Manning and operation of electric driven motor pump set & DG Set of size, capacity and make as mentioned below for 08 hours daily in three shifts from 0800 hrs to 1600 hrs, 1600 hrs to 2400 hrs and 2400 hrs to 0800 hrs with one FGM in each shift. Location : at pump house No 4 (Near Single officer Quarter T E) ,The operator has to perform the following duties:(i) Regulating sluice valves of raising/ distribution mains as directed.(ii) Carrying out proper chlorination while pumping to maintain the residual chlorine of pumping water to the desired level as instructed time to time from Department, utilising the existing Electrochemical dozing plant by adding required quantity as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Preventing leakage from pump glands, valve gland etc with providing suitable size gland packing.(iv) Maintain the running log book of pump sets / DG Sets installed in the Pump House premises.(v) Normal maintenance of motor, pump set, panel boards etc by keeping all system neat clean and tidy.(vi) Recording the chlorination level in log book daily.(vii) Visual check to the water pipe line from pump house to O/H Tank/ reservoirs twice in a week. Any leakage found in the lines must be informed to the JE E/M / Engineer-in-charge.(viii) Any other failure / break down the operator on duty must inform to JE E/M/Engineer-in-charge immediately.(ix) Operator on duty is responsible for running of DG set for pumpng of water when there is electricity break down/shut down at Station. Location : tube well No 5 , (KV School) The FGM has to perform the following duties :(i) Regulating sluice valves of raising/ distribution mains as directed.and open and close valve at the time of supply at both ends ie user and pumping ends.(ii) Carrying out proper chlorination while pumping to maintain the residual chlorine of pumping water to the desired level as instructed time to time from Department, utilising the existing Electrochemical dozing plant by adding required quantity as directed by Encharge-in-Charge.(iii) Preventing leakage from pump glands, valve gland etc with providing suitable size gland packing.(iv) Maintain the running log book of pump sets / DG Sets installed in the Pump House premises.(v) Normal maintenance of motor, pump set, panel boards etc by keeping all system neat clean and tidy.(vi) Recording the chlorination level in log book daily.(vii) Visual check to the water pipe line from bore well/pump house to O/H Tank/ reservoirs twice in a week. Note (for item 01 to 06) (i) The capacity of the existing DG / Pump Set may be changed to higher or lower capacity as per the requirement during the currency of contract. No claim shall be entertained from the contractor on this account. (ii) The contractor will be responsible to rectify the defects caused by the negligency of the operator.(iii) The operator will keep necessary tool i.e. Pliers/screw drivers/ phase tester/ torch/ adjustable spanner and clamp meter for day to day normal maintenance. Nothing extra will be admissible to contractor on account of this.(iv) Proper dress code for operators shall be maintained by the contractor as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Nothing extra will be admissible to contractor on account of this. (v) Contractor shall be responsible for police verification of the operator employed and to make duty pass from Engr-in-Charge. (vi) Contractor will be responsible for maintaining the documents i.e. Attendance register/ break down register/ duty roster etc. (vii) The contractor shall be responsible for regular chlorination by maintenance and repair of the chlorination dozing plant & supply of calcium hypo chlorine 65% to 70%.

Supply and replacement of coupling incl suitable bearing of cap 40/50 HP motor and pump as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of rubber star coupling suitable for 40/50 HP motor , and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and replacement of pressure guage of existing size any type as directed by Engineer -In-Charge.

Supply and replacement of motor starter contact male and female set complete as per sample all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and replacement of HRC fuse 63 amps to 100 amps of existing make all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of submersible copper cable of 16 Sqmm, 3 core 1100 V grade complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of pump house building and installtion & nearby open area, pump house roof complete including Grass cutting , bushes cutting, unwanted plants upto ground level complete all as specified & directed.(Note: The tools required for the cutting of grass shall be provided by the contractor).

Supply, only calcium hypo chlorite 65 to 70% chlorine content all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Brand Purichlor, Manufactured by Shree Rayal Seema, High Strength Hypo Ltd, Kurnool or equivalent as approved by Garrison Engineer.

Material and Labour to repair / maint of unsv booster/ centrifugal pumps of 40 HP capacity and dismantling and strip opening to complete booster/centrifugal pump under mention cap and segrigated all serviceable parts and kept at site for reuse incl replacement of bronze impellar of suitable size and bushes bearing and other required parts and making serviceable to the pump complete and servicing, cleaning,greasing, overhauling, re-alignment with lock,key,nut, bolts,washers and reassembling the same after testing complete and all as directed by engineer-in-charge

All as per description serial item No 15 above but 50 HP capacity

Material and Labour to repair / maint of unsv booster/ centrifugal pumps 40HP capacity and dismantling and opening complete motor under mention cap and segrigated all serviceable parts and kept at site for reuse incl rewinding motor with supper enamled wire of suitable gauge complete , and replaceing bushes, bearing check nut, and other required parts an+B36d varnishing the same incl painting of motor , making serviceable to the motor complete and servicing, cleaning,greasing, overhauling, re-alignment with lock,key,nut, bolts,washers and reassembling the same after testing complete and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per description serial item No 17 above but 50 HP capacity

Repair/maint of unsv submersible pumping set of 15 HP cap from bore well and dismentling and opening of 3 phase 415 volt, 2900 rpm AC submersible pump at site in presence of JE/Engineer-in-Charge for checking complete carrying pump set to workshop for repair of pump set ,dismantling and opening complete of under mentioned capacity, and segrigate all serviceable parts and kept at site for reuse incl rewinding with PVC insulated super quality water proof copper winding wire of suitable gauge incl replacing insulated material, varnishing , drying and replacement of unsv parts/spares such as GM impeller,neeking bowl bushes,sand cap,CI intermeddiate bowl,s/s pump shaft etc , complete servicing, cleaning, greasing , reassembling inclding testing at site on full load complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- charge.

Material and Labour for Repair of Automatic star Delta starter, dismantling the same and located the fault, removing the defective part and replacing the same with new parts all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Replacement of new parts shall be measured and paid as supply only under item No 23 to 27, here-in-after and fixing deemed to be included under this item.

Supply only Contactor ML3. Make: semense/ L&T or equivalent as approved by GE.
