S & F in repair test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm thick drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screws fixed to GI strip bracket fixed to porcelain insulator in wall , complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- i) The earth chamber shall be constructed 0.50 m from the edge of earth pit with all necessary watering arrangement. Taking down/ dismantling of old unsv LT cable complete all as specified and directed.

Find out Fault in existing U/G LT/ cables laid below earth surface in any location of Basoli Area by the expert engineers team of state electricity board authorised under using and hiring of LT fault loactor complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repairs Glow sign board of size 1.5 m x 0.9 m x 0.20 m made out of 1.0 mm thick tin sheet all side except front side aluminium beading "L" shape at all boarder exterier and interior side, front should be acrylic cover 2.0 mm thick of blue colour and written the subject matter as given by the Engr-in-charge in english capital letter in white colour with twin LED tubelight fitting 1x22 watt (2 Nos) including all electrical connection with surface conduit wiring 1.5 Sqmm ((length not exceeding 8 metre) copper wire with drilling and necessary required arrangement for fixing of board including testing complete all as spcified and directed.

M&L for dismantling of existing panel including disconnecting cables, etc. and design, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of factory made LT cubical double door panel with roof canopy, outdoor type, made out of CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick duly powder coated with Seimens grey shade RAL 7032, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof outer cubicle. Inner cubicle should be made out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet with working voltage of 415V, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire fully compartmentalised design with single door system for each compartment for each control gear with provn of side cable alley for outgoing cables. Outer cubicle must be extendible in both ends having both sides door openable and should be provided with suitable louvers for ventilation. The Bus bar rating shall be aluminium -4Nos and each have 1.5 time of incommer MCCB i.e. 500Amp. Bus bars provided shall be adequately supported on insulators to withstand dynamic stresses due to short circuit current and shall be suitably colour coded with heat shrinkable sleeve for phase indication. The standard phase arrangement when facing the switchgear shall be R-Y-B from left to right. The bus bar connections and their insulated supports shall be mechanically strong, and shall withstand all the stresses which shall be imposed upon them in ordinary working due to fixing, vibration, fluctuation in temp., shot-circuit or other causes.

The bus bar will be supported on DMC. Provision shall be made for expansion and contraction of the bus bars and connections with variation of temp. Internal wiring should be done with 2.5 sqmm multi-stranded copper conductors and shall be properly bunched, tied, ferruled for proper identification, crimped and shall be connected with suitable lugs and PVC sleeves, etc. The bottom of the panel should contain detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. Threaded earthing studs - 02 Nos shall be provided at the bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely shall be made. The cubicle incomer MCCB as well as outgoings shall have TPN/TP extension links of current rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders.
