M&L for earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m for any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m for any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials soil to a distance exc 50m but not exc 250m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials soil to a distance exc 250m but not exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials soil to a distance exc 500m but not exc 1.5km and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under ground cables with a layer of 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidation formation surfaces in cutting of roads / berms etc only to the required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller including filling in depressions which occur during the process with approach earth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for soling (or sub base), 200mm thick spread thickness with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 250mm thick in two layers thick (compacted finished thickness) Water Bound Macadam (WBM) with coarse stone aggregates (Granite, trap or Basalt) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size), spread, rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 (Latest Revised edition) of M-50 Grade (with grey cement and pigment) including bedding of 30mm thick layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collar bore of pipe 600mm, side packing by returning, filling, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collar bore of pipe 900mm, side packing by returning, filling, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling, mass concrete, beds of poles streets and stays complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC (1:2:4) (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Cautionary /warning sign boards of equilateral triangular shape having each side of 900 mm with support length of 3650 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type-IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC:67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing, specification and directed.

M&L for Beam Crash Barrier comprising of 3mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail fixed at 95cm above road / ground level of 2.15m long vertical post of steel 'I' section 150mm x 100mm x 4.03mm thick or equivalent spaced @ 2.00 m c/c embedded in concrete upto 1.20 m below road / ground level, corrugated steel sheet fixed to vertical post with 40cm long spacer 350mm x 127mm x 5.9mm thick 'I' section or equivalen, all steel parts and fitments shall be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings shall be conforming to IS:1367 and IS:1364 complete all as drawings, specified and directed. NOTE : (a) For measurement and payment purposes, the net length of corrugated sheet metal beam rail shall be considered. The cost of vertical post @ 2.00m c/c and fittings & fitments shall be deemed included in unit rate. (b) The concrete and earth work for embedding the vertical post in ground shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer on kerb stone / external walls including preparation of surface complete all as drawings, specified and directed.

M&L for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses with maximum depression on face from straigth edge held against the dressed surafce n exc 20mm, for granite or trap stone, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Plain Cement Concrete, type B1, (1:2:4) using 20mm stone crushed aggregate, cast in situ as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, coping, stay assembly and other similar bands, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or hamfered angles and throating and including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of PVC (SWR) pipes, type A, ISI marked, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls, 110 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Precast Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in boulders bond stone and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing to random rubble stone masonary in CM (1:4), uncoursed or brought upto coarse complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boulder filling dry, handpacked tightly, as in back fill complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE :- Wire crate be measured separately)

M&L for boulder filling exceeding 15cm and upto 30cm dia as in back fill complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE :- Wire crate be measured separately)

M&L for providing, cast-in-situ (1:2:4) PCC, type B1, using 20mm crushed stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:4) on stone masonary surfaces other than fair face , finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Inner girth to be measured only

Supply and fixing LED street light & fitting of 70 Watt (7200 System Lumens), CT not less than 5700K, nominal voltage of 240 V, impact resistance IK08, pressure die cast aluminum hosing, heat resistant toughened glass with frame IP 66 protection, LED lumen efficacy not less than 110 lumen/watt, reflector lenses for uniform light distribution on each LED, LM 79 report/test certificate to be provided by the contractor and complete fixed on new bracket and making connections with provision of PVC insulated copper conductor (multistranded) cable in PVC conduit with clamps complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : New bracket and PVC conduit & wire will be paid and measured separately under respective item)

Supply and fixing LED flood light & fitting of 120 Watt (13800 System Lumens) CT not less than 5700K, nominal voltage of 140-270 V, impact resistance IK08, pressure die cast aluminum hosing, heat resistant toughened glass with frame IP 66 protection, LED lumen efficacy not less than 140 lumen/watt, reflector lenses for uniform light distribution on each LED, LM 79 report/test certificate to be provided by the contractor and complete fixed on new bracket and making connections with provision of PVC insulated copper conductor (multistranded) cable in PVC conduit with clamps complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : New bracket and PVC conduit & wire will be paid and measured separately under respective item)

M&L for bracket for fixing of street light fittings bend to shape, made out of 32mm dia GI pipe medium grade upto 1.5m long fixed with and including two sets of MS Clamp made out of Flat Iron of size 50x6mm, fabricated to shape and fixed with nuts, bolts and washers & two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for three core copper conductor PVC insulated cable of size 1.5 sqmm FR multistrand 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and erect steel tubular swaged poles, ISI marked, complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws drilling of holes for continous GI earth wire as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 metres long) including applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : Excavation and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item)

M&L for SMC enclosure of outdoor pole mounted boxes IP66/69 weather proof out door installation with knock outs for cable entry of size 155x210x92mm , poly carbonate, terminals single row 2 way MCB mountable outdoor pole mounting type having entry for lower side with cable gland for cable of size 10/16 sqmm 2/4 core including locking arrangement complete and enclosure to be fitted on pole with clamps nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit 20mm dia exclusive of boxes (junction/ terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc., heavy duty wall thickness 2mm for steet light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for Automatic street light timer switch three phase 5KW, 40V as a pole mountable SMC enclosure consisting of nature switch-02 as the controlling unit power contactor(s) & MCB 20 Amps (both input-output) of suitable power rating and copper wiring (min 10 sqmm) with proper lugs & terminal blocks. The SMC enclosure comes complete with openable door and mounting clamps. Outdoor mountable confirming to IP65 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for MCB SP 240V, 50HZ, 10KA, 'C' curve of rating 6-32 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bricks covering perpendicular to length of the cable, as per mechanical protection, with well burnt clay building bricks, sub-class ‘B’ designation 75 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI tubing, 'light grade' of 40mm nominal bore of pipe with all fitting, bottom of pole to junction box complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:3:6), type C2, using 40mm crushed stone aggregate as in foundation for drains, poles street, stays, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Note : The quoted rate of earthing shall be deemed to include cost of 7.5 m long galvanised wire 4 mm dia and GI light grage protection pipe 15 mm bore and GI light grade 20 mm bore watering pipe. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order.

M&L for wire netting of galvanised steel wire 0.71 mm dia, size of mesh as 25mm for boulder packing for PVC pipe filter media fixed with tinned tacks of wire staple complete as per drawing, specification and as directed.
