M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed window / ventilator made of (small series) frame 47 x 50 mm mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area upto 0.75 sqm.) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, complete all as per approved drawing & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Glass shall be paid separately). Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

S&F 4.80mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty exc 0.5 sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of concrete / wall and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over acoat of primer including one or more coat of birla of wall care putty, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new surfaces of wall and applying two coats of premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces and over and including 2mm thick exterior birla wall care putty in two layers, complete all as per manufacturer instruction and including necessary scaffoldings upto G+4 etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.50mm thick Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel), complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for filleting in any position and to any shape in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 including all mitres, stops, etc., section exc 25 Sqcm but n 50 Sqcm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring for one light point controlled by one way switche on Independent board with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed fire retardant low smoke and halogen (FRLSH) copper conductor single core multi stranded copper cable confirming to IS:694 (2010) using approved colour code for phase and neutral as per IS code drawn through non metallic PVC rigid concealed conduit heavy mechanical stress (HMS) grade in accordance with IS:9537 (Part 3) having wall thickness not less than 2.0mm thick and minimum 20mm external dia but shall be increased as per actual site requirement in accordance with clause No 19.125 of SI Part I ( ISI marked) including conduit accessories like bends, tees, junction boxes etc with all accessories suitable for modular/conventional type fitment, provision for fixing of modular flush boxes of appropriate size and dimensions for fixing of piano switches / sockets / regulator etc., including PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH 1.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable (green color) as continous earth lead wire connected to common earth and earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) For concealed point wiring cutting chases for conduit shall be measured and paid seperately (ii) For sinking boxes cutting chases for conduit shall be measured and paid seperately

S&F energy efficient 20 watt LED integrated batten type luminaires suitable for wall or ceiling mounting with built in LED Chip & integral LED driver, Aluminium channel housing & Polycarbonate diffuser of length 1200 mm (approx.), color temperature 6500 K or as directed, luminaire efficacy not less 100 lm/W with all accessories, fixing arrangement internally pre-wired, making all connection using 1.5 sqmm copper conductor multistrand PVC insulated cable from ceiling rose to fitting drawn through PVC flexible conduit complete fixed in position & connecting, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB of single poles and neutral and current carrying capacity 63 Amp, 240V, 10 KA 'c' curve in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (preferably in vertical position) earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less 3 meter (BGL) connected to galvanized iron earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nut and washer of galvanized iron including PCC pit in RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, precast RCC cover with suitable handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20mm bore “medium grade” galvanized iron water tubing fixed with cast iron funnel and wire mesh and 15mm bore “light grade” galvanized iron protection pipe for earth lead wire up to 7.5m length, charcoal, common salt, complete all as shown in EP No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I, connected to test point complete, all as specified and testing on completion. Note: (i) The unit rate includes main earthing lead/strip from earth electrode to test point up to 7.5 meter (ii) In case measured value of earth resistance is recorded more than 1.0 ohms then the earthing shall be re done by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

Sub main wiring with two runs of single core PVC insulated multistranded un-sheathed FRLS cable of size 4.0 Sqmm with stranded copper conductor, drawing into concealed PVC conduit / surface batten (including PVC conduit of requisite dia and accessories) with one run of continuous PVC insulated multistranded unsheathed FRLS cable earth wire of size 4.0 Sqmm (in green volour) including taking out unserviceable sub main wiring, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Note :2 runs of 4 sqmm copper cable & 1 run of 4 sqmm copper cable in and including 25mm PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing XLPE insulated PVC sheathed with stranded aluminium conductor heavy duty, size of cable 6 Sqmm 2 core, conforming to IS 1554 Part I / ISI marked, including cable glands , cable lugs etc, to suitable the cable size, cables to be laid in trenches, fixed along the poles bare or through GI pipe laid under floors road etc fixed concealed in walls encased in GI pipe etc., complete all as speccified and directed.
