Material and labour for welding / cutting work for mild steel pipe of dia 80 to 150 mm at leakage pipe and fixing the pipe with new pipe of existing dia and welding the both side joints with required length of mild steel pipe to restore the water supply complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - Rates are deemed to be including hiring of T&P required at site.

Supply and fixing cast iron rising sluice valve both end flanged class PN 1.6 conforming to IS-14846-2000 with iron wheel head and brass spindle including necessary joint with nuts, bolt, washer, rubber or fiber board gasket, etc and testing complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old one complete suitable for the following bore of pipes: -

Supply and fixing cast iron double orifice air release valve ISI marked IS : 14845 type DS2 in PN 1.0 flanged end with provision for inbuilt isolating valve to the existing pipe line including joint with necessary fittings as required at site, testing complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old one complete suitable for the following bore of pipes: -

Labour for repair / rectification of leakage of underground cast iron / ductile iron pipe line of size 80 to 150 mm bore dia in position complete with excavation approx 1.5 X 1.5 X 1.5 metre around the leakage, returning, filling in, removal, cutting / dismantling of leakage complete with and including cocking to existing lead joint, filling new lead joint burning and taking out existing lead joint as per site requirement and restore the water supply complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Spare / fitting shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking up cast iron / ductile iron water mains (including all fittings) of dia 80 mm with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints or flanged ends including disconnecting pipes and fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing mild steel / cast iron / ductile iron specials for spigot and socketed / flanged cast iron / ductile iron pipes 150mm dia, such as connecting pieces one end flanged and other socket or spigot and bell mouth pieces one end flanged other end tapering as bell mouth, including taking out old unserviceable specials etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of submersible motor rotor for 20 to 30 HP motor complete with bearing upper / lower bearing housing, sleeves, tee bolts and bush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of submersible motor stator for capacity 20 to 30 HP complete with thrust plate, thrust bearing with housing, studs, water seal, sand guard, rubber diaphragam with plate, sealing bush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of submersible motor rotor for 50 to 60 HP motor complete with bearing upper / lower bearing housing, sleeves, tee bolts and bush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of fully automatic star delta starter 3 phase, 415 volt, 50 Hz, suitable for submersible pumping set heavy duty with overload relay range suitable for 40 HP MU-G40 model L&T complete with provision of power contactor volt / Amp meter, push ON/OFF switch, selector switch, indicator etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of fully automatic star delta starter 3 phase, 415 volt, 50 Hz, suitable for submersible pumping set heavy duty with overload relay range suitable for 50 HP MU-G50 model L&T complete with provision of power contactor volt / Amp meter, push ON/OFF switch, selector switch, indicator etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of fully automatic star delta starter 3 phase, 415 volt, 50 Hz, suitable for submersible pumping set heavy duty with overload relay range suitable for 75 HP MU-G75 model L&T complete with provision of power contactor volt / Amp meter, push ON/OFF switch, selector switch, indicator etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Transporting air compressor and other allied equipment / material at site of tube well and installation of complete machinery for redevelopment of tube well complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Redevelopment of tube well with air compressor of adequate capacity (not less than 250 Cfm) as per specification till the availability of sand free clear water, subject to minimum of 60 hours of operation of air compressor (60 x 4500) complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing of pea shaped gravel as per specification and gravel shrouding in annular space between well and liner assembly required during redevelopment complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting all incoming / outgoing electric connection from LT panel / starter / electric motor carefully including dismantling / opening nut, bolt of discharge head and taking out submersible / VT / monoblock motor pumping set complete with mild steel column pipe having capacity 10 to 50 HP and shifting in workshop for repair / servicing of pumping set and reassembling / electric connection and testing at site on full load complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for LT panel size (1.5 X 1.2 X 0.6 metre) having thickness of 3.15mm and inner shell made out of 2mm thick mild steel sheet and mild steel angle section 50x50x6mm mounted on PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 platform 45 cm above and 45 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front openable double door system and cable alloy (Each door hinged with body at 3 places with body and hinges should be welded with body and door) lockable / openable by keys having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, “U” type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, tested at factory approved from CPRI factory fabricated having modern fabrication and testing process followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS:8623/93 including taking down of old unserviceable panels from site complete all as specified and as directed. (i) Incoming:- (a) MCCB, 200 Amps, 4 Pole, 415V, 25 KA - 01 Each, Al busbar of capacity 250 Amps - Set of three. (ii) Outgoing: - (a) MCCB, 100 Amps, 4 Pole, 415V, 16 KA - 03 Each, (b) Automatic star delta starter 40 to 63 Amps with SPP, OV, UV, PR, etc.. - 02 Set (01 Standby). (iii) Digital Ammeter 0-250 A of size 96 Sqmm with selector switch-01 No. (iv) Digital Volt meter 0-500 V of size 96 Sqmm with selector switch-01 No. (v) Indicator lamp RYB 22.5mm dia LED type 240 volts AC with incoming including back up protection by 2 Amp MCB RYB with holder - 01 set of three. (vi) CT coils of suitable ratio - 01 Set.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to GI strip 32 x 6 mm (upto 7.5 m in length from earth plate) by means of bolts and nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified and shown in electrical plate no. 3 of SSR part - I including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber with RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 40 mm thick cover with mild steel rod 8mm dia 150mm long reinforcement, watering funnel, 40 mm dia light grade for protection of earth electrode 20 mm dia for watering and pouring extra clay soil of quantity not less than one cubic meter into the earth pit and also removal of excavated soil not less than 50 metre from the earthing place complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate earth electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron wire of 4 mm dia earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers made of galvanized iron protected by 40mm bore light grade GI pipe upto 7.5 Rm with 4mm earth lead and connected for body earthing of feeder pillar box all as specified and including PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 pit and precast RCC (1 : 1½ : 3) type A-1 pit cover slab of size 300x300x50mm with handle as shown in drawing funnel, wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, charcoal and salt in alternate layers including necessary earth work and excavation in hard / dense soil and removal etc complete all as specified in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part - I 2009 and all as directed.

Disconnecting and taking out defective underground cable any size and any type from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.
