Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT panel board suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system conforming to IS:8623/93, outdoor type floor mounting factory made type weather proof, vermin proof, fabricated out of MS CRCA sheet of 3.15mm thick having copper bus bar of rating 400amps, three phase and one neutral fixed on insulator and bus bar insulated by coloured heat shrinkable sleeves. The panel shall be front openable and having inner and outer shells. The inner shell duly compartmented for each control gear, including powder coating internally and externally the entire steel surfaces. All the cover shall be provided with suitable locking arrangements. The size of the outer shell should not be less than 1000mm x 1200mm x 450mm, mounted on angle iron stand made out of angle size 50 x 50 x 6mm grouted in PCC 1:3:6, including accomodating the following control gears and suitable size of digital Voltmeter & Ammeter with CTs :- Note : MCCBs ,star delta starter will be measured and paid saperately.

Supply & Fixing Star delta starter with safety control i.e single phase prevenetor, thermal over load relay , low voltage coil,analylog meter having by pass capacity switch , star detla delay timer suitable for 50 HP MU-G50 FASD centrifugal pump complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCCB of capacity 400 Amps 4 pole 36 KA, 415 V fixed thermal & fixed magnetic settings, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCCB of capacity 350 Amps 3 pole 36 KA, 415 V fixed thermal & fixed magnetic settings, complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to and including GI earth lead using galvanised iron strip 25x4mm size by means of nuts & bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel including PCC pit of 1:2:4 type B-1 cover reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4Kg/Sqm and 6mm dia bar handle, excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil, charcoal dust salt, medium grade GI watering pipe of 20mm dia with funnel and wire mesh and light grade GI protection of 40mm bore from top edge of earth plate upto main distribution board to main switch board all as specified and testing on completion. Note : Item of earthing includes cost of 7.5m long galvanised iron earth lead 32x6mm size and protection pipe of 40mm bore light grade.

Material and labour for old size bricks well burnt as covering to under ground cables class `B` (laid dryflat over the cables with width equal to length of cables complete all as specified and directed.

S&L dry river sand laid in trenches 8cmm below the cable & 15 cm above the cable in trenches as cable cushioning and covering complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The contract sum arrived after deduction of amount of Sch of credit as listed in tender Documents.
