Note for Ser No 01 to 04 :- (a) The solar light manufactuer must have in house NABL accredited lab. Solar Panel, MPPT charge controller and luminaires shall be manufactured in India only. (b) The contractor shall submitte following certificates : - (i) LM79 (NABL accredited laboratory) & LM80. (ii) BIS certificate of battery & solar panel. (iii) IK08 and IP65.

Supply, lay and fixing GI pipes, heavy grade, ISI marked with all fitting of size 80mm dia including taking dwon old UNSV complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m depth for laying of pipe lines, valve chambers, man holes etc including forming bottom surface to required level and gradient and getting out in hard /dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cms thick in soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 59m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete for pole / stay / post including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, 40mm graded stone aggregate in coping of poles / foundation for poles, struts, posts etc including necessary form work, finished the exposed surfaces fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, erection, installation, testing and commissioning, hot dip galvanised octagonal pole designed to withstand wind speeds up to 180 km/h with a top across flat of 70mm, bottom across flat of 130mm, and a wall thickness of 3mm with 220x220x12mm base plate with a 205mm pitch circle diameter, secured by four 30mm dia and 700mm long foundation bolts, projected bolt 100mm and anchor plate, all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. Note : (i) A door opening of 90x500mm shall be provided. (ii) The pole is constructed with materials conforming to BSEN 10025, ASTM A572, IS 5986 for the shaft, IS-2062/E250A for the foundation, and IS-2062 for the base plate. Galvanization adheres to IS: 4759/2629 and ASTM A123 standards, ensuring durability against corrosion. (iii) Earth work and PCC foundation will be measured and paid separately.
