S&F LED Lights fitting 20 watt,220V, AC Decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete.

S & Replacement for angular type Lamp holder PVC policarbonate type with back plate including Lamp 9 Watt complete all as specified.

Taking down ceiling fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades, removing fan and blades and hanging the same after cleaning including connecting up alongwith provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan.

S&F sheet metal enclosures for MCBs, single pole and neutral, 12 ways 240 Volts double door type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Distribution board iron clad TPN DB, double door with IP-43 1K-09 protection suitable for MCB as incommer and MCB as outgoing 415 Volts 3 phase 50 C/s 6 way, complete with appropriate size copper bus bar complete including cutting chases to wall for fixing DB and making good the disturbed wall surface all as required at site or directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: MCB's will be measured and paid seperately under relevent items)

S&F in replacement MCB SPN 40 to 63 Amp, type 'C'10KA, 240 Volts.

S&F in replacement MCB SP 5 to 32 Amp, 'C'10KA, 240 Volts.

Supply and fixing 415V 10KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of TPN 40 to 100 AMP poles and current carrying capacity in the DB complete with connection testing and commissioning

M & L for sub main wiring with two single core FRLS, PVC insulated, stranded, unsheathed cable copper conductor with size 10 Sqmm and drawing through & including Non metallic PVC conduit concealed in wall including earth continuity conductor of size 10 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable and connected to earth dolly to be drawn in concealed PVC conduit including connecting to main board complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with and including galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick surrounded by a mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layers burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected with and including galvanised iron or steel earth wire,4mm dia (No. 8 SWG) by means bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron, 15 mm bore (light grade) GI pipe for protection of earthing lead, 20 mm bore (light grade) GI pipe for watering with funnel, wire mesh and including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 pit and 50 mm thick RCC M-25(Design mix) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sq m) pit cover, C.I frame, charcoal and comman salt filling in alternate layers, complete all as shown and specified in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009), complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Earthing to be done for replacement of existing earthing. The materials retrieved from earthing shall be credited to contractor.

Note An amount of Rs. 38,874.00.00 on account of credit schdule for Sch 'A' Part-II Shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
