Note : (i) The contractor will take down and refix the transformer at site at various location as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (ii) The expenditure incured for transportation of transformer from site to workshop and back is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) T & P required for taking down and refixing of transformer deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contractor, Rewinding of HT & LT coils and oil shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items and cost of gaskets, nuts and bolts etc. will be deemed to be included in this above item quoted rate. (iv) Repair/rewinding of transformer carried out by authorized workshop only. (v) Copper winding material required for maintenance measured and paid separetely in respective items. Cost for all other items used for above with are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (vi) The quoted rates shall also be deemed to include for submission of test reports for testing as specified above+A1

All as per serial item No 3 & 3.01 above but for transformer of capacity more than 160 KVA and upto 630 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of burnt defective HT copper coil of different type capacity winding from transformer with and including superior quality enamelled copper winding wire of approved make of suitable size/guage and number of turns matching as per original winding of transformer including all insulating papers and material required for making of coil including varnishing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Replacement of burnt defective LT copper coil of different type capacity winding from transformer with and including superior quality enamelled copper winding strips of approved make of suitable size/guage and number of turns matching as per original winding of transformer including all insulating papers and material required for making of coil including varnishing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and Labour for brass terminal studs and bushing with brass check nuts including all accessories for primary (HT) side of transformer capacity 50 KVA to 160 KVA, 11KV/433 volts of any make/type including removing of old unserviceable items and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- This item shall not be applicable for item No 3 & 4.

Material and Labour for brass terminal studs and bushing with brass check nuts including all accessories for primary (HT) side of transformer capacity above 160 to 315 KVA, 11KV/433 volts of any make/type including removing of old unserviceable items and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- This item shall not be applicable for item No 3 & 4..

Material and Labour for brass terminal studs and bushing with brass check nuts including all accessories for secondary (LT) side of transformer capacity 50KVA to 160 KVA , 11KV/433 volts of any make/type including removing of old unserviceable items and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- This item shall not be applicable for item No 3 & 4.

Material and Labour for brass terminal studs and bushing with brass check nuts including all accessories for secondary (LT) side of transformer capacity above 160 to 315 , 11KV/433 volts of any make/type including removing of old unserviceable items and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- This item shall not be applicable for item No 3 & 4.

Supply and fix in repairs silica gel component suitable for breather assembly of outdoor type transformer of 160 KVA to 630 KVA capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs silica gel component suitable for breather assembly of outdoor type transformer of 63 KVA to 100 KVA capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for servicing and maintenance of HT VCB 630 Amps to 800 Amps, one incoming-six outgoing panel including Checking of contacts, lubrication of mechanism, cleaning, tightening, Insulation Resistance Test for existing rated H.T beaker . Tightening of all control wiring panel,repair to manual/electrical closing/trippping. Opening of panel back covers, removing of Bus bar, removing of PT, removing of CTs, cleaning of all bus bar , CT chamber and heating up chamber to remove moisture pressure test with pressure test kit, complete testing of breaker ,checking mechanism of fixed and moving contacts and removing carbon deposits and overhauling of spring charged mechanism and operation of indicators are correctly showing the ON/OFF and spring charged / discharged system, cleaning the surfaces of insulators, fasten the bolts fixed in interrupting units, mechanism linkages, replacing all unserviceable parts lite CT, PT, vaccum inetrrupter, fuses /any mechanism etc. lubricating and greasing the mechanism of moving parts and reparing of trip push button assembly including testing and calibration of protection relays and reconnecting back the VCB and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The quoted rates shall also be deemed to include for submission of test reports for testing as specified above.

S&F in replacement high tension lightning arrestor, expulsion type suitable for 11 KV with all fittings of transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps and testing , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement for high tension lightning arrestor, expulsion type suitable for 33 KV with all fittings of transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps and testing, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erecting of true vertical position steel tubular swaged pole, 11 metre long, complete with mild steel base plate 6mm thick of size 300mm x 300mm, B-118 finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers and screws, type 410 SP-55 including drilling of holes of required size and nuts for fixing of cross arms, painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete, painting five black and white bands at lower portion of pole each of 300 mm height at 300mm spacing including taking down of old existing broken/cracked pre stresed concrete pole 11 metres long complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation, earth work and PCC in foundation of poles, coping etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of Sch 'A').

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning in replacement HT cable 11 KV grade, XLPE insulated (earthed) screened, PVC bedded, galvanized iron strip armoured with stranded aluminium conductor cable of cross sectional area 95 sqmm; 3 core, ISI marked with IS:7098 (part-II) as amended upto date in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes etc and making connection by providing suitable aluminium lugs with proper crimping, including removal of old unserviceable defective cable of any size and capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrinkable type joint, complete with and including jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium cable of size 95 Sqmm , also with and including connecting single thimbles etc after disconnecting of electric supply including removing burnt out jointing kit etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrinkable type joint, complete with and including jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium cable of size 120 Sqmm, also with and including connecting single ferrules/thimbles etc after disconnecting of electric supply including removing burnt out jointing kit etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrinkable type joint, complete with and including jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium cable of size 120 Sqmm, also with and including connecting single ferrules/thimbles etc after disconnecting of electric supply including removing burnt out jointing kit etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour in replacement for GI tubes, "light grade", 100 mm bore with and including all fittings laid in trenches/road crossing/floors etc for cable protection, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and laying in replacement unreinforced precast factory made concrete for cable cover, class HV, Type -I, flat, size 300 mm x 180mm x 40mm,ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the existing broken/ damage platform and M & L for construction of platform of size 3000x2500x1500mm including all materials and civil works with brick work, rendering 15mm thick CM 1:4, PCC 1:5:10 (40mm graded stone) for foundation, 1:3:6 for base of foundation including angle iron of size 40x40x5mm, cutting, welding and all fabrication works, fencing with GI wire mesh around the platform with gate of suitable size alongwith all required items such as nuts, bolts, washers, etc., plastering of whole platform and painting for installation of transformer and as per drawing No CEUZ/TD-1129/96 sheet 1/2 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 (nominal mix) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in foundation filling and mass concrete for poles and stay/installation paths complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 (nominal mix) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in coping of poles and the like complete including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in foundation filling and mass concrete for poles and stay/installation paths complete all as specified and direct

Mild steel framed work as in plates (plain or chequered) channels square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment, conforming to Gde Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of red oxide primer coat and two coat of silver paint all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of HT 4 pole structure consisting of steel tubular poles, bracing, cross arms, channels,clamps, supports, nuts, bolts with two coats of Silver paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparing the existing external surfaces including making alternate strips each of 30 cm height with black and red synthetic enamel paint upto 1.20 mtr height from top of PCC copping, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for painting of HT two pole structure consisting of steel tubuler poles and connected steel sections such as bracing, cross arms , channels, supports, clamps , nuts , bolts of any type with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparing the old painted external surfaces including making alternate strips each 30cm with black and red synthetic enamel paint upto 1.2m height from ground level complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix of 11 KV air break gang operated device of rating 400 amps, 3Pole, vertical type, mechanically operated, mounted on and including 11 KV porcelain insulators and steel frame with operating machanism worked from ground level with and including GI tubing 25 mm bore light grade and providing ACSR conductor jumpers duly crimped with lugs, connected to existing 11 KV supply and testing and including removing old unserviceable items complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 33 KV air break gang operated device of rating 400 amps/600 amps , 3Pole, horizontal mounting, mechanically operated,mounted on and including 33 KV porcelain insulators and steel frame with operating machanism worked from ground level,copper flat terminals, connected to existing 33 KV supply and testing and including removing old unserviceable items complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Jaipuriya equivalent to makes specified in PS. Note for Item Nos 3,33 & 34 : Steel work (channels for GOD)for installation of above items to Pole(s) shall be measured and paid separately.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connecting to galvanised iron wire 4.0mm dia (as earth lead wire), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised and earth wire protected by provision of galvanised iron pipe light grade, 15mm bore including provn of concrete pit in PCC M-15, type B-I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick precast cover of size 550 mm X 550 mm X 75 mm of RCC M-15, type B-I, reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/ Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia mild steel bar handle made to shape, galvanised iron medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and including earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion.

Supply and fix pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut 150mm height, 150mm dia for working pressure 11000 Volts grade of HT line including taking down existing cracked/unserviceable pin type insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement disc type insulators, porcelain vitreous white brown or green, 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductor having working pressure 11000 Volts including taking down existing cracked/unserviceable disc type insulator complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cradles, hexagonal/rectangular, fabricated with galvanised steel wire 3.15 or 4mm dia including taking down old unserviceable wire complete all as specified and directed.

S & fix aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of following sizes as in overhead conductor including fixing aluminium tapes for binding including dismantling of old conductor of any size and capacity complete all as specified and directed: - (a) 6/1 x 3.0 - Ferret (b) 6/1 x 2.59 - Weasel (c) 6/1 x 2.11 - Squirrel Note: The weight of the conductor shall be determined as stipulated in Preamble (b) on Page 406 of SSR-2010 Part-II (Rates).

Rough excavation n exc 1.50m deep and getting out in any typeof soil, complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth for laying of cables, pipe lines, protection pipes and foundations etc and getting out in soft lose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soil including spreading leveling watering and well rammimg in layer n exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated soil not exc 50m & depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed

Supply and filling in and spreading unwashed river sand for cushioning and covering the under ground cables in trenches and punning to provide required cover complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed. Note: Punned thickess i.e 18 cm shall be measured for paymeny purpose.

Un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mmx180mmx40mm, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for stone hard core of gauge not exc 63mm,deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc 15cm thick, to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting/trimming of tree branches under all around OH HT electric line including cleaning upto 1.00 mtr horizontal distance on both sides of OH electric line from ground level of the poles including removing all creepers small bushes and complete all as specified and directed. Note: Materials i.e safety harness, T&P like Axes, saw, rope and all required will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. Proper shutdown should be taken for MES power house before cutting/ trimming near OH electric lines and the same is the responsibility of the contractor.

Danger notice plate of size 25 x 20 cm, made of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with and including mild steel clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT poles, complete all as specified.

Deduct Credit Amount as per Schedule of credit as details given on Srl Page No 27 (R) of tender doucments.
