The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last seven years, which should consist of both Sewer Network and Sewage Treatment Plant work. The criteria for similar works are as follows: - Three satisfactorily completed sewage treatment works/ STP in the last seven years, each costing not less than an amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost or each having a quantity of specific items of works not less than 40% of the estimated quantities of the tender. - Two satisfactorily completed sewage treatment works/ STP in the last seven years, each costing not less than an amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost or each having a quantity of specific items of works not less than 50% of the estimated quantities of the tender. - One satisfactorily completed sewage treatment works/ STP in the last seven years, each costing not less than an amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost or each having a quantity of specific items of works not less than 80% of the estimated quantities of the tender. Alternatively, the bidder should have prior work experience in similar works, which includes works consisting of both Sewer Network and Sewage Treatment Plant work, with the following options: - At least two satisfactorily completed sewage treatment works/ STP in the last seven years, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost or each having a quantity of specific items of works not less than 40% of the estimated quantities of the tender. - Alternatively, one satisfactorily completed sewage treatment works/ STP in the last seven years, costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost or having a quantity of specific items of works not less than 80% of the estimated quantities of the tender. - Another option is two satisfactorily completed sewage treatment works/ STP in the last seven years, each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost or each having a quantity of specific items of works not less than 50% of the estimated quantities of the tender. The estimated cost of the current project is Rs. 848.12 Lakhs. The value of previously completed works shall be enhanced at 5% per year to bring them at par with the present cost. The average annual financial turnover during the last three years should be at least 30% of the estimated cost of the tender.
