Supply and spreading dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of cable 8 cm layer before laying the cable and 15cm thick layer after laying the cable. Note-Sand layer shall be paid for 18mm only after well pressed.

Supplying and laying dry bricks in trenches over under ground electric cable for mechanical protection with width equal to length of bricks with well burnt sub class ‘B’ old size bricks laid flat complete.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m from the starting point.

Material and labour for street light bracket made out of GI pipe 1.2 mtr long 40mm dia medium grade bent to shape as directed including MS clamps made out of 25mmX3mm flat iron for fixing bracket suitable for PCC/ street poles including nuts and bolts of required size including painting with one coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide / primer all as directed incl taking down of old unsv bkt .

Supply & Errecting truelly vertical position steel tubular swaged poles in replacement of UNSV /Broken PCC poles complete with CI base plate, finial taper plug bolts, nuts & screws 9.0 mtr long type 410 SP-31 including painting of poles with 2 coats of approved aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide, making five strips of black and white paint from PCC of size 30cm thick, numbering of pole with black or white colour by means of stencils all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning in replacement of totally enclosed feeder pillar outdoor type fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof powder coated double door type (independent cabin including locking arrangement for each MCCBs, bus bar chamber enclosed complete suitable for operating on 415 Volt 50 Hz AC supply internally wired with copper conductor having legs 90 cms made out of 50x50x6 mm angle iron grouted on brick masonary platform upto 45 cms. Brick masonary platform should be 60 cms above the Ground Level. Comprising the following:- Note:- (i) The panel shall be front operated with cable entry from the bottom with cable glands. Earth bus shall be part of the main feeder pillar. (ii) Fabrication of feeder pillar box to be approved by CPRI depth of the panel not less than 50 cms.
