Dismantling old unserviceable earth pit including electrode plate/ pipe and material and labour for modern maintenance free marconite conductive concrete based technology earthing system with same or different place as directed with copper bonded earth electrode (03 metres) inluding backfill compound and other accessories as required and connecting with copper strip 25x3 mm (upto 7.5 mtr max) in position with HDPE pit cover all as specified and as directed and having following specifications:- a) Fixed Carbon 98.5 % b) Ash, Volatile and Water 1.5 % c) Sulphur Content 1.5% Maximum d) Size Grading (Approx) - 10% below 0.10 mm,5% above 3.15 mm, 85% between 0.10 mm and 3.15 mm (e) Thermal Stability Between{-) 10% and (+) 60% ambient temperature (f) Ultra Low Resistivity (g) Versatile - shall be suitable for all type of soil and climate (h) Consistent Performance (i) Chemically Inert (i) Non-corrosive (k) Maintenance free and life span.

M&L for Chemical Earthing cum Maintenance free earthing system complete UL-467 approved copper earth plate 90cmx60cmx5cm (purity above 99%) burried in ground to vertically to a depth not less than 3.5m deep below ground level with top edge earth electrode at a depth not less than 500 mm below normal ground level , provision of copper bus bar of size 200 mm x 25mmx 6 mm for inter connection with copper earth lead strip 32mmx6 mm and further connected to test point terminal block of size 120 mm x 120 mmx 25 mm made of copper as directed by watering pipe light grade with CI/ MS funnel and wire mesh including excavation earth work in any type of soil and removil surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m only, continuous copper strips/brazing to be used only including 45 Kg (minimum)NABL Lab certified backfill compound for single bore holes soil mixed , alternate layers of conductive concrete resistivity of 0.001 Ohm & carbon based maintenance free compound (20 Kgs bagx4) make as per IEEE 80 2000, Clause 14.5 D Maintenance free earthing system to give earth resistance below 1 Ohms including excavation and earth work and earth to neutral voltage less than 2 volts, PCC chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate with pit covers of 300mmx 300 mm made of cast iron including painting as per color coding as per IS, complete all as specifed and as directed. Note:- (i) Copper strip 7.5 mtr and their joints included in the quoted rate from earth pit to test point. (ii) Contractor should ensure that result of each earthing is less than 1 Ohm and in case soil is not suitable for the same is to be placed suitable clay soil to bring the desired result. Contractor shall qute rates after site visit accordingly. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired resistance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to department. (iv) Work includes brazing work for earth strip. (V) Work includes brazing of Cu strip to copper earth electrode Make for backfill, conductive concrete- Akaaltech.

M&L for laying of HDPE pipe 100 mm dia suitable for PN10 pressure along with connected accessories for cable/OFC protection, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for laying of Copper Strip 32x6 mm complete with brazing all joints on wall or in trench fixing on including ceramic insulators, complete all as specified and as directed.

LED flood light 100 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and width and getting out, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removal of excess soil from site n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning (dry sand) to underground cable for cable protection laid in trenches/ in existing cable ducts, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- For payment point of view, compacted thickness of sand shall be measured.

M&L for brick laying with subclass 'B' bricks well burnt, laid dry flat in trenches for protection of cable over LT cable, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring with single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade FRLS -694 cable with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) drawn through and including stove enamelled steel conduit ISI marked not less than 20mm dia, concealed in wall or on surface as required on site and as specified and directed with all connected accessories including one single core multistranded PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS type, 1100 volts grade, 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable as earth continuity cable including pressed steel terminal boxes made out of MS sheet not less than 1.2mm thick duly painted with one coat of red oxide primer with 3mm thick laminated sheed cover for mounting of switches, socket, fan regulators complete all as specified for One light/fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one switch with cable 1.5 sqmm size, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl item No 14 above but for one 3 pin socket outlet, 15 Amp, independent with cable 2.5 Sq mm size with earth wire 1.5 sq mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16A, single pole 250V, complete all as specified and as directed

S&F switch socket 1 Flame proof switch socket & plug combined in LM6 cable termination box in LM6, 16A,250V, 2P+earth, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED light fitting 1x16 Watt flameproof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protectionwith die cast aluminum hosing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of factory made load line DB's double door made out of CRCA mild steel sheet with insulating material like polyester epoxy quoted surface mounting 4 way TPN 415 volts, vertical type, surface mounting with suitable busbar, neutral link & earth link suitable for MCCB TP as incomer & MCB SP/TP as out going complete with & including one No. MCCB 100 Amps 3 pole 25 KA fixed type for incoming, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for straight through joints suitable for armoured XLPE cable 1.1 KV rating heat shrinkable type complete with jointing accessories including cutting of faulty cable size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm, 3.5 core, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl item No 20 above 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm, 3.5 core, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for straight through joints suitable for armoured XLPE cable 11 KV 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm rating heat shrinkable type complete with jointing accessories including cutting of faulty cable of any size, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for end joints suitable for armoured XLPE cable 11 KV 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm rating heat shrinkable type complete with jointing accessories including cutting of faulty cable of any size, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in replacement automatic Transfer switch 100 A, 4 Pole in sheet metal enclosure 3Phase 415 V, 50 Hz supply with complete protection suitable for automatic/manual operation complete with all mounting arrangement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commisioning in replacement of factory made (CPRI test certified manufacturer) LT feeder pillar box of suitable, outdoor type, floor mounted, double door, cubical compartmentalized type suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz supply system all as specified and directed having busbar chamber with insulated aluminium busbar 100 Amps rating (100% neutral) installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof made of 3 mm (outer) & 2 mm (inner compartment door) CRCA sheet duly powder coated, panel mounted on angle iron 40x40x6 mm frame having 4 Nos legs 45 cm long of 40x40x6 mm angle iron, 15 cm grouted in PCC of ratio 1:2:4 and 30 cm clear space front ground level. Front & back opening type with aprons for cable entry with locking arrangement including internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cables of suitable size, thimbling and cable entry boxes with cable glands. The scope of the work also includes supply and fixing the following:-

(b) Nature Switch 240/415 V with sensor. Make-USGC/ L&T/ Havells (c) Indicating Light on 220 V AC. (d) Control MCB SP 6 A- 01 No HPL (e) Auto Manual Selector Switch-01 No Note:- The rate of PCC on which panel is grouted is deemed to be in quoted rate by the contractor.

M&L for fixing of air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long on PCC block, complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Work include making of PCC block for mounting of Aluminium Spikes

M&L for laying Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground with complete accessories, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying of insulator ceramic for mounting of earth strip any size on wall, complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- An amount of Rs. 30089.00 on account of credit schdule for Sch 'A' Part-II Shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
