M&L for unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm covering protection to the electric cable laid dry flat traversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC ( 1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping pedestal of poles. Including necessary form work fair finished to exposed surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC ( 1:4:8 ) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggreghate for foundation of poles and stay assembly, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, commisisoning and testing in replacement of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel striop or wire armoured heavy duty electric power cable with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade (earthed system) of cross-sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core including taking out old unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(1) Excavation & earth work meassured & paid under seprately respective items.

S&F in replacement for Cable end jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for out door type termination cold shrinkable type joint complete with all jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement for Cable end jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for out door type termination cold shrinkable type joint complete with all jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair/ replacement of out door type triple pole, 11000 volts mechanically operated Air break switch, mounted on 15 Nos insulators and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating up to 200 amps and all accessories ie pipe clamp etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair/ replacement for Structural steel work conforming to grade Fe-410 as in cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections, including , nuts, bolts, washers, welding , bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat, one finishing coat of aluminium paint including taking out old steel for 11KV insulation, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair/ replacement of disc assembly type composite polymer insulators, specified mechanical load 45 KN (minimum) P F (dry) withstand voltage 65 KV/mint, P F (wet) withstand voltage 40 KV/mint, impulse withstand voltage 80 KVP for tension with tension clamp for conductors working voltage 11000 volts, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair/ replacement of pin type polymer insulator including galvanised mild steel strap, washer and one galvanised iron nut of suitable size for 11000 volts, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair/ replacement of aluminium conductor steel re-inforced (ACSR) of any size for HT lines on PCC/Steel Tubular poles, stretching without kinks and bends, binding with (rates inclusive) binding wire including taking out old existing ACSR, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair/ replacement of galvanised steel wire 4 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair/ replacement of vice type connectors consisting of two brass plates, and two steel bolts and nuts for 2 conductors of equal and unequal sizes, for non-tension connections including treatment of connector and ACSR conductor, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair/ replacement of stay assembly complete comprising of 20mm dia 40cm long stay bow rod 20mm dia x 100mm long galvanised stay rod threaded and with nuts including 300mmx300 mmx6mm thick plate necessary clamps etc as shown on plate No. 1 on page 495 of SSR Part-I 2009, complete including taking down U/S stay assembly , complete all as specified and directed. ( Note: Loop type insulator, stay clamp, stay wire, excavation and concrete work measured separately)

S&F in repair/ replacement for galvanised steel wire size 7/4 mm for stay assembly, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair/ replacement of loop type insulator in replacement with complete fiting porcelain, vitreous white or brown large size with over all dismensions 90x140mm , clearance of hole 25.5mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair/ replacement for Anti climbing devices; comprising 2.24 mm dia galvanised steel 2-srand barbed wire wih 2.00mm dia barbs wrapped spirally round poles, to a lengh of 0.5 to 1.0 metre clammped and properly secured or as ordered (clamps measured separately), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair/ replacement for Anti-climbing device;spikes type fabricated out of M. S bars (round, square and flat). including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair/ replacement of Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letter,figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fix with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT 25x20 cm , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair/ replacement of Cradels, hexagonal/rectangular, fabricated and for stretching GI steel wire 4 mm dia including for pole to pole with binding wire in location/ area given by the incharge, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erect in replacement of pole in vertical position steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial welded with MS sheet at top as specified type 410 SP-55(11 meteres long) including taking out old unserviceable poles, complete all as specified duly factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally through out and externally for embedded portion and painting with one coat of red oxide primer, applying two coats of synthetic enamal aluminium paint on remaining exposed surface after errection complete, painting witht synthetic enamal paint of colours black and yellow alternate strips of 30cm width upto 1.5m from the top of coping complete incl. making suitable holes where required and dismantling damaged/ unserviceable concrete poles/ struts og any size complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(1) Excavation & earth work & PCC meassured & paid seprately respective items of Sch 'A'.

M&L in replacement for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried in ground vertical to a depth not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized GI strip of size 32 x 6 mm and 40 mm dia bore 7.5 mtr long light grade GI protection pipe for earth strip and GI watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade from the top edge of earth plate fixed with deep cut on one end of pipe and fix from earth plate up to one feet above ground level of other end and plugged watering pipe at top with MS funnel with one jalli and grouted in PCC 1:2:4 of size 30 X 30 X 30 CM etc and 15 CM alternate layer of charcoal and salt around all sides of earth plate all as shown in electric plate no 3 of SSR part I of 2009, complete all as specified and directed. Notes: 1. Earth lead & protection pipes length upto & including 7.50 metre is deemed included in the unit rate quoted. 2. Earth filling shall be done by vegitable soil. 3. Soil shall be free from stone, boulders, aggregate, gravels etc. 4.On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

Notes: 1. Earth lead & protection pipes length upto & including 7.50 metre is deemed included in the unit rate quoted. 2. Earth filling shall be done by vegitable soil. 3. Soil shall be free from stone, boulders, aggregate, gravels etc. 4. On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

M&L for painting of 4 pole structures comprising of cross arms, supporting angle iron, clamps, nuts and bolts complete with 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide after scraping old painted surface and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint upto 1.5 metre above the ground level with black and yellow colour alternatively 30 cm interval from coping of the pole, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of 2 pole structures comprising of cross arms, supporting angle iron, clamps, nuts and bolts complete with 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide after scraping old painted surface and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint upto 1.5 metre above the ground level with black and yellow colour alternatively 30 cm interval from coping of the pole, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of aluminium painting to existing cross arms "V" type, clamps, in position on 11 metres long PCC/Steel tubular pole after thoroughly cleaning the surfaces including bolt nuts etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of existing steel tubular HT pole by providing one coat of aluminium paint including preparation of surface up to complete height all as specified and directed.

Cutting /trimming tree branches along the over head HT/LT lines up to 3.0 mtr from electric line on both sides of the span and disposing of the cut tree-branches at places, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Necessary permission will be obtained from department by contractor one day prior to trimming in particular area and shut down of that area shall be arranged by department. (ii) The overhead line shall be maintained for whole period of contract and the payment shall be made once in entire Contract period only. (iii) Any No. of conductors/wires between two poles will be treated as one span. (iv) Cutting/ trimming to be carried out in patches as per requirement.

M&L for surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep around 2 pole / 4 pole structure, feeder pillar box and transformer DG set platform plinth and out side Sub Station Building etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Aluminium strip of size 25 x 3 mm from test point to transformer or other places, complete all as specified and directed.

Restretching of existing loose OH, HT ACSR conductor wire including GI wire along the span of poles for sagging within the permissible limit including binding/ rebinding/ joining with aluminium winding wire in case of breakage of conductor, size of winding wire shall not be less than 2 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Unit rate is for stretching/restringing of three conductor in each span between two pole.

Supply, install, connect, testing and commissioning in replacement of 36 V DC auxiliary power source with 2V lead acid dry frame cells for protection of power of power control system comprising of the following all as standard practice and as specified including dismantling old battery power pack system complete. (a) 36 V/100 AH VRLA battery pack consisting of lead acid cell batteries minimum 18 Nos 2 V per cell, 1.75 V permissible cell voltage at the end of discharge complete all as aspecified and directed.

Notes : The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule(BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.
