(b) Necessary dismantling and new PCC work /touch up work if required to make existing surface as existing etc shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply and fix in repair and replacment switch fuse iron clad of sheet metal SP fused and neutral link 32 Amps 240 volts.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,conected to and including galvanised iron earth wire 32 X 6 mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and provision of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete all as specified and directed and shown in electrical plate number 5 of MES SSR part-I(1991)

Dismantling and taking down deffective high mast light fittings with complete assembly by engaging suitable heavy duty crane/ Hydra machine from pole upto 20 mtr height using electrically operated winch, repairing and refixing after replacing all unserviceable parts including internal wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : (a) Light fittings shall be measured and paid for separately. (b) Spares such as steel wire, winch motor, cable etc shall be measured and paid for separately. c) The entire work shall be carried out by well experienced professionals who has already carried out the high mast poles dismantling /repair works and similar works. d) Cost Minor fittings/fixtures such as screws, bolt/nuts, grease etc shall provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt to make fucntional lights and nothing shall be admissible on this ground.

Supply only stainless steel rope twisted of size 10 mm dia with necessary connections proper binding on both sides from bottom drum to high mast top connection hook , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only fractional 1.5 HP motor 415 volts suitable for electrically operated high mast light, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sand cushioning to protection of underground cables, laid 8 Cm before laying and 15 Cm after laying of cable, and punned to form an overall layer of 18 Cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured.

Sub class ‘B’ bricks, modular size, brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning for mechanical protection of cable, with width equal to the length of the brick, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggrgate for filling in foundations of LT poles/garden light fittings all as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for coping of poles including necessary form work and finished the surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Replacement of PVC junction box of size 200MMx2500MMx95MM mounted on GI pipe with MS clamp made out of 40 mm x 6 mm flat for fixing box on pole/wall including four poles terminal points mounted on epoxy insulator for cable connection with 01 No MCB SP 0-32 amp complete all as directed

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI pipe light grade of size 40 mm dia of any height mounted on PCC fdn at existing position all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Design,Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Cubical type floor mounted LT panel, of minimum suitable size outdoor type factory fabricated made out of CRCA sheet of 3.15 mm thick ,fully enclosed and angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6mm thick and T section with front openable double door shutter, dust and vermin proof and rear opening complete with locking arrangement, having a system of bus bars of aluminium of suitable size of 200 Amps duly insulated and mounted on Epoxy/porcelain insulators in totally enclosed chamber with three phase and neutral 415 volts, AC, system prewired with suitable copper wire PVC insulated with all control accessories, provn of suitable cable glands, duly powder coated of approved quality over a coat of red primer with sufficient free space complete to include the following accessories:- (a) MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type, 100 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA -01 No (b) MCCB 3 Pole, 415 V, fixed type, 63 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA-03 Nos (c) Digital volt meter 0 to 500 volts with selector switch-1 No (d) Digital Ammeter 0 to 350 Amps with CTs of suitable Amps and selector switch-1 No (f) Indicator lamp RYB- 01 Set

Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, connected with 4.0mm dia GI wire as earth lead, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel complete with 20mm dia GI light grade protection pipe, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe with funnel including charcoal, dust, salt, PCC M-15, type B-1 in pit with precast RCC M-15(1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in cover reinforced with XPM not less than 4.0 Kg per Sqm, test point etc. all as shown in electric plate No-3 of SSR Part-I (2009), complete with necessary earth work in any type of soil, removal to a distance not exceeding 50mtr, including testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Earth pit chamber and RCC pit cover shall be painted with two coats of red synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer including preparing of surfaces.

Amount of Schedule of credit of for Rs 1,16,662.00 shall be deducted from quoted amount.
