Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position like roofs, floors other than ground floors , beam , staircases , landings , tanks, chajjas, projections, facias and similar suspended work or reinforcement cut as required to facilate demolition for portions ordered to be dismanttled up to 15 m height including forwork and necessary saftey measures or complete all as specified and directed.

Brushing cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg per Sqm on existing concrete surface using water proofing liquid @ 200 ml per bag of cement complete all as specified and directed.

15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on brick surface or concrete surface of swimmimg pool wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement water proofing treatment mixed with using water proofing liquid @ 200 ml per bag of cement complete all as specified and directed.

25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0( using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Water proofing treatment using acrylic polymer emulsion modified cement based water proofing coating with fibre glass mesh and raintite shall be mixed to cement at the rate of 1:2 and the following steps are as under to be followed during the treatment. a) Clean the surface with wire brush and remove all loose and friable particles from the wall which could affect the bond between the surface and the waterproofing coating. b) The surface is to be repaired with 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 with using water proofing liquid @ 200 ml per bag of cement. c) when the surface is repaired first coat of Sika/Pidilite/Dr Fixit raintite, a flexible protective waterproofing coating is applied with a hard plastic bristled brush and left to harden for 2 to 6 Hours. d) After the first coat dries,fiber glass mesh with second coating raintite. e) Top coat 107 top seal by finish. f) Using curing of screed and plaster are recommended. g) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators.

Crystal glass mosaic tile random 3 colour of size (25cm x25 cm) and thickness 3.5 to 5mm on floor/vertical surfaces on swimming pool of approved manufacturer and specified shade like Orient Blue / Dark Blue / new blue or any pattern etc. laid in approved pattern on 3-6 mm ( 5mm average) thick bed of adhesive mortar of Polymer modified cementitious adhesive in conjuction with polymer modified liquid equivalent product of etc mixed in required porportion as specified by manufacturer including filling / sealing of joints 2-3 mm thick between the tiles with epoxy grout with matching colour pigment to make it water tight and finished neat complete all as specified and directed.

Heavy duty non skid tiles 8 mm -10 mm thick of colour pettern as approved by GE from manufacturers catalouge (rectangular) minimum size of each tile 200mm x 1000mm, in floor etc Including 15mm thick screed bed with cement mortar 1:4 and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including jambs by making the mitred angles at corners complete all as specified and directed.

18 to 20mm thick Rough Granite (colour and designed approved by GE) table rubbed and polished as in steps jambs , pillers , window cills, cooking or swimming pool platform and similar works including pointing in with cement using 1:2 using marble dust and admixture of pigments to match with the shade of granite over and including 15mm thick screed bad in cement mortar 1:4 for laying granite complete all as specified and directed.

75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base floor / pavings complete all as specified and directed.

60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour,design & pattern as in footparth, parks,lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete laid in position at or near ground level to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required completeas directed edges joint filling with in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Pre-laminated Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick,including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 set set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors,path etc with grey cement and pigment as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

Stainless steel (Grade 304) railing and stair in swimming pool made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Framed work as in cover of angle or other section with square bar,flat, gusset plates, rails, braces and sec of angular,square or rectangular etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging fittings and fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in louvers and jallies, 40 mm thick (measured solid) including all mouldings set and jointed in cement mortar 1:4 including taking down or dismatling of old u/s item found at site complete all as specified and as directed.

False ceiling at all heights with fully perforated 12 mm thick micro tegular edged or 10mm thick square edged GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture,design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Non combustible as per BS 4 76 (part 4 )-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main- T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000mm,cross-T of size 15x 32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of s1ze 600x 600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1 OOOmm length and Lshape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x 24x0.40mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall I partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out in any type of soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel work in tubular trusses including post, rafter, purline etc including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S 1161-1979 grade St.-240, complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre-coated galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying one coat of painting with glossy paints for day and night visibility, with different color combinations Black/White or Yellow/Black over one coat of Priming paints coat of any description on new surfaces of kerb stone complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/Ceilling,roof projectios,Including facia,cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour (up to 4th storey with necessary scaffolding) complete all as specified and as directed.

Waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg(undiluted) per sqm. of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered/old painted surface of wall/ceilling (up to 4th storey with necessary scaffolding) after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2) Applying putty manually in double layer on new/old sufaces of wall/ceilling and finishing the surface even and smooth in level without any undulations. 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.

One coat of acrylic waterbased interior/exterior (wall/ceilling up to 4th storey with necessary scaffolding) grade primer @ 0.8 ltr(undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subbsequent coats complete all as specified and as directed..

Water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion for approved colour (up to 4th storey with necessary scaffolding) with silicon additive excellent dirt pickup resistance with low VOC less than 50 AntifugalAnti Algai properties in two coat @1.79 litre (unndiluted) /10 sq mtrs diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming surface with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in between subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and as directed.
