the surface smooth. (b) Painting the pole and all MS work mounted on pole with two coats of synthetic enameled paint (Aluminium shade) as directed by Engr-in-charge. (c) Forming five nos coloured bands at lower portion of pole each 300 mm wide alternatively with white and black colour (or any colour as approved by Engr-in-charge) synthetic enameled paint and marking pole no. with black and white paint complete all as specified.

HT gang operated air break switch 11 KV, 3 pole vertically mounted type, mechanically operated, mounted on steel frame with operating mechanism, worked from ground level for current upto 200 Amps with drop out fuse elements of required capacity, GOD/switch having 100 MVA rating at 11 KV and 12 insulators suitable for 11 KV, 50 C/s including mounting on HT poles and necessary electrical connections complete all as specified and directed.

Drawing out the SF 6 / RMU from the Circuit system of 11 KV , Servicing the Circuit breaker by checking the following parameters for proper functioning using CTC for clear off the carbon deposited. a) Checking / fault diagonises of Isolator & earth switch mechanism slips b) Checking of Gas inside the tank. c) Checking the functionality of relay protection system d) Checking the Mechanism of isolator module and vcb module e) Checking the voltage presence indicator f) Checking the comlete control wiring for tripping/ closing / indication system Necessary spare parts shall be measured as Supply only in following items.The labour charges are deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate for this item. Note : a) Servicing shall be performed by authorised service personnel of OEM i.e M/s ABB b) Servicing certficate shall be provided to engineer-in-charge. c) Replacement of minor spares like Push button lever, Green push button, red push buttons and shaft for operating handles etc. are inclusive of rate quoted by tenderer.

Spare parts of VCBs (Make: As suitability for VCB Crompton Greaves, siemens, ABB Schneiders) complete, all as specified and directed.

Vacum Interrupters

Dehydration and filteration of existing serviceable transformer oil at site or at factory permisses of any type,any capacity,any rating transformers till it achieves the required dielectric strength upto 50 KV at 2.5mm gap using dehydration plant complete, all as specified and directed.

Topping up of transformer oil of good quality having not less than 50 KV dielectric strength,flash point not less than 135 degree C, having low viscosity for filing complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Savita/Power oil/Servo oil as per IS 335 of 1983 all as specified. Note: Draining out old unserviceable oil & filling process is deemed to be included in quoted rate in respsctive item.

Taking proper shut down in writing and disconnecting the LT and HT electric mains from transformer of capacity 63 KVA to 500 KVA, removing the lid/cover for inspection to facilitate minor repairs at site , replacement of HV/LV bushings of aluminium of required current rating , draining out the transformer oil reassembling the transformer, refilling the transformer oil (new or old) installing, commissioning and testing at site complete, all as specified and directed.

Shifting of transformer of capaicites (63KVA-500KVA) from the Premises of ( MPH Premises) to workshop for necessary repairs. Reshifting the transformer Post repairs from workshop to CPH (Premises) with help of hydra/crane/any other lifting devices .

Rewinding of HT/LT coil conforming to the original winding of the transformer of any make/capacity with super enamelled cooper wire/strip or DPC copper wire of appropriate gauge and turns including allied materials complete, all as specified and directed.

Taking down the old corroded / damaged HT Poles from site including supply and fixing Steel tubular swaged pole erected to truly vertical or planted as strut complete with 6 mm thick MS Base plate,welded to pole,finial taper cap, bolts, nuts, screws,11 Mtr long, type 410 SP - 55,including drilling of holes of required size for fixing of cross arms,painting the exposed surfaces of pole with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and with two coats of black bituminous paint on the portion embedded in concrete, and marking pole no. with black paint at suitable height all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- The earthwork, PCC foundation, steel clamps, MS Cross arms & bracing of angle iron etc will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch ‘A’

Painting of transformer of following capacity with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of grey colour by spray complete including preparation of old surfaces, removing, cleaning of oil, grease etc. all as specified and directed.

Surface Dressing/Cleaning of various 11 KV sub-stations free from vegetation of any type including trimming of tree branches, bushes, creepers, etc. complete all as specified & directed. Note: The frequency of surface dressing shall not be less than 2 months

Supply and spread stone aggregate of size 20 mm in sub-stations/electric yards including levelling complete all as specified.

Trimming of tree branches upto 75 mm dia to clear the route of HT/LT over head conductors in switch yards and open joints upto 3m from the conductor including removing the cut branches from site and depositing at places n exc 50m all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- 1. One/more tree branches covering 3m shall be considered as one unit. 2. The frequency of trimming of tree branches shall not be less than 2 months)

Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp and supply and fix new Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp .11000 volts, including taking down old, complete all as per specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable/corroded ACSR Conductor of any size from existing over head lines completed and supply, lay and fix aerial bunched cable 11KV grade stranded and compact aluminium phase conductor of size 3x120 sqmm + 1x70 sqmm (bare messenger) with Aluminium alloy. The phase conductor shall be insulated with XLPE (Sioplas) compound Aluminium as per IS-14225-1995 including all fittings such as anchor clamp, suspension clamp, line connector, service clamp, insulator piercing connectors, end joints kits for taps from bare line etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing Aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size on poles including streatching, binding properly on insulatorincluding taking down old ACSR conductor, complete, all as specified and as directed

Construction of platform for transformer 3m (wide)x 3m (long) & 1.5m (height) including moorum filling and PCC at top 10 cm thick (1:2:4) type B-1 and foundation with 1:4:8 type D-2, 25cm thick & 80cm wide (with offset of 100mm on both the ends of brick wall) all as per drawing provide by the department including plastering to exposed walls and white wash, providing MS channel on top of size 75x40x8mm of 1.5m length for rolling to transformer, including chain link fencing of wire mesh 150x100 size made out 4mm dia GI wire of height 1.5m fixed with the help of MS strip 25x6mm on and including MS angle iron 75x45x6mm thick 12 Nos post by the means of drilling holes at the distance of 30cm and fixed with the help of suitable nut, bolt and washer, the length of MS angle iron not less than 2.25m top of post bend to the shape of 60 degree including 03 Nos cuts for inserting barbed wire including 03 run of barbed wire and including provision of gate of size 1.5mx0.9m made out of MS angle iron 50x50x6mm and MS bar 12mm dia for meshing to the gate and locking arrangement including PCC foundation 1:3:6 for posts all as specified and PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in platform etc complete all ssary from work, complete all as specified and as shown on drawing No. CEUZ/TD/1516/15 sheet 1/1 including dismantling old platform.

Mild Steel work as in chequered /GI sheets/ cross arms fabricated complete with nuts bols and washers etc including taking down old, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Calibration of the Numerical relay system in HT Breakers (11kv) calibration shall be done by primary injector kit. Necessary plug Setting and injector shall be done Test report for the said calibration to be submitted to the Engr-in-Charge.
