Material and Labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, nominal mix, type C2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base, surface finished finished even & rough, complete all as specified.

Scarifying or picking up gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces area not exceeding 400 Sqm and depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm and removing the same to a distance n.exc 50m and stacking, complete all as specified

Preparing the existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the surfaces by mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bituminous primer VG-10 @ 5 Kg per 10.00 Sqm of road surface and laying bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with paving bitumen (Bitumen VG-30) any penetration rolled and compected to required camber and gradient using binder content 5.5 % by weight of total mix, mixed in HOT MIX PLANT and laid by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 12 tonne power roller/tandem vibrating roller to achieve uniform smooth surface etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor shall quote his rates by considering binder content @5.5% of total mix by weight. However in case of any variation in weight of binder as per actual design mix, the same shall be paid by the contractor.
