M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete in (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for boulder filling hand packed tightly (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc, and raising (or lowering) to the required level compete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layer n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc. 250 m but exc 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm dia of bore single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches/floors/fixed in walls, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F wire netting of galvanised steel wire 0.91 mm dia and size of mesh 12mm x 12mm fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for loose filling with broken stone aggregate of gauge 0 to 40 mm hand picked tightly, as in wire mesh at back of weep holes/as in wire crate apron bunds (Wire crate measured separately) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F multi stages centrifugal pumping set having horizontal multistages type, capacity of delivering the water at the rate of 2.5 LPS at the head of 98 mtrs, 2900 RPM, 40 HP, cast iron impeller, three phase, 50 Hz complete with coupling connected through 16 sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor cable duly fixed with roof/floor/wall alongwith company fabricated channel (125 mm) base frame of su and washers duly grouted in foundation constructed of PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 of appropriate size as per manufacturer's instruction etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install star delta starter fully automatic in sheet -steel enclosure type MN/ML motor rating ac-3 duty, 50 HZ, 3 Phase suitable for 415 V for 40 HP motor, 30 kW, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation testing and commissioning of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 complete with foundation (as per OEM design), control panel with necessary meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms of capacity upto 30 KVA, (DG Set to be installed at HAA 950m above MSL) complete with standard accessories like MS Fuel tank (having the minimum fuel capacity for running of DG set continously for 12 hours), AVM pads fitted on base frame, control panel with digital measurement devices, alongwith accoustic enclosure with the comformation of latest BS/IS and complete in all respects including lubricating oil filled in engine, DG set manual comprising of following complete as specified and directed :- Prime Mover: Prime mover suitable for driving alternator 30 KVA Capacity having the suitable BHP at 1500 RPM for rated output for alternator in accordance with latest BS/IS Specification with electric starting device with all standard fittings and suitable capacity of lead acid maintenance free battery of 12 Volts Battery and inbuilt Charger Engine over speed safety mechanism shall be incorporated. The engine shall be equipped with standard fittings as per manufacture's recommendations.

Engine Control Panel : (a) All relevant parameters shall be conventionally displayed on complete panel thereby providing easy monitoring of lub oil, pressure, Coolant Temperature, Battery charging, Ammeter, RPM, Hour meter and starting switch etc. (b) AMF Panel with by Pass arrangement for Main and DG Both supply, internal wiring and power contactors suitable for 30KVA generator set, all as per manufacturer's recommendation. Bye Pass arrangement Main & DG set Supply along with all the parameters and accessories as per manufacturer recommendation and CPRI Approved & as per relevant IS. Fuel Tank : Fuel Tank of 12 hours capacity will be installed as per the manufacturer's requirement including all necessary pipe connections from fuel tank to engine and over flow from engine to tank.

Engine Alternator 30 KVA output 3 Phase 50 HZ, 415 Volts 4 wire AC supply 0.8 Power Factor at 1500 RPM self regulated self excised screen protected and drip type, insulation class 'H' continously rated brushless type conforming to relevant BS/ IS code as per current manufacturing shedule of standard manufacturer. Engine Alternator shall be mounted on specially designed base plate of rigid welded constructions with anti vibraton pads. The DG Set shall be placed on foundation including necessary civil works as per the manufacturer's recommendations/site requirement. The output of alternator not less than 62.5 KVA in all adverse conditiones, as the DG set to be installed at HAA 950 m above MSL. Note:- (a) The unit rate shall deemed to include the cost of Diesel and lubrication required for testing and commissioning of DG Set as per department procedure and shall be arranged by contractor. (b) Extension of exhaust pipe for DG set along with standard accessories like flange, nut bolts , asbestos rope etc shall be provided by the contractor and the cost of the same shall be included in the unit rate quoted by contractor. (c) Cost of foundation and necessary civil works as per the manufacturer's recommendations/site requirement shall be incuded in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (d) DG Set should be as per latest CPCB norms. (e) make of alternator and engine must be as per zonal/perticular specification.

Supply and installation of copper wound transformer step up/ step down, indoor/outdoor type complete with standard fittings, HT 11 KV, 3 Phase, LT 433 volts, 3 Phase 4 wire with off load tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit, all as per IS:2026 of capacity 63 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase, naturally oil cooled, indoor type & designed for input variation between 300 V to 480 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 2.5% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second and of capacity 50 KVA , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying , jointing and testing of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sqmm, 3.5 core, laid in trenches/ ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts including cable gland of suitable sizes and aluminium lugs for connection, incl taking out of old cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying , jointing and testing of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor of size 95 sqmm 3.5 core, laid in trenches/ ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts including cable gland of suitable sizes and aluminium lugs for connection, incl taking out of old cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying , jointing and testing of HT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor of size 95 sqmm, 3 core, laid in trenches/ ducts or fixed to poles/ walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts including cable gland of suitable sizes and aluminium lugs for connection, incl taking out of old cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying , jointing and testing of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core, laid in trenches/ ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts including cable gland of suitable sizes and aluminium lugs for connection, incl taking out of old cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of GI pipe and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply ,laying and fixing DWC HDPE pipe for protection of power cable (orage in colour) of size 50 mm dia complete with fittings and including cutting , jointing and clamping all as specified and directed .

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx 60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron earth lead strip 25x4mm by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, protected by GI light grade pipe 40mm bore with wire mesh and funnel at top, earth pit of PCC in 1:2:4 type B-1, with RCC cover 1:2:4 type B-0 using 8 mm dia 150 c/c both way with suitable handle, angle iron frame made out of angle iron of size 40x 40 x 4 mm, incl adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt in alternate layers all around the earth plate, incl excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-1 (209) connecting to earthing test point made out of 40 x 3mm GI flat iron complete all as specified and indicated incl testing on completion, incl taking put old earthing, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation,commisioning and testing of out door type LT Panel of suitable size, made out of mild steel CRCA sheet of 3.15 mm thick with angle iron frame of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm with canopy top, two side ventilators, front openable hinged, double door shutters with locking arrangement, weather & vermin proof suitable for working on 440 volts AC supply including bus bar chamber and aluminium bus bar of suitable size 4 Nos mounted on hygroscopic insulators fixed in separate bus bar chamber and seperate compartment for incomming and outgoing feeder, all pre-wired with suitable size of copper conductor cable including painted with two coats of powder coated paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on out side surface and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer on internal surfaces including provision of lugs and cable gland for housing with the following fitment accessories. Note-Panel shall be approved by CPRI .
