Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick, using excavated soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dry & clean sand cushioning in trenches spreading and consolidation 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm of sand after laying the cable and punned the same up 18 cm, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Only punned thickness shall be measured and paid.)

M&L for providing of new sub class 'B' bricks, old size, well burnt laid flat dry for protection of under ground cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing, LT cable 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 95 sqmm 4 core as per IS- 7098 (part-I) 2011, XLPE insulated aluminium conductor heavy duty served with an inner sheathing PVC tape, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured with an overall PVC sheathing laid in trench, fixed along the poles or passed through GI pipe using clamp wherever required laid under floors, road etc. fixed concealed in walls encased in GI pipe connecting with suitable size of lugs and cable glands etc., each cable termination is to be made with suitable size of cable glands and aluminium thimble ( for junction boxes, security light, LT panels etc.) for incoming and outgoing cables, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- MS clamp with nuts, bolts washer etc. shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Design, fabrication, supply, errection, testing and commissioning of 20 metre High Mast, Galvanized, suitable for and including 09 (Nine) Nos LED Flood light 1x200 watt (LED Floodlight carriage shall have arrangement to rotate 360 degree manually). Material for pole shaft as per ASTM A572 Grade 50/BSEN 10025 S355 or equivalent and aerodynamic shape and mechanically strong to face wind speed up to 180 Km/hrs , Material for Base plate -As per IS 2062 and Metal Protection treatment - Hot dip Galvanized as per IS 4759 or robust door opening and locking system with weather proof facilities to increase the life of internal accessories and Double Drum Winch system motorized with manual option including design and construction of foundation with RCC (M-25) grade concrete for the high mast as approved by OEM, GI single spike of length 2m for Lightening protection, complete all as specified as under:-

(a ) 20 metre High Mast Fabricated Part:- (i) Top dia 200 mm , bottom Dia-460 mm section-2 section Thickness- 5 mm base ,4 mm top. Base Plate 670 mm x 30 mm. (ii) Foundation Bolt dia - M30, Length of bolt - 850 mm ( 8 Nos) with template and anchor plate with following items -High Mast Section sections with base plate, lantern carriage suitable to fix 09 Nos of luminaries (2 x 250 W) symmetrical loading ,foundation accessories. (b) Winches - Motorized with manual option:- Motorized Double Drum Winches shall be self sustaining with out need for break spring or clutch required to adjustment and lubricant system the Gear ratio shall be 50:1. The Winch shall be salt lubricating system by means of an oil winch and lubricant recommended. (c ) Steel Wire Rope:- Steel wire rope dia 8 mm shall be fabricated 'Marine Grade"-AISI Stainless Steel 316 of 7/19 of construction, 5 wire Rope system .thimbles and terminal combustible material .Steel Wire Rope Shall be factory cut terminated and pre-rigged for case for installation.

(d) Mast Head Assembly:- The pulley shall be large diameter appropriate to the multy core flexible cable being used. They shall be of non-corrosive and run of self lubricant bearing with stainless steel spindle. arrangement shall be provided the Electric Cable and steel wire rope are separated before passing over the respect pulleys grooves. The complete chassis shall be hot dip galvanized after fabrication. (e) Lantern Carriage:- The lantern carriage shall be of durable steel tube designed to act as electric conduit . It shall be fitted at junction box mounting strips and two segments joints by bolted flange to permit removal from the erected must. Material of lantern carriage 40 NB ERW class B - M.S. pipe and dia of carriage ring 600 mm (ID).Load carrying capacity 9 luminaries, Symmetrically. (f) Cable and Cable Connection:- 4 Sqmm 5 core CU flexible round/flat EPR insulated & PCP sheathed power cable shall be provided terminating in the base compartment of the Mast fitted with plug or socket and all mast cable shall be connected to a weatherproof junction box on the lantern ring equipt with suitable PVC glands

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning, factory made LT Panel, outdoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, having bus bar chamber with insulated copper bus bars 400 Amps rating installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15mm CRCA MS sheet and 40x40x6mm thick angle iron frame work, externally powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, front & rear opening type, with aprons for cable entry, with double door shutter and locking arrangement (including provn of 65mm Godrej (Freedom) lock with 2 keys, internal wiring 2.5 Sqmm with PVC insulated, solid copper conductor, FRLS cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size. The scope of work includes the following:- (i) MCCBs four pole, 63 Amps rating and 16 KA rupturing capacity : 01 No. (ii) Indicating lamps ­ 01 set of three. (iii) Astronomical Timer Switch (Digital Type), Legrend Cat No- Astrorex - 01 No. (iv) Contractor 40 Amps four pole - 01 Nos (v) Ammeter Digital type -01 Nos (vi) Voltmeter digital type -01 Nos (vii) Push button control starter for motorized winch - 01 No Note : - The rate quoted by the contractor is inclusive of Excavation, PCC Foundation , plastering etc. for erecting the Panel complete.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing high wall with cordless remote with inbuilt Heating and Cooling arrangement split type air conditioner of capacity 1.5 TR suitable for non CFC refrigerant gas including material and labour for the following works involved for smooth functioning & installation of outdoor/indoor for split type AC all as directed by Engr-in-charge:- (a) Fixing the heating & cooling unit with grounting nuts, cutting groove to wall for gas pipe and water drainage pipe complete. (b) S&F cutting, bent to shape copper pipe of appropriate size from outdoor unit to indoor unit by cutting holes to wall including brazing the copper pipe, fixing union all as required at site. (c) S&F 20mm dia PVC pipe transparent flexible heavy duty for drainage pipe (approx-3.0 M). (d) Insulation of both the copper pipe with insulating material and covering the complete pipes with PVC casing & capping of size 75x75mm for mechanical protection of copper pipe complete.

(e) Charging of correct quantity non CFC refrigerant gas after necessary brazing/fixing of both the outdoor/indoor unit and testing complete on load up to satisfaction of EIC. (f) S&F MS bracket factory made, fixed on wall through fastener of appropriate size and gauge for installation of out door unit (condensing unit) complete all as directed. (g) M&L for provision of shed for outdoor unit made of MS sheet 2.0 mm thick and MS angle 30x30x5mm complete. Note - (i) All other connected civil works and other miscellaneous works required for installation of split AC & copper functioning as directed by Engr-in-charge shall deemed to be included with the quoted rate.
