ROAD/PATH/CULVERT

M & L for laying hot applied thermoplastic compound (paint) 2.5mm thick incl reflectrising glass beads incl cost of all materials labour macinerry T&P etc required for proper completion of work incl all other charges. The finish surfaces to be leveled, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH specification no. 803 as per IRC. painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads, pavements and the like exc 10 cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and directed

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supplying and laying of DI pipes S/S including specials class K-9 laid in trenches or laying in floors of diameter 100 mm complete all as specified.

Cutting the existing DI water supply pipe line 150mm dia and inserting Tee 150x150x100 mm complete all as specified.

M & L for Construction of brick masonry valve chamber of internal dimensions 900 x 900 x 900 mm, bottom floor of the pit shall be constructed in PCC (1:3:6) 15 cm thick with 20 mm stone aggregate, inner and exposed surfaces and bottom floor of the pit should be plastered in CM (1:4) 15 mm thick. The top cover of the pit shall be made out of MS sheet min 3 mm thick with angle iron frame made out of MS angle 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm with 02 nos steel hinges and locking arrangements duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

RCC septic tank for 100 Users designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 Design mix in walls, base slab, baffle walls and roof slab including beams etc with Vent shaft, man hole openings with cover connection etc., complete with eff depth of 1.5 m and overall depth of 3 m complete all as specified and as directed.

On site LLDPE septic tank for 25 Users (UPFLOW FILTER INLCUDING MEDIA) designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, Vent shaft, connection etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Soakage well excavation in ordinary soil foundation on PPC 1:3:6 walls of honeycombed and solid in M25 concrete including intercepting chambers, screen chambers, brick work in CM , RCC cover slab in M25 /RR masonry /filling with brick bats complete of size 2.4 mtr dia 3.00 m deep complete all as specified and as directed.

Soakage well excavation in ordinary soil foundation on PPC 1:3:6 walls of honeycombed and solid in M25 concrete including intercepting chambers, screen chambers, brick work in CM , RCC cover slab in M25 /RR masonry /filling with brick bats complete of size 1.8 mtr dia 3.00m deep complete all as specified and as directed.

SECURITY WALL/FENCING/GATE

S & F of concentrina coil size 900 mm dia fixed on top of boundary wall for sutable galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed

Construction of steel gate (ornamental type) 5.50 metre wide, and 3.00 m height as shown on drawing alongwith 02 Nos RCC columns including painting steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and shown in drawing NO CEPZ/STD-096/06 Sh No 1/1 complete all as apecified and as directed. Note:-Light fittings though shown in drawing is out side the scope form this item. However 20mm bore GI pipe light grade shall be embedded in each column for full height of column.

Construction of steel gate (ornamental type) 5.50 metre wide, and 2.40 m height as shown on drawing alongwith 02 Nos RCC columns including painting steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and shown in drawing NO CEPZ/STD-107/09 Sh No 1/1 complete all as apecified and as directed. Note:-Light fittings though shown in drawing is out side the scope form this item. However 20mm bore GI pipe light grade shall be embedded in each column for full height of column.

Supply ,Installation ,testing & commisioning of totally enclosed feeder piller box outdoor type (IP-65) fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet angled framed dust and vermin proof powder coated double door type(independent cabin including locking arrangement for each MCCBs , bus bar chamber (enclosed) including locking arrangement complete suitable for operating on 415 Volt 50 Hz AC, supply internally wired with copper conductor , TPN bus bar of aluminium strip (4 Nos) insulated by heat shrinkable sleaves & clips on shrouds for joints busbar shall be designed to withstand a fault lavel at 415 Volts having legs 45 cms made out of 65x65x6 mm angle iron grouted on brick masonary plateform upto 30 cms .Brick masonary plateform should be 60 cms above the Ground Level.Comprising the following : (i) The panel shall be front operated with cable entry from the bottem with cable glands. Supply and fixing air break switch gang operated (GOD) triple pole with drop out fuses mechanically operated, mounted on insulators (15 insulators) & steel frame with operating mechanism & operating rod of GI pipe 25mm medium grade with necessary clamps to be operated from ground level 11 KV grade working pressures and current upto 400 amps etc complete, all as specified and directed.
