75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with lime stone, sand stone, flint or quartzite coarse aggregate of grading 2(63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified.

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air blower to remove all loose dirt/foreign materials and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer (Viscosity Grade Paving Bitumen of Grade VG-30) at the rate of 10 Kg per 10 Sqm of surface laying bituminous premix carpet 30mm consolidated thickness, with 0.41 cu.m. of stone chippings mixed with 21.9 kg of binder, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient prepared in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and using with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and applying premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cu.m. of sand mixed with 6.8 kg of bitumen, applied and rolled to a uniform smooth surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing existing black top bituminous surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air blower to remove all loose dirt/foreign materials and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer (Viscosity Grade Paving Bitumen of Grade VG-30) at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm of surface laying bituminous premix carpet 30mm consolidated thickness, with 0.41 cu.m. of stone chippings mixed with 21.90 kg of binder, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient prepared in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and using with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and applying premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cu.m. of sand mixed with 6.8 kg of bitumen, applied and rolled to a uniform smooth surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Marking lines, dashes arrows etc of any description not less than 10cm width/girth on road surface using hot applied hermo plastic road marking paint mixed with radium glass beads @ 250 gms/Sqm with automatic machine(min thickness of marking paint 3mm) to provide reflectivity and night vision (approximate temperature being 200° Celsius at the time of laying) including cleaning the surface by removing all dirt, dust & all other foreign matters, demarcation at site and traffic control, complete all as specified & directed.

All directional retro-reflective round delineator steel made out of 18 gauge MS sheet of outer dia 75mm having reflector in cavity 1.6 mm deep. Head of height 230mm supported over a MS round pipe 47mm dia of 18 gauge sheet passing through the head to provide firm support to make a total height 600mm having a circular foot for firm grip to ground. All powder coated to make all weather resistant. High intensity reflectors laminated all around & vertically embedded in plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate of block size 30 cm x 30 cm x 30 cm including necessary earth work and removing surplus soil to a distance nexc 50 mtr fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.
