Point wiring concealed for One light point controlled by two 2-way switches with cable of size 1.5sqmm single core copper multistrand conductor including continuous earth wire1.5sqmm single core copper multistrand conductor , using FRLS flexible , ISI marked PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade drawn in and including existing concealed PVC conduit and including providing pressed steel terminal boxes with 3.00mm thick plastic laminated backelite sheet top cover fixed with stainless steel screws, cap and washers for mounting switches, socket regulator, brackets etc complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per Serial item serial No. 2 here in before but for one 3 pin 5 Amp socket outlet independent but below the switch board of light points in the same vertical plane complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully ceiling fan and refixing properly after replacing twin twisted flexible copper cable of suitable size including connections complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, fix and connecting in replacement of sub main wiring complete with two runs of 6 sqmm single core PVC insulated heavy duty ISI Marked , unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded with copper conductor drawnin existing PVC conduit and including provision of PVC insulated heavy duty ISI Marked , unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade 4 sqmm cpper conductor multistrand for earth continuity conductor and making good the disturbed surfacesto match with exisiting surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (For measurement purpose 2 run of 6 Sqm + 1 run of 4 Sqmm shall be measured as one unit).

Rewinding of exhaust fan of capacity 300/450mm sweep with super enamelled copper wire duly varnished and machine dried along with all accessories to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in -charge including testing complete all as specified & directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connecting to the galvanised iron earth wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and earth wire protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 15 mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded of stone aggregate with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x6mm with lugs 02 Nos and including 15mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, providing alternate layers of common salt and charcoal filling, earth lead connected to test point made out of 40mmx6mm flat iron with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs all as per electrical plate No. 03 of SSR-2009 Part-I all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and including taking down existing old unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement wall mounted LED batten extruded aluminium heat sink provided for efficient heat dissipiation and integrated electronic driver of capacity 10 Watt with input voltage 230 Volts, 50 Hz input current 0.16Amp input power 10 watts and output voltage 70-80 V DC output current 750mA IP67 all as specified and directed. Driver should be equipped with over voltage short circuit and reverse polarity protections, driver must be constant current and constant voltage based (CVCT)

S&F in replacement static single phase temper proof electric energy meter (made from high grade plastic) LCD display 10 Amps, 240 volt AC supply with MD DW recording storing capacity of at least six reset and back ups of MDKW and KWH reading. The meter shall comply with the latest version IS-13779 with at least 2 anti temper LED indications of line load reversal and earth loading indication. The meter shall work satisfactory with guranteed rated accuracy as per limit of IS-13779 including PVC cover under the presence of the following:- (a) Haronic waves from and over current with stand capacity for 10-40 Amps (30 times of 40Amps = 1200 Amps) for a period of one half cycle at rated frequency and high surge voltage with stand capacity of 8 KV with RTC. The meter must have an optical port to download the stored data by external MRI instrument as required at supplied with base software alongwith meters.
