Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying dry river sand, laid in trenches for cable protection, as 08cm thick below the cable and 15cm thick above the cable, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying reinforced concrete cable cover class HV, type1, flat, size 300x180x40 mm size, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in trenches/ on wall in repairs GI tubing, medium grade, laid in trenches, road crossing, cable protection of the following sizes as in repairs for following sizes :-

(a) 80 mm dia

(b) 100 mm dia

Dismantling of existing old unserviceable ACSR conductors of any size and type and S&F new ACSR conductors including stringing through existing RCC/ steel poles, fixing in insulators, jumpers with polythene pipes and aluminium binding wire etc, complete of all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Rates for alumnium tape, binding wire shall be deemed to include in quoted rates.

S&F in replacement of Mild steel cross arms, channels, bracing, supports, clamps etc, fabricated from structured steel, sections including nuts, bolts, washers etc and cutting to required length, bent to shape, drilling holes, fixed on poles or jointed by means of electric welding complete including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement disc type insulator, porcelain vitreous, brown or white, suitable for 33 KV HT working pressure of size 145mm height x 255mm dia including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washer and one GI nut, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement pin type porcelain vitreous, brown or white insulator, suitable for 33 KV HT of working pressure of size 150mm height x 150mm dia, including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanished iron washer and one GI nut, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement cable jointing kit for 11KV grade cable for Outdoor termination, heat shrink type joint, complete with jointing material and accessories, suitable for 3 Core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning XLPE HT cable, PVC insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable, heavy duty with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade (earthed) of size 3 Core 95 Sqmm, laid in trenches / floor / duct / fixed on poles through GI tubing in different locations/ areas, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement post insulator, suitable for 33 KV HT, working pressure in GOD / DO arrangements of any description, complete all as specified and directed.

Repairing / Servicing the air break isolating switch of HT 33 KV 200/400 Amps by replacing the defective major spares including provn of minor bolts, nuts etc, complete all as specified and directed. NOTES :- Major spare parts shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items of BOQ.

Supply only following 33 KV Air Break Switch spares, complete all as specified and directed :-

Male contact/ moving contact blade.

Female contact / fix contact jaw.

Rotating contactor pipe for upto 200/400 Amps.

MS jumper carrier.

Back connector plate.

S&F in replacement including testing and commissioning of (GOD) gang operated type air break isolating switch, horizontal / vertical type mounting complete, double break and operation rod of suitable length 400 Amps capacity and suitable for 33 KV HT supply, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement including testing and commissioning of (GOD) gang operated type air break isolating switch horizontal / vertical type mounting complete, double break and operation rod of suitable length 400 Amps capacity and suitable for 11 KV HT supply, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement lighting arrestor, zinc oxide gap less type, station class suitable for 33 KV /10 KA, complete with all fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of HT 33 KV MRS at Manasbal consisting of steel poles / ISMBs, chain link fencing, cross arms, GOD pipe, clamps etc. having of any description and applying one coat of aluminium paint by manually, complete all as specified and directed. NOTES :- (a) The rates are inclusive of painting all minor items such as clamps, brackets, nuts, bolts and washers which is not particularly mentioned in this item. (b) The painting work will be carried out during Holidays only to avoid electric shut down.

M&L for removing of vegitation, grass, scrubs and bushes growing in sub station yard along with fencing by manually / mechanically and keep the sub station yard neat and clean, complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (a) Unit rates quoted is deemed to include vegetation cleaning once in three months and to keep the installation neat and clean through out the period of contract and each cleaning will be measured and paid separately. (b) Neccesary tools shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt.

S&F in replacement including testing of metering & protection current transformer oil filled, outdoor type of 33 KV capacity ratio 100-50/5 or 200-100/5 class=5P, 10/1 15 VA including dismantling old existing CT, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Calibration and testing record should be properly maintained.

Taking down carefully the existing 11 KV/ 433 V distribution transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 500 KVA by disconnecting HT overhead connection/ underground cables and earth strips etc. from any sub station/ locations using suitable capcity of crane or by any other method irrespective of type of approach available, loading in vehicle, transport to workshop for repair and unloading carefully. Reloading the transformer after repair and testing, transport to site and unloading including placing at given position and re-commissioning, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- All the T&P required for disconnection, loading and unloading including necessary petty items such as bolts, nuts, washers etc shall be arranged by the contractor and rates for the same deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M&L for repair of transformer step down 11 KV / 0.433 KV of any type of capacity 100 KVA to 250 KVA after dismantling the transformer body carefully, opening the top cover of transformer for inspection / repair, drain out the transformer oil from the tank complete, taking out the core and winding assembly by disconnecting the internal connections, removing the carbon/ sludge deposited in transformer housing core, renewal/ replacement of unserviceable rubber bushes and washers, replacement of tap changer winding and thimbles, replacement of silica gel, replacement of top cover gasket set including pasting with pasting material, replacement of worn out nuts and bolts, replacement of unserviceable LT & HT bushes, cutting the burnt out winding and re-winding the same with suitable size of super enamelled copper wire as per existing guage, insulating the winding connection by using fire proof sleeve and fire proof tape, varnishing the coil, keeping the coils in electric oven chamber for 24 hrs to remove the moisture, painting of complete transformer body from outside and inside by weather proof type using spray gun, marking of MES/SM Number etc, replacement of conservator tank glass, re-installing the core and winding inside properly, making the all connection with suitable copper lugs, re-filling of dehydrated transformer oil including dehydration, re-installing the top cover after cleaning and painting of housing, conservator tank, expulsion vent etc, meggering the LT and HT side of the transformer and testing, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Winding wire including labour for making of coils and LT/ HT bushes shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

All as per Ser item No 27.00 here-in-above but capacity of transformer 11 KV/0.433 KV, 300 KV to 500 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling of fresh transformer (Make : Power oil/ Castrol oil/ Pure Lubes) of BDV not less than 60 KV for topping up of reduced level of transformer due to evaporation/ leakage/ losses due to dehydration in HT 33 KV transformer/ distribution transformer 100 to 500 KVA or for replacement complete including removing of old unservicable transformer oil, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Proper document should be maintained by the contractor.

M&L for conducting oil filtration by stream line/ vacuum type filter machine to remove the moisture/ carbon particles to improve required BDV of oil 50 to 60 KV for 1 min for power transformer & as BDV of oil 40 to 50 KV for 1 min for distribution transformer including routine testing after filtration for any capacity of transformers/ CT/ PT units, complete all as directed. NOTE :- The contractor shall change the filter assy before starting the filtration of power/ distribution transformer of any capacity in presence of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacing silica gel breather clear view type including first fill of good quality silica gel of capacity suitable for 100 KVA to 300 KVA transformer, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacing silica gel breather clear view type including first fill of good quality silica gel of capacity suitable for 315 KVA to 500 KVA transformer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for super enamelled copper conductor wire of suitable gauge and size as per requirement for rewinding the HT/ LT transformer/ VCB of any capacity and any make, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs the following spares for outdoor VCB 33 KV 800 A 750 MVA fault level 36V-26/2000 & VCB 11 KV 400 A 25 KA 250 MVA, complete all as specified and directed.

Closing coil 24/30V DC .

Tripping coil 24/30V DC.

Antipumping device 24/30V DC.

33 KV porcelain bushing for VCB Top.

33 KV porcelain bushing for VCB bottom.

Earth Fault and over current relay of L & T Model No MC31A 24-110V.

Digital type power factor indicator meter.

M&L for servicing of 33 KV VCB/ 11 KV VCB/ bus coupler by dismantling, cleaning, greasing the complete VCB with attached relays bus bar etc. insulation testing, setting the contact gap by measuring as required re-assembling the VCB and reinstalling back to its original position checking and repairing the current circuit panel wiring, replacement of new spares as required complete including operational testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- New spares parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

M&L for carrying out primary & secondary injection test of 33 KV or 11 KV indoor / outdoor type current transformer (Set of three) of VCB's by using standard injection test method and checking the electrical circuits for fault condition, all relay testing and proper functioning including submitting the test report, complete all as specified and directed. NOTES :- (a) PIT/SIT for VCB will be carried out in 6 months intervals and each primary & secondary injection test will be measured and paid and considered as one unit. (b) Proper document should be maintained by the contractor.

M&L for carrying out servicing or repair / maintenance of AVR by disconnecting electric connection, nuts bolts etc and checking AVR & buck booster and its connection like motor, rollers, contactors, carbon bush assembly or any other part as directed and required for proper functioning of buck booster at site complete and re-fixing in same position, complete all as specified and directed. NOTES :- (a) All T&P required for disconnection, connection and minor spare not mentioned here-in-before including necessary petty items such as nuts, bolts etc. shall be arranged by the contractor and rates for the same shall be deemed to included in quoted rates. (b) Spares like carbon roller, bush assembly etc. if replaced, shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this BOQ.

Notes :- An amount of Rs. 2,81,610.00 on account of Credit Schedule for Schedule 'A' Part-II shall be deducted from total quoted amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
