Supply and fixing voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5 % and of capacity 5 KVA complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing double pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with 20 Amp MCB complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Vertical Distribution Board (TP&N) 4 way double door suitable for and including MCCB 125 Amp 16 KA four pole as incomer and outgoing MCB's and should be IP-43 protected with copper bus bars, neutral links, earthing bar complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old unserviceable distribution board/ MCB any type complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: - (i) Rate includes MCCB four pole 125 Amp, 16 KA, 415 volts with adjustable thermal settings. (ii) MCB's shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) VTPN distribution board and MCCB should be of same make.

Material and labour for double door distribution board sheet steel powder coated for MCB with copper bus bar and neutral link earthing stud SPN 8 way 240 volts double door complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - Distribution board and MCB's should be of same make.

Supply and fixing SPN 40 to 63 Amp rating 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) in the MCB distribution board complete with connection, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 6 to 32 Amp, in the MCB distribution board complete as per capacity of the electric equipment with connection, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with proper colour coding, insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, copper conductor FRLS, cable of 2 run 4 Sqmm for phase and neutral and one run of 4 Sqmm for earth wire unsheathed, multistranded, copper conductor FRLS, drawn through the rigid PVC concealed conduit fixed on wall. Two runs of cable for phase/ neutral and one run of cable for earth will be measured and paid as one unit length including taking down old wiring complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Wiring shall be done in proper colour coding.

Material and labour in replacement for sub main wiring with proper colour coding, insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, copper conductor FRLS, cable of 2 run 6 Sqmm for phase and neutral and one run of 6.0 Sqmm for earth wire unsheathed, multistranded, copper conductor FRLS, drawn through the rigid PVC concealed conduit fixed on wall. Two runs of cable for phase/ neutral and one run of cable for earth will be measured and paid as one unit length including taking down old wiring complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Wiring shall be done in proper colour coding.

Supply and fixing in replacement of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 70 Sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - Wherever cable fixing/ connection, suitable thimble should be used with necessary cable protection pipe of required size as per site situation.

Supply and fixing in replacement of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 35 Sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - Wherever cable fixing/ connection, suitable thimble should be used with necessary cable protection pipe of required size as per site situation.

Material and labour for LT panel box size (1.0 x 1.0 x 0.6 mm) having thickness of 3.15mm and inner shell made out of 2mm thick mild steel sheet and mild steel angle section 50x50x6 mm mounted on PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 platform 60 cm above and 45 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front openable double door system and cable alloy (Each door hinged with body at 3 places with body and hinges should be welded with body and door) lockable/ openable by keys having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, “U” type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, tested at factory approved from CPRI factory fabricated having modern fabrication and testing process followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/ vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS:8623/93 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes: - All accessories prewired with suitable size copper conductor cable/ strip and suitable foundation for panel. (i) Digital Ammeter 0-400 A of size 96 Sqmm with selector switch-01 No. Makes: - Schneider/ Legrand/ ABB/ Hager. (ii) Digital Volt meter 0-500 V of size 96 Sqmm with selector switch-01 No. Makes: - Schneider/ Legrand/ AE. (iii) Indicator Lamp RYB 22.5mm dia LED type 240 volts AC with incoming including back up protection by 2 Amp MCB RYB with holder- 01 set of three. Makes: - Schneider/ Legrand/ ABB. (iv) CT Coils of suitable ratio - 01 Set. Make: - AE or equivalent.

Supply and fixing MCCB 4 pole, 415 V, adjustable type, 250 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA compatible in existing panel for tapping complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6mm thick burried directly in ground earth (in vertical) earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level connected to galvanised iron or earth lead wire 4mm dia (8 SWG) by means of nut, bolt, check nuts and washer of galvanised iron including PCC pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 precast RCC cover slab using reinforcement with suitable handle made of round bar, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20mm dia medium grade galvanised steel tube for watering with one end fixed with cast iron funnel and wire mesh 15mm dia bore light grade galvanised steel tubing upto 5 m length for drawing earth lead wire protection, common salt, charcoal, etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part- I and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cables (multistranded), PVC insulated, sheathed FRLS (using colour code as per IS), 1100 Volts grade in and including concealed PVC rigid conduit of 2mm thick (ISI marked) of adequate size with sunken cast iron/pressed steel terminal box of adequate size with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover for one light/ fan/ bell/ socket/ ceiling point controlled by one, one way switch including continuous 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor (multistranded using colour code) PVC insulated and sheathed cable earth wire to common earth and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing socket, 6 A - 5 pin combined 2 module, 240 volts ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing switch 1 way 6 A, 1 module, 240 volts ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose, 3 Phase/ PVC/ polycarbonate isolated body complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Air Circulator fans 230 volts single phase oscillating 450 mm sweep suitable for wall mounting including necessary arrangement for fixing on wall including making disturbed surface good complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing exhaust fan, steel body AC single phase 230 V of size 450mm sweep with, blades, frame and louvers including necessary civil work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
