INLET CHAMBER CONTROL VALVES & COARSE SCREENS inside Wet Well:- Providing and fixing of two number Manual operated C.I.Sluice Gate valves 200mm Dia at wet well Inlet Chambers and Providing and fixing of two numbers coarse bar screens made of M.S.Epoxy coated Angle frame 50x50x6mm with Flat size of 50mm wide 8mm thick ,position in vertical face @20mm gap , Over all size of 420 wide ,1100mm Straight Height places at 60 degree angle.

RAW SEWAGE TRANSFER PUMPS with S.S.Piping FROM collection sump to Equalization Tank and equilisation tank to INLET CHAMBER OF MBR PACKAGE PLANT  :-Providing & Fixing of Two Nos (One working and One standby) , Submercible Types with level sensors , non-clog sewage handling Submercible Pumps suitable for solid handing of at least 40 mm dia for raw sewage transfer of capacity : Minimum 5 m3/hr(Cutter pump) and 3.6m, head 10 m (including required suction head). The pump shall have CI casing Stainless Steel impeller, TEFC induction motor of suitable capacity to run on 400/440V, 3 phase, 50 Hz cycles A/C power supply with single phase preventer, dry run protection etc. including pressure gauge, level controller system with stainless steel probes/sensors and float switches for automatic operation, cable, starters, panel, indicators, selector switches etc, complete with other accessories as required. Note:- Suitable Comman Header with NRV ,Manual Control Valves and complete pipe,bents, flanged joints , S.S nut bolts , rubber jains complete Pipe fitting of S.S.Material up to the Inlet Chamber shall be provided .Casing : Cast Iron IS 210 Gr. FG 260, Coupling : CI,Duck foot bend : C.I.Guide Pipe : SS 304,Lifting chain : SS 304,Fasteners : MS with GI coating The Pumps are to be fitted with multi strand, multi core unarmoured; PVC insulated flexible cable conforming to IS Specifications. The motor of the offered submersible pump shall be as per IS 325 standard. The following safety features shall be provided in pump design.b) Thermal switches to sense increase in temperature of the motor winding.d) Low level cut off through electrode type levelsensor.In auto mode, pump will start at high level and stop at low level and in manual mode athigh level pump is required to start manually and will stop automatically at low level.

These special features give signal to the control panel which trips the motor thereby avoiding further damage to the pump / motor and ensures long trouble free operation of the pump. Control panel with at least 2 Nos. level probes shall be provided. The pumped flow from the Pumping Station to the elevated Head Works of the Plant shall be taken through a Rising Main designed for peak flow. The Pumps will have coupling arrangement at discharge end, a guide pipe and a chain for easy removal and lowering of Pumps. The Pumps shall run smooth without undue noise and vibration. Vibration shall be limited as per BS 4675, Part I. The motor shall be as per IS 9283-1995. Motor shall have integral cable parts and the cable entries shall be sealed. Complete rotor shall be balanced dynamically.

Coarse Diffusers inside Wet Well cum Equallization Tank: Providing and fixing of eight numbers coarse bubble diffusers with S.S.Material Air pipe line with all bends ,flanges , control valves ,nuts and bolts from All Air Blowers to Wet Well Air diffusers system. Quantity: One Set for only Wet well.

ANOXIC  CHAMBER & MIXER :- Providing and fixing of One number Anoxic Tank & Submercible Mixer of 1.0HP Capacity with complete lifting arragement and submerged cable and required power connection from main STP panel and ON -OFF starter at Mixer site on top of wall. Anoxic tanks will be made of MSEP , 3m lenght x 5.3 height x 2.0m wide , Minimum 6mm thick M.S.Sheet and 5mm thick Epoxy Coating inside with all MS structure bracing channels as per standard engineering practices of shape and dimension . Leak proof welding should done as per IS specifications.Qty:01 set for each skid.

 INLET CHAMBER  & FINE BAR SCREENS :- Providing and fixing of two number Manual operated C.I.Sluice valves 100mm Dia at Inlet Chambers with fine bar screen MSEP tank and Providing and fixing of two numbers Fine bar screens made of M.S.Epoxy coated Angle frame 50x50x6mm with Flat size of 50mm wide , position in vertical face @6mm gap ,Over all size of 200 wide ,950mm Tapper Height places at 60 degree angle. MOC : of one Inlet Chamber and Two Fine Bar Screen is MSEP Minimum 6mm thick M.S.Sheet and 5 mm thick Epoxy Coating inside. Size of inlet Chamber: 0.6*0.6*0.6 and Size of Fine Bar screen Chamber is 300mm wide , 700mm Height and 1000mm length of each .Qty: two Numbers. VORTEX GRIT CHAMBER UNIT  :- Providing and fixing of One number Manual operated Vortex Type Grit Chamber made up of MSEP tank with 100mm dia valve at the bottom of the vortex Grit Chmabers including P/F of one Number G.I.flanged insurtion pipe at the bottom to remove Grit . Vortex tanks will be made of MSEP , 1.0m Dia x 1.9m height , Minimum 6mm thick M.S.Sheet and 5 mm thick Epoxy Coating inside with all MS structure bracing channels as per standard engineering practices of shape and dimension . Leak proof welding should done as per IS specifications.Qty:01 set for skid.

MEMBRANE BIO REACTOR  :-Providing and fixing of minimum 180 Sq: m area of PVDF fine membrane with S.S.mounting of membrane Train Fixing from Top inside MBR tank (make QUA). MBR tank made of MSEP, 3m lenght x 4.3m height x 3.0m wide , Minimum 6mm thick M.S.Sheet and 5mm thick Epoxy/FRP Coating inside with all MS structure bracing channels as per standard engineering practices of shape and dimension . AIR BLOWERS with Complete Air Piping Network:- Providing and fixing of Two Numbers for each skid (One working and one stand by) Air Blower twin lobe type blower with motors/pulleys of capacity not less than 110 cum/Hr @ 0.50 WC driven through 'V' belt or directly coupled through flexible coupling to a TEFC motor of suitable capacity suitable for 400/440 volts, 3 phase, 50 cycles AC supply with single phase preventer, starters including rigid one piece CI casing and side plates, anti friction bearings, suction silencer, discharge silencer, anti vibration pads necessary foundation, common base plate, lubricant oil, etc, complete with valves, NRV, rubber flexible complete including sound proof cover as per OEM specification .The blower will be fitted with S.S.Material AIR Pipe 1. Upto Wet Well (40mm dia) 2. Upto MBR ( 40mm dia) 3. Upto Sludge tank ( 40mm dia) 4. upto Aeration Tank Sysytem.( 50mm dia), with required Air Control valves . Lateral AIR GRID Piping  :- Providing and fixing of Air Grid piping of Header and Lateral Type of MOC - SS 304 should be catered in wet well tank, Aeration Tank , MBR tanks & sludge tank .Lateral Grid will have provision of fixing Air Diffueres with thread joint. Qty:01 set for each skid.

SLUDGE  RECIRCULATION TANK  :- Providing and fixing of One number Sludge Tank made of MSEP for each skid , 3.0m lenght x 4.0 height x 1.0m wide , Minimum 6mm thick M.S.Sheet and 5 mm thick Epoxy Coating inside with all MS structure bracing channels as per standard engineering practices of shape and dimension . Leak proof welding should done as per IS specifications.Qty:01 set for each skid.

RETURN SLUDGE  CUM WASTE  PUMPS :- Providing and fixing of Two Numbers (One working and one stand by) submercible type sludge pump 2.0HP motor capcity and minimum head 10m. The pumps shall be made of CI casing, CI Impeller, SS shaft and sleeve, Mechanical seal are connected to a TEFC induction motor of suitable capacity to run over 400/440V, 3 phase, 50 cycles AC power supply mounted on a common base frame with coupling guard, 100 mm dia pressure gauge with GM isolation cock, including all necessary piping, valves, industrial type .It includes the common header made of GI Pipe manifold finished & hot dipped galvanised with flanged ends on other sides and other accessories testing, commissioning complete as required.Both pumps have one delivery line upto Anoxic tank & sludge tank . It includes providing and fixing of Sludge Line Made of S.S.Material of required dia with all bends,Tee and flanges .Qty:01 set for each skid.

COMPLETE PIPING  :- Providing and fixing of all inter-connection piping of S.T.P between pumps, MBR tanks, oulet pipe up to treated water tanks . The material of Piping will be S.S only wherever submerged or non submerged pipes as per colour code marked direction of flow and type of sewer within battery limit including tees, bends, flanges, nut bolt, gasket, etc. including necessary primary and secondary supports with masonry work/structural steel work all as required and as specified.All welding works to be done as per I.S.Specification including leak proof test and fine finishing.Qty:01 set for each skid. Providing and fixing of pipe line and valve arragement for connecting two number Hypo Dosing System with complete set of hypo dozer comprising of 500 Ltrs Cap.each HDPE (Chemical grade) tank with inlet/outlet connection pump of adjustable capacity for dosing of chlorine solution (10 LPH) with testing and commissioning complete.It also includes Delivery pipe line of CPVC material of 10mm dia up to memebrane line.ty:01 set for each skid.

HYPO DOSING with DOSING Tanks : Providing and fixing of Two Hypo Dosing Pumps with complete set of Sodium Hypo Chloride solution dozer comprising of 1000 Ltrs Cap.each HDPE (Chemical grade) tank with inlet/outlet connection pump of adjustable capacity for dosing of chlorine solution (10 LPH) with testing and commissioning complete.It also includes Delivery pipe line of CPVC material of 10mm dia up to Chlorination Start point. One Mixer is also part of supply and fitting.Qty:01 set for each skid.

PERMEATE  PUMPS FOR MEMBRANE  :- P/F of Two Nos: (One working and one stand by) Horizontal centrifugal mono block type pumps as PERMEATE pump with capacity not less than 4.0 cum/Hr and minimum head mWC 20m. The pumps shall be made of C.I casing,C.I /Noryl Impeller, SS shaft and sleeve, Mechanical seal are connected to a TEFC induction motor of suitable capacity to run over 400/440V, 3 phase, 50 cycles AC power supply mounted on a common base frame with coupling guard, pressure gauge with GM isolation cock, suitable vibration eliminator pads of approved design including all necessary piping, valves, industrial type electronic type electronic level indicators with stainless steel probe/sensors for automatic operation, GI manifold finished & hot dipped galvanised with flanged ends on other sides and other accessories incl canopy of suitable size made of angle iron 40 x 40 x 6 mm and Galvalume sheet 0.5mm thick, testing, commissioning complete as required. It also includes P/F of VFD system to control the suction and back wash period of the MBR system.Qty:01 set for each skid.

MBR CONTROL VALES :- Supply & Fitting of Minimum Six Numbers Pneumatic control Valves controled by PLC programming with S.S piping flanged and welded with appropriate bends and T joints .It also includes supply and fixing of Rota Meter and Hydrostatic Pressure Transmitter.Qty:01 set for each skid.

AIR COMPRESSOR  :- Supply and Fitting of One No . AIR COMPRESSOR MAKE ELGI , CAPACITY 150LPH , 2 HP motor with required flow control valves and piping upto required valves of MBR process.Qty:01 set.

DISINFECTION  TANK  :- Providing and fixing of One number Disinfection Tank made of MSEP , 3m lenght x 4.0 height x 1.0m wide with two baffle walls per standard engineering practices of shape and given dimension . It also Includes provision of Hypo Dosing System from hypo dozer comprising of 500 Ltrs Cap.each HDPE (Chemical grade) tank with mixer & inlet/outlet connection pump of adjustable capacity for dosing of chlorine solution (10 LPH) with testing and commissioning complete.It also includes Delivery pipe line of CPVC material of 10mm dia up to Disinfection Tank. MOC : Minimum 6mm thick M.S.Sheet and 5 mm thick Epoxy Coating inside with all MS structure bracing channels as per standard engineering practices of shape anddimension . FILTER PRESS SCREW PUMPS :- P/F of Two Nos (one working and one stand by) screw type pumps for feeding the sludge from Sludge Tank to Filter Press. pumps should be of CI casing and bronze impellor along with motor of capacity not less than 0.5 Cum/Hr, 10 mtr head. Pump should be provided with isolation cock, isolation valve, NRV on delivery line, mechanical seal, vibration pad, drain valve inc. 150mm dia pressure gauge, suitable vibration eliminator pads of approved design. Motor to be suitable for 400/440V, 3 phase, 50 cycles AC power supply with single phase preventer, starters, industrial type electronic level indicators ncluding all necessary piping, valves and other accessories and concrete foundation, complete all as specified and directed. It also includes all piping of required dia (S.S material) from Sludge Pump to Screw Pumps and Delivery Line from Screw Pumps to Filter Press with pumps headers , valves , NRV , Bends , Flanges etc complete in all respect.Qty:01 set for each skid

FILTER PRESS (Hydraulic Operated) :- Supply, installation and commissioning of one number filter press with proper foundation fixing accessories, sheds, inspection arrangement and with provision of proper collection of sludge and its disposal. The specification of filter press is Size 600mmx600mm, 15 plates, per batch operation, with hydraulic press system and motor 3 phase 440v 50hz motor or higher capacity with suitable DOL starter, single phase parameter including cover shed made of structural steel posts with sufficent space all round for inspection (min 1 mtr), internal height 2.0 mtr above the equipment or 3 mtr overall height whichever is more , plinth height min 45 cm made of PCC 1:2:4 prepatinted Galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain stel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strenght of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, Cover shed made of structural steel posts with suffcient space allround for inspection (min 1 mtr), internal height 1.5mtr above the equipment,prepainted Galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.05mm thick of any colour having tensile strenght of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, the disposal of the filter cake will be done with hand one wheel operated trolly up to the site given by Eng-in-charge. COMPLETE Electrical and Electronics parts Cabling and wiring of all specified  units of complete MBR STP   :- Providing and fixing of all inter-connection wiring / cabling of STP machinery parts like pumps, Motors , Pneumatic Valves , Sensors , PLC control panel connection to Computer Monitor for SCADA Operation , Air compressors , Air Blowers Motors , CIP system , Chlorination System , Permeate pump with VFD drive cabling and control valves , Anoxic Mixer etc. complete in all respect including cable trays ,earthing of entire plant. The feed flow rate of each MBR is typically controled to maintain constant level in the membrane tank by controling VFD of premeate pump. Provision of removing air from the permeate pipe should be made by installing adequate DEgassing Pot and isolating atomatic controled valve and reverse direction of flush air.Qty:01 set for each skid.

Fabrication and fixing of M.S.Plateform ,Ladder , Railing at Coarse .Screen chamber inside Wet Well MOC: 40mm dia M.S.Pipe , Channels ,M.S.Plate ets complete in all respect to provide access to the coarse bar screen cleaning and operation of control valves as per drawing it also includes red oxide and enamel paint on all surfaces of M.S.Members.Qty: One Set only.

Plateform for MBR reactor :Made of MS Fabricated Angle channel framed with M.S.Sheet 8mm thich plateform on one side of MBR tank for inspection with MS.Ladder. Width of minimum 750mm will be provided.It also includes two coats of paint work as per IS Specifications .Qty:01 set for each skid.

Fabrication and fixing of M.S.Structure for the provision of Sewer Pumps Lifting arrangement from wet well to top ground level for maintenance purpose . It includes Grouting of Anchour Bolts on both sides of the Vertical Members of ISMB 300X140 with suitable two numbers PCC foundation, one manual type chain pully( One Ton Capacity ) to be fix on the top of Horizontal channel so that Pumps can be lifted up to the top Plateform , Four guide pipes also to be provided and fixed at the Bottom of Wet Well by groutning to base . One moving S.S.Bush (100mm long 20mm thick )to be fix on top of Guide Pipe connected to Submercible Pump body by Clamp .Gap between guide pipe and moving bush shold be at least 10mm .
