INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level] with top edge of Plate not less than 1.50 metre below normal ground level connected to GI earth lead wire 4.0mm dia [earth lead] and GI pipe 50 mm, medium grade for earthing lead protection to the extent of maximum 7.5m, earth plate electrode surrounded by 150 mm thick packed layers of charcoal and common salt filled in alternate layers, connected to the plate by means of GI Bolts & Nuts complete all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I, connected to panel / DB including testing on completion including main earthing, charcoal, common Salt, PCC [1:2:4, Type B1] Pit with RCC 1:2:4, type B1 Cover, 50 mm thick with 6 Nos, 8 mm dia TMT bars in both ways, MS frame made with 40 X 40 X 6 mm angle Iron, MS Funnel with 20 mm bore, medium grade GI Watering pipe, wire mesh, earth work excavation, returning, filling in, removal of surplus soil etc. complete all as specified. SEWAGE DISPOSAL LLDPE septic tank designed to carry sewage and sludge water, including earth work, excavation, returning, filling in, disposal of surplus spoils to a distance not exceeding 50 metre from starting points, in any kind of soil, PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in foundation, 200mm thick, Vent shaft, connections etc. for 10 users (1600 litre capacity) including all fitings, fixtures, testing on completion Approximate Dimensions. Dia 1440mm, height 1550mm and total HRT hr complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Sintex/united/Superme.

Construction of sockage well 1.80 metre internal dia x 3.00 metre effective depth including earth work in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed with top ring of M-25 concrete, form work, reinforced including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonry in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC/cast iron pipes, bends and fittings. filled with brick bats complete all as shown on drgs, specified and directed.

M & L for construction of platform of size 3000x2500x1200mm for transformer with PCC (1:4:8) in foundation and PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates), 100 mm thickness at top portion of platform, brick work in cement mortar (1:4) and complete plaster work of 15mm thick to exposed surface in CM (1:4) including necessary MS work (i.e. MS jali/fencing upto angle) on the top of platform around transformer upto height 90cm and one coat of white wash on plastered surface complete all as shown in drawing no CEPZ/C-TD/002/13 and all as specified.

M & L for manual revolving search light suitable for 200 watts, beam range 400 to 700 metres ,IP-66, high lumen LED ,CCT:5000k -6000K,working voltage 120 volts -300 volts ,meets the standerd of LM79 ,LM80,IS :10322 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for LT busbar chamber box of minimum size 600 cm (Height) x 400 cm (Width) x 350 cm (Depth), outdoor type, double door type, front/rear opening type suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire (100% neutral), 50 Hz supply system all as specified and directed. Box made out of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet factory made wheather proof, dust proof and vermin proof duly powder coated with 04 Nos aluminum busbar 100 Amps, each busbar having 04 Nos of nuts, bolts, washers horizentally placed on insulators suitable for & including MCCB 4 Pole 63 Amps, thermal adjustable and magentic setting having rupturing capacity 25 KA (Ics=100% Icu), 415 volts AC along with Extended Ratory handle ,Spreader terminals and phase barrier hinged and lockable door arrangement complete with interconnections with aluminium solid strips, busbar chamber mounted on angle iron 40x40x6 mm frame having 4 Nos legs 45 cm long of 40x40x6 mm angle iron, 15 cm grouted in PCC of ratio 1:3:6 and 30 cm clear space from ground level including fixed on angle iron frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply, install testing and commissioning in repairs of LT feeder pillar box, cubical type, outdoor type pedestal mounted on angle iron frame 40x40x6mm , dust and vermin proof and panel fixed with PCC 1:3:6 with 40mm graded aggregate type B2 & coping with PCC type C1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate and embedded 15cm deep in PCC suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt 50 Hz AC supply made out of sheet steel 3.15 mm thick, including spray painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer and with the following accessories :- (a) Copper bus bar,TPN of capacity 200 Amps for phases & 200 Amps for neutral - 01 Set. Cable route indicator of 10 cm dia ,CI plate 6mm thick embossed with raised letters LT cable 1100 volts with size of cable painted with brown luminus paint and mounted on angle iron 25mm x 25mmx 3mm and 0.6 mtr long embedded in PCC block 1:2:4 (size 30cm x 15cmx 15cm ) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Cable route indicator of 10 cm dia ,CI plate 7mm thick embossed with raised letters HT cable 11000 volts with size of cable painted with brown luminus paint and mounted on angle iron 25mm x 25mmx 3mm and 0.6 mtr long embedded in PCC block 1:2:4 (size 30cm x 15cmx 15cm ) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, using galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead connected by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing, HT cable 11000 volts grade of cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 Core as per IS-7098 (Part-I) 1988, XLPE insulated aluminium conductor heavy duty served with an inner sheathing PVC tape, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured with an overall PVC sheathing laid in trenches, fixed along the poles or passed through GI pipe using clamps wherever required laid under floors, road etc fixed concealed in walls encased in GI pipe connecting with suitable size of lugs and cable glands etc, each cable termination is to be made with suitable size of cable glands and aluminium thimbles (for junction boxes,etc) for incoming and outgoing cables complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : MS clamps with nuts, bolts washer etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items)

Sand cushioning over and around the underground cable for cable protection in trenches, leveled and punned down complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The punned down thickness shall be measured for payment.

GI Tubing, 100 mm bore, Light Grade, conforming to IS - 1239 [Part - 1] including all fittings/clamps to pole, laid in trenches or in floors/Walls or under road/drain for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix electric water heater 25 litres capacity, storage type steel body with ABS body with glass lined steel inner tank and heating element 2 KW , BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only bottled water dispenser, having option of dispensing hot and cold water with cooling capacity 3 ltrs/hr and tank capacity of 3.4 ltrs, heating capacity 6 ltrs/hr and tank capacity 1.6 ltrs, working in R - 134a refrigerant complete all as specified and directed.

Note: The schedule of credit has been attached in tender in Pdf format and amount of credit schedule i.e. Rs 1357816.89 shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
