All live parts, bus bars,VCBs connections, ON-OFF offload switch, Earth switch of of feeder should be enclosed in one tank sealed for life robotically welded non magnetic and non ferrite grade stainless steel tank Grade 304 of minimum 2 mm thick having IP67 degree of protection filled with SF6 gas as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200.The unit shall have front cable entry for ease of installation and shall have site replaceable bushings for ease of troubleshooting during breakdown.The Gas Insulated switchgear should be complete with all accessories such as Terminal kits suitable for 1Cx300sqmm Cable, VPIS, cable supports, all front cable terminations, mechanical indications for VCB, OFF load switch & Earth switch , Manometer as per with IEC standards 62271-1, 100, 200. Altitude of installation up to 1000m as per IEC 60120.Cable termination Kit must be screen seperable touchproof type.The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting required at site.License partnar / Authorized Integrators are not accepted. PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for sub base) for foundation of RMU and PCC 1:4:8 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm grade stone aggregrate in foundation for mass concrate) of Size 2mtr X 2mtr X 0.70 Mtr including necessary form work and finishing the surface of PCC above ground level with cement mortar 1:4, 5mm thick complete all as specified and directed. Note: Size & Shape of Plinth will be change as per OEM recommendation.

HT gang operated air break switch 33 KV, 3 pole horizontaly mounted type, mechanically operated, mounted on insulators and steel frame with operating mechanism, worked from ground level for current rating 200 Amps switch having 100 MVA rating at 33 KV and 9 insulators suitable for 33 KV, 50 C/s including mounting on steel structure and necessary electrical connections and including Gl pipe handle, clamps bolls, nuts, jumper wire connecting with stranded conductors with locking arrangement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foudation, filling, sub base and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

PCC 1:2:4 (nominal mix) type B-1, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chemfered angles and throating including necessary from work, complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing with GI earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6.3mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5M below ground level connected to GI strip 32 x 4 mm thick for earthing lead fixed by means of nuts,bolt,washers etc connected to earth test point complete all as specified in electrical plate NO 3 of SSR1996 part 1 ,including necessary excavation and earth work in any strata of soil,comman salt, charcoal dust, 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection to earth lead, GI water pipe 20mm dia with funnel &wire mesh , PCC pit with CI cover and frame etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- All the joints shall be made with welding to get proper conductivity. Note: On testing after completion of earthing, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk & cost to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Mild Steel work as in heavy sizes such as trusses built up gates, door frames, record racks, roof work gates etc wrought to required form including holes rivetting or welding where necessary and also fixing in proper position and alignment including supply of steel bolts nuts, wastage etc. and their fixing required for proper completion of the work, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cable jointing kit for 33 KV (Earthed) grade cable for End joint Heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and acessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable 240-400 sq.mm, complete all as specified and as directed.
