M&L for colored non skid ceramic tiles 7to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement over and incl 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers of cement mortar 1:4 (including hacking of floors) to match shade, pattern, laying etc of tiles as directed at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L vitrified dark shade tiles double charge 9 to 10 mm thick (Square or rectangular ) polished , area of each tiles exc 0.36 sqm but not exe0.42 sqm , in floors in repair,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers of cement mortar 1:4 (including hakcking of floors) to match shade, pattern, laying etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of, stone slabs and tiles of any description or any thickness in floors,aprons including screed bed or flooring etc complete all as specified and directed Notes:-Demolished material should be thrown out of the defence line at Govt approved dumping area.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; all as specified and directed by Eng-in charge. Note:- Before execution of above mentioned item it is compulsary to make good the existing surface of PCC so that paver block could be fixed properly and no extra cost will be bourne by department.

M&L for Cemented tiles of size 30cm x 30xm x22mm thick (Designer tile flower type), machine pressed; set, jointed and pointed in net cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished with grey cement and color pigment, laid over 20 mm thick bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note:- Before execution of above mentioned item it is compulsary to make good the existing surface of PCC so that paver block could be fixed properly and no extra cost will be bourne by department.

Taking down cement plaster,existing wall tile/mosaic in any thickness including racking out joint hacking for key scrubing down with water etc complete all as specified.

M&L for 300x450 x7 mm thick glazed ceramic tiles of premium quality as in dado/ skirting and vertical surfaces set&jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement over and incl 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 to match the Shade, pattern, laying at site complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 15 mm rendering in CM 1:6 on fair face of wall or on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or over roof concrete surfaces mixed with integral water proofing compound finished even & smooth without using extra cement upto the 4 th storey complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note : WPC shall be measured & paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fiber, pulp, PVC, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillets.complete all as specified and directed.

S&F exposed metal frame ceiling with 08mm thick calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600 mm x 600x8mm grid (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing hollow PVC wall lining consisting of 5 to 6 mm thick colour/ printed PVC sheet including fillets ,fittings and fixture with all accessories etc as per approved design as.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing hollow PVC ceiling lining consisting of 5 to 6 mm thick colour/ printed PVC sheet including fillets,GI frame work,fittings and fixture with all accessories as per approved design,drawing.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Gl frame work (size of grid 605x605mm) for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exc. 1.5 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but n exc 4.0 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) and removing to or from store complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) frame work for doors,windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size,including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top,bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Aluminium anodised powder coating grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening including EPDM rubber, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in- charge.

S&F PVC roller not exceeding 40mm dia fixed to aluminium sliding window shutter with necessary clip or screw etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for ACP Board of 12mm thickness to be fixed in aluminum partition frame including all necessary clip or screw etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S &F in repair 5.5mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with rouber beading, joining cleat etc in square exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S &F in repair 5.5mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with rouber beading, joining cleat etc in squar n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S &F in repair 4.0mm thick, figured glass,pin headed type and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sqm in each panel with rouber beading, joining cleat etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing stainless steel wire cloth 0.63 mm nominal dia of wire and avg wide 1.40 mm aperture of tinned tacks of galvanised wire staple to steel windows/fixed with wooden beads of 2nd class HW to wooden doors/windows complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work such as agle iron fencing post and similar type work or any description not other wise provided complete all specified and directed .

M&L for structural steel work (Ornamental and Special Design) in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note:- Pattern and design (Ornamental and Special Design) should be approved by GE and no extra cost will be bourne by department.

S&F for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165,including joing cleats and other necessary required items as per site.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge and any type of ornament pattern and design as approved by GE. Note:- 1.Contractor shall not have any claim in respect of design/Ornamental shape/designer member,the differnece of rate and amount of desinger pattern will not be paid by Department.

Dismantling of asbestos cement sheets, corrugated or semi corrugated etc in roof covering complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S& F in repairs pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated corrugated sheet (including pre-laminated guard film) 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S& F in repair 08 mm thick Poly-Carbonate UV protected hollow sheet with side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparation newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer followed by 3mm wall care putty to achieve the surface even and smooth properly and upto the desired finish.complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of Premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade with two or more coats applied @ 1.43Ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exteriorapplied @2.20kg/10 sqm with 3mm wall care putty to achieve the surface even and smooth properly and upto the desired finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of new or previously untreated steel or steel based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (Schedule of credit) Credit amount of Rs (Refer schedule of credit) for retrieved material mentioned in Sch 'A' Part-II of Tender documents in PDF form will be deducted offline during acceptance of tender of lowest bidder.
