Material and Labour for Sub class ‘B brick, old size, brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable with width equal to the length of the brick for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 with (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 with (using 20mm graded stone crushed aggregate) as in coping of poles and foundation of stay etc including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured HT electric power cable (heavy duty) 11000 volts grade with aluminum conductor 6.35 KV (UE)/11 KV (E) grade, cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3 core as per IS-7098 suitable for earth system laid in trenches including taking out old UNSV cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured HT electric power cable (heavy duty) 11000 volts grade with aluminum conductor 6.35 KV (UE)/11 KV (E) grade, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core as per IS-7098 suitable for earth system laid in trenches including taking out old UNSV cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing, commissioning and testing of Aerial bunched XPLE insulated with aluminium conductor stranded 11000 volt grade 3 single core cross sectional area 95 sqmm and one 70 sqmm aluminium conductor messenger for cable including anchor clamps made out of MS angle 32x32x6 mm complete with clamps and nuts and bolts for cable on poles including dismantling of existing over head conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repairs Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE HT armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Make all as mentioned in Annexure-1

Material and labour in repairs Cable end jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for out door type termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with all jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE HT armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sq mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour in repairs Cable end jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for out door type termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with all jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE HT armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240 to 300 sq mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for out door termination heat shrink type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for single core ABC aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm including taking out the unserviceable/brunt jointing kit complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp suitable for 11000 volts conforming to IS including taking down old unserviceable lightening arrestors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing air break switch gang operated (GOD) triple pole with drop out fuses mechanically operated, mounted on insulators (15 insulators) & steel frame with operating mechanism & operating rod of GI pipe 25mm medium grade with necessary clamps to be operated from ground level 11 KV grade working pressures and current upto 400 amps etc including taking out the unserviceable gang operated device after disconnecting the electric HT supply, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replcement of structural steel work conforming to grade Fe-410S as in cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections, including , nuts, bolts, washers, welding , bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat of zink chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint for 11KV insulation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of MS bars (round, flat or square) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding into halves made to shape to suit the cross section of poles including dismantling old UNSV, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) for HT lines on PCC/steel tubular poles, streching without kinks and bends including aluminium binding wires of size ferret to Dog as per load including taking down old existing unserviceable /old ACSR conductor from over head lines complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing stay assembly complete comprising of 16mm dia, 40cm long stay bow rod 16mm dia x 1.8 Mtr long galvanised stay rod threaded and with nuts including 300mm x 300mm x 6mm thick plate GI, stay wire, stay clamps and necessary clamps for any type of pole etc as shown on plate No. 1 on page 495 of SSR Part-I, 2009 complete including taking down unserviceable stay assembly all as specified and directed (Note: Loop type insulator, excavation and concrete work shall be measured and paid separately).

Dismantling insulators any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing loop type insulator with complete fitting porcelain, vitreous white or brown large size with over all dismensions 90x140mm, clearance of hole 25.5mm all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height,150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green, single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement galvanised steel stranded stay wire size 7/3.15mm for stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.

Restretching of ACSR conductor of any size of over head lines LT/HT on poles including binding with insulators, jointing jumpers etc including connections of incoming and outgoing cables complete all as specified and directed. Note: (1) ACSR conductor required for winding etc is deemed included in quoted rates. (2) The distance between two poles shall be considered as one span for measurement proper.

Cutting, trimming of hanging/ extended braches of trees upto a distance 3 meter from the overhead HT/LT line and making the line clear upto the entire length of the feeder including removal and disposal of the cut tree branches 50 meters away from the site complete all as specified and directed. Note : The Rates shall inclusive of T&P, hydraulic ladder, equipment such as motorised diesel operated hacksaw etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 1. One span comprises of 3 to 5 conductors of any distance between one pole to adjacent pole including trimming of all tree branches in vicinty & around poles /conductor & will be measured as one span. 2. Necessary prior permission shall be obtained from concerned Engineer-incharge before carrying out the work. 3. All safety measures & insurance to the staff undertaking the Job shall be the Contractor's responsibility.

Material and labour for erection of steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-55 (11 metre long) with 300mmx300mmx6mm cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws and making holes as per requirement all as specified, including factory painting with two coats of black bituminous paint internally throughout complete and externally for embedded portion and applying one coat of red oxide primer making 05 Nos strips each, alternative white/Yellow & Black strips of 30 cm height upto 1.5 mtr above ground level/coping with two coats of aluminium paint for the remaining height complete all specified and directed. (Note: Excavation and earth work, GI pipe, clamps shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items.)

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode , 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts and washers, check nuts of GI steel as shown in electric plate No 03 of SSR -2009 Part-I, all as specified and indicated complete and including charcoal , dust and salt etc and GI protection pipe medium grade 40mm and GI watering pipe 20mm light grade with funnel and wire mesh, 40mm thick pre-cast RCC M-15 (nominal mix) cover reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4kg/sqm with suitable handle of 6mm dia MS bar and angle iron 40x40x3mm frame for pit cover , PCC (M-15) nominal mix pit including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil , removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50mtr and connecting , testing on completion all as specified and directed. Notes: 1. Earth lead & protection pipes length upto & including 7.50 metre is deemed included in unit rate quoted by the contractor. 2. Earth filling shall be done by vegitable soil. 3. Soil shall be free from stone, boulders, aggregate, gravels .

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode , 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron wire 4mm dia as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of GI up to test point , GI tubing 15mm bore medium grade protection pipe , GI watering pipe 20mm bore light grade with funnel and wire mesh , charcoal , and salt precast PCC 1:2:4 (Nominal mix ) cover with suitable steel handle , and angle iron 40x40x3mm frame for pit cover , PCC 1:2:4 pit including earth work in any type of soil , removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50mtr and connecting , testing on completion all as shown on electric plate No 03 of SSR -2009 Part II complete all as directed. Notes: 1. Earth lead & protection pipes length upto & including 7.50 metre is deemed included in unit rate quoted by the contractor. 2. Earth filling shall be done by vegitable soil. 3. Material and labour for GI pipe in replacement ( Light grade ) for protection of HT cable fixed to walls/ poles/road crossing including suitable size clamps complete of size 80mm bore, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for new digital ammeter programmable suitable for 11 KVA VCB range having 1A/5A ratio suitable flush pattern square type 96mmx96mm with adopter including wiring complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for new digital voltmeter programmable 96mmx96mm suitable for 11 KVA HT VCB panel axiliary voltage 0-500 volts as per installed panel make and model or equivalent complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for spreading of graded course aggregate 40mm nominal size (thickness min 15cm) to be spread over sand 10cm thick including surface excavation and removal of complete vegatation and levelling and brick work using old size class B complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of HT steel pole of any size including cross arms from top to bottom with two coat of synthetic aluminium enamel paint including 5 Nos 30cm wide strip of black and yellow paint with two coats of synthetic enamel paint alongwith writing word "HT", and pole No complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge. (Note-T&P & ladder for painting will deemed to be included in quoted rate.)

M&L for painting of HT PCC pole of any size including cross arms upto 1.5 metre height from bottom with two coats of synthetic aluminium enamel paint including 5 Nos 30cm wide strip of black and yellow paint with two coats of synthetic enamel paint alongwith writing word "HT" and pole No complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge. (Note- T&P & ladder for painting will deemed to be included in quoted rate)

Supplying and fixing danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and coventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts, nuts of approved size for HT 25x20 cm size including dismantling old UNSV existing notice plate complete all as specified and directed.

Repair /servicing /Calliberation to HT panel of (Make : Crompton) having vacuum circuit breaker 11 KV rating of capacity 250 MVA and current rating up to 630 Amp by replacing following defective/wornout part, adjustment of gaps for smooth operation all as detailed below:- (a) Cleaning of VCB with air blower and removing dust particals. (b) Cleaning of insulating places of VCB by using CTC/CRC/Thinner as required and recommended. (c) Checking the arcing contact gap of vaccum intrupter if gap exceeds the permissible limis, readjust as recommended. (d) Cleaning the main contacts to remove carbon or any other unwanted particals if visible. (e) Dismantling and cleaning the insulated surfaces and arc barrier with CTC and CRC. (f) Checking/ repair replacement of all electrical/ manual operation of panel including measuring IR values. (g) Checking of all nuts/ bolts. springs, levers, latches, connectors etc. and adjustments as required and recommended. (h) Recording IR values of CTs and PTs (j) Cleaning of bus bar spout. (k) Cleaning of all moving parts for proper functioning of VCB and adjustment as per manufacturer recommendations. Note: (i) Service will be carried out through Service Engineer of Manufacturer only. The service engineer so hired should be the manufacturer employee only. No employee of authorized dealer shall be hired for servicing of VCB. (ii) The cost of minor spare parts i.e nut and bolts, springs, grommets, dust cover, ring of isolator contacts, clips, pin for release prop. "Y" Phase shround, over ride stop pin etc essentially required to make the panel serviceable shall deemed to be included in the unit rate by contractor.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified.

Supply only new transformer oil low viscosity approved make as per IS 355 of 1992 and min di-electric strength 60 KV all as specified and directed Note: (i) Test certificate from manufacturer of oil shall be provided by the contractor. (ii) Supply shall be given in sealed containers and empty containers shall be Govt Property.

Filteration and dehydration of existing transformer oil including heating continuously till obtaining the desired dielectric strength complete including taking result of transformer oil before/after filteration and dehydration of transformer oil all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (The dielectric strength to be achieved 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap after completion of de-hydration and filteration).
