All as per item No 1.00 here in before, but gully traps completed all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of all blockage in sewage line of 100 mm dia of sewer line (i.e branch sewer line, main sewer line, etc) in any depth and in any situation by way of cleaning/desludging foreign materials as well as blockage of sewage line in between sucessive manholes by manually or mechanically and removing sludge etc to a distance n.exc 50 mtr including digging , burrying in ground and ensuring high standred of heigine and sanitation complete along with necessary cleaning alongwith rods,pumps Bamboos if necessary,chemicals as required and all other required tools all as specified Complete all as specified.and as directed, Note :-(i) Work shall be done in foul conditions , necessary precautionary measures/equipments to be adopted by the contractor . (ii) The solid or semi solid sludge shall be burried in pits and fully covered with a layer of lime powder and earth. (iii) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to have considered all such contingencies including removal and refixing man hole covers. (iv) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge without any extra cost to Govt.

Cleaning and desludging of existing septic tanks/Soakage wells of any capacity ( 10 users to 500 users ) including inlet and outlet chambers, taking out sludge in any form alongwith all other foreign materials by mechanical equipment or by way of other suitable means , and removing waste material/sludge etc to a distance n.exc 50 mtr including digging , burying in ground Complete all as specified.and as directed. Note :-(i) Work shall be done in foul conditions , necessary precautionary measures/equipments to be adopted by the contractor . (ii) The solid or semi solid sludge shall be burried in pits and fully covered with a layer of lime powder and earth. (iii) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to have considered all such contingencies including removal and refixing man hole covers. (iv) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge without any extra cost to Govt.

Dewatering of existing septic tanks of any capacity (10 users to 500 user) including inlet and outlet chambers and soakage well,, taking out sewage water by mechanical pump and equipment, filling in closed tank atached with tractore or truck etc and removing the same out side from population area, complete all as specified.and as directed, Note :-(i) Work shall be done in foul conditions , necessary precautionary measures/equipments to be adopted by the contractor . (ii) Mesurement of item shall be taken as effected measurement of septic tank which is occupied by the volume of water. (iii) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to have considered all such contingencies including removal and refixing man hole covers. (iv) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge without any extra cost to Govt. and

Systematically Cleaning of blockage of WC Indian, Orrisa pattern or European type and bathroom/ kitchen including cleaning of Nahani traps/gully traps/floor by removing of all the mud/sludge and getting out including cleaning of SGSW or CI pipe upto Ist manhole and depositng the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 metres from the gully trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of of pit including all excavations and earth work complete and ensuring high standard of hyigene and sanitation complete along with necessary cleaning alongwith rods,pumps Bamboos if necessary,chemicals as required and all other required tools all as specified and day to day directed by Engineer-in-charge. The quoted rate includes for keeping particular BLOCK under taken once for cleaning, functional for full contract period.) Note :-(i) The contractor should provide 04 people (02 sewage cleaning people & 02 helpers) and his authorised representative shall collect the complaints of all blockage from complaint cell/Engr-in-charge daily and all complaints will be rectified by the contractor with in same day and returne the complaint slip after completion of complaint and get receipt from concerned JE/Engr-in-charge. If he fails to complete the work with in same day then recovery will be made @ Rs 300.00 per complaint per day. (ii) Work shall be done in foul conditions , necessary precautionary measures/equipments to be adopted by the contractor . (iii) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge without any extra cost to Govt.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation or for shafts,wells, cesspits, manholes,pier holes etc, n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and exc 1.5 mtr in depth but n. exc 3.00 mtr in depth, for foundation , laying of pipes and cable etc or for shafts,wells, cesspits, manholes,pier holes etc, n.exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed..

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm, in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m from the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling of cast iron drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches (if required), of 75/100mm dia pipes, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up of drain pipe of 150 mm to 300 mm dia (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.

Concrete bed to drain pipes of bore 150mm including packing under,and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate including necessary shuttering and supports, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Thickness of bed belew barrel of pipe -10 cm. (ii) Width of bed :- outer dia of pipe plus 30 cm.

All as per item No 17.00 here in before, but 200 mm dia of pipe.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete pipe Class NP 2 laid and jointed complete with collars internal diameter 150 mm laid in trenches and complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for 100mm bore cast iron soil waste and vent pipes, sand cast, in any length with or without ears, with cement joints laid in trenches or in floors etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm bore cast iron soil waste and vent pipes, sand cast, in any length with or without ears, with cement joints but fixed in walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete ( reinforced ) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slabs ( for manholes/drain etc). and similar articles with plain faces/as requied for drain cover, set in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on wall, beams etc or similar works, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia), complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of CI pipes 100/75mm bore by ridding and inserting jute bag to clean out the residue material and well flushing with water, making functional upto satisfication of Engineer in charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc, complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing , dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius, using old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:4 , complete all as specified and as directed. .

All as per item No 37.00 here in before, but except bricks. Note:- Old useable bricks obtained in demolition shall be used.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 ( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in surface channel or drain etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel upto 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for \15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound, and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. .

Supply only integral water proofing compound as approved by GE.

Cutting into exising manholes for connecting new drains (internal dia of pipe n.exc 200 mm), making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section ) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) smooth finished, and reforming benching complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab,floor slab , landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or slopping) for rough finshed surface of concrete flat, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for loose filling with broken bricks of guage 80 to 150mm as in soakage pits including cleaning of existing sludge and other foreign materials complete all as sepceifed and directed.

S&F Vitreous china squatting pan, 'Orissa' pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rests excluding flushing cistern but including connection to trap, anti syphonage pipe etc, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Viterous china wash down water closet pan 'P' or 'S' trap (Pedestal pattern) ,white with PVC seat cover, including fixing bolts, connection to drain pipe ( or out going pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe etc , fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends any radius, for 110mm bore of pipe, fixed with rubber ring joint, fixed in repair, complete all as specified.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall, complete all as specified.

S&F PVC low level flushing cistern 10 ltrs capacity, valve less, syphonic action type, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets, PVC 32mm dia flushing pipe etc., fixed in repairs,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs plastic water closet seat, black or white colour, closet pattern with flat bottom and cover mild steel chromium plated or aluminum plated or aluminum hinging device complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in position, not otherwise described complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor/path finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Viterous china Urinals, half stall large coloured including connection PVC waste pipe of adequate dia and size CP grating with hole and urinal push valve including fittings fixed in repair complete all as specified.

S&F PVC (SWR) floor trap plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement, size 75 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of PVC/RCC Water tanks of any type and capacity and in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) gully trap of size 150 x 110 mm, setting and jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non- skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All Scaffoling work and safety measures such as provn of props and support shall be of steel/or Mechnically Opreated Machine as all activities mentioned in above srl item No. 23 to 29 & 48 to 49 if required for multistory building after fourth story and extent of the provision shall be to the entire satisfaction of GE. (iii) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge without any extra cost to Govt. (Work done shall paid for separately under relevant items in BOQ).

Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb stone and similar work, bedded and jointed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate factory made drain cover of size 600 x 450 x 85 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair rigid non - metalic PVC casing caping of 25/12mm inclusive of all elbow, tees,etc complete all as per the direction of Engr-in-Charge.
