Supply and Installation of IP 68 rated electric meter cover, heavy duty, made of sheet metal, corrossion proof, having hard break proof glass for meter reading, with rails for MCB mountings, for ibid electric meter, including all necessary fittings and material for installation of the cover and the meter into the cover complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m in depth for foundation laying of pole, stay assembly and laying of LT cable as in any type of soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed

-Ditto- all as item No 13 Above but depth beyound 1.5m deep, for poles.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling, watering and wall ramming in layers not exc 25cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exe 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling dry river sand in trenches including spreading for cushioning of LT UG cablec and punning down complete all as speified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Punned down thickness shall be measured and paid

Material and labour for kiln burnt Sub class 'B' bricks laid dry, flat, width wise along the length of cable in trenches after sand cushioning for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed

M & L for cement concrete for foundation fillings and mass conctere type D2 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete for foundation fillings, stay assembly and mass conctere 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-I (20 mm graded stone aggregerate) as in coping as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note:- Unit rate shall be inclusive of from work.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning, factory made and tested (prototype having been CPRI type test certified), Outdoor LT Panel, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bars of 300 Amps rating, installed on polymer insulators. The bus bars shall be covered with colour coded (depending on the phase) heat shrink sleeve. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and 40x40x6mm thick angle iron frame work, externally and internally powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, front opening type, with aprons for cable entry, with two layers of Sheet Metal Cover (should have one set of doors on inside and one set of doors outside), capable of withstanding snow and rain at installation site with maintainence proof design, with double door shutter and locking arrangement (including provision of 65mm Godrej (Freedom) lock with 2 keys, having one chamber with door for each MCCB, having two empty chambers for future use, internal wiring 2.5 Sqmm with PVC insulated, solid copper conductor, FRLS cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size incl the provision of space to accommodate the under mentioned items. The cable coming in and out of the Panel will be laid in specially made PCC/ Brick Masonry Trenches/ Ducts of 30cm x 30 cm with sand cushioning till top and RCC/ Cast Iron lid cover for the trenches. The scope of work includes the following:- (a) Incoming (i) On Load Panel Mounted 200A Changeover, 2 input and 1 output-01 Nos

(ii) MCCB 4 pole, 415 volts AC grade, 160 Amps rating and 36 KA rupturing capacity complete 01 No (iii) Two empty space for future MCCB connection in input (before Changeover, for generator) Short with bus bar. The space shall be closed with a bolted door. (b) Outgoing (i) MCCB 4 pole, 415 volts AC grade, 100 Amps rating and 26 KA rupturing capacity complete 02 Nos (ii) MCCB 4 Pole 63 Amps rating and 16 KA rupturing capacity -02 Nos (one Standby) (c) Voltmeter set and Three Phase Digital Panel Ammeter with three displays to display all phases symulteneously 02 Nos (d) Indicator lamp RYGB Make Havells -01 set (e) Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45cm above the nearest road/ground/floor level.

(f) LCD Multifuentional panel type energy meter, with tamper detection, output for data saving and data logging Model Secure Elite 440 series or equivalent in L&T/HPL-01 Nos (g) Current Transformers As required (h) Schematic Drawing Plate, Rivetted to the panel - 01 No Note: (i) All out going feeders shall be connected by cable through suitable size gland plate / glands. (ii) The various feeders shall be indicated by 50 mm size letters in synthetic enamel white paint.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel carth plate electrode 60x60cmx 6.0mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel including PCC (concrete chamber shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, with fair finish internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire gauge of (0.68) 8 mesh per liner inch, 80mm thick RCC pit cover 320 mmx320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM, JALLI and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR Part-1 and specified including provision of earth wire protected by 40 mm dia medium grade GI pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium graded GI pipe, and including all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point/transformer neutral/body/LT panel etc.and testing on completeion complete all as specified and directed
