Taking out old underground serviceable/unserviceable cable of any size and any make and keeping aside for the purpose of rerouting/relaying in new location/for requisite replacement/further disposal complete including taking out bricks, complete all as specifed and directed. (Note:- Earth work will be measured & paid separately).

Labour only for re-laying of serviceable (as obltained from taking out of cable ) cable of any type and size inclung making all electrical connection, complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply, laying in replacement of UG cable 10 sqmm 4 core XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, stranded aluminium conductor and including necessary cable lugs, bolts, nuts and washers, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of warm white LED street light of 100 watt 230 V AC outdoor type high pressure die cast aluminium housing and heat resistant toughened glass complete with drivr,lamp,bracket with impact and corrossion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP65/66 protection, complete all as specified and directed.

The panel shall be dust and vermin proof made of 3 mm CRCA sheet duly powder coated and mounted on 40x40x5mm angle iron frame having 4 Nos legs 45 cm long of 40x40x5 mm angle iron, 15 mm grouted in PCC of ratio 1:2:4 and 30 cm clear space from ground/floor level. Front & back door opening type with aprons for bottom cable entry with locking arrangement including internal wiring of meter & indicator with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cables of suitable size, thimbling, connecting and cable entry boxes with cable glands. The scope of the work also includes supply and fixing the following:-

S & F MCCB 4 Pole 63 Amp, 25 KA Adjustable thermal and megnatice setting, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MCCB 4 Pole 100 Amp, 36 KA Adjustable thermal and megnatice setting, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of ON load change over switch of open execution type of capacity 63Amps on exisitng LT panel, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement/ repairs, installation, commissioning and testing Junction boxes made of Lid PC and base is polystyrene Hensel reference : KG series suitable . Junction Boxes Size 217 x 253 x 115 mm in Grey RAL 7035 colour. Junction Box IP 65 Thermoplastic PS Polystyrene weatherproof Junction Box with multi level knockouts for cable glands in different sizes. The pre-moulded knockouts shall be available on top and bottom of the junction box to enable cable entries from both direction. The junction box shall have an optional cable entry at the bottom up Cable Size 25 Sq mm of the box via pre-moulded knockout to enable pole mounting option. Lid fasteners self closed will be tool operated. it will be sealable with accessories. The junction box shall have elongated holes inside them for wall/pole mounting provision. The junction box with 4 Pole Terminal Strip and MCB SP 6 Amp 10 KA C Curve for LED light. In the event of formation of condensed water, the junction box shall have a minimum of two condensation knock-outs inside to ensure optimum safe performance.

The junction box shall fulfill the following standards Weatherproof : Rainwater proof, temperature resistant. IEC 60670-22 : Particular requirements for connecting boxes and enclosures. IEC 60695 – 2 – 11 : Flame – retardant & Self-extinguishing. Glow Wire tested at minimum 750 deg C. IEC 60529 : IP 65 degree of protection. UV Resistant in accordance with IEC 61 439-1, Clause no 8.4.4 The Junction Box with Suitable Glands 3 Nos with each and chromium plated clamps, nut bolts complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions. Make : Cat Part :- KG 9003 of Hensel/Siemens/GE Power/Schneider/ L&T/ABB. Manufacturer should submit routine test certificate of CJB/PJB

M&L for checking of fencing lights/road light/post top latern in Technical area daily and repairing of lights found unserviceable during checking or as given by JE E/M including rectification of fault/cable, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- (i) Each job assessed for required minor material like insulation tape, copper wire of fittings, repairing of junction box with lugs, T&P etc. shall be deemed included in item quoted rate. (ii) Contractor shall deployed minimum one electrician alongwith one helpers daily 14:00 to 22:00 PM including sunday/holiday or extra as on required basis, however it may required more to rectify defects on same day job work and no extra payment shall be made, contractor is adviced to quote rate accordingly. (iii) Contractor shall be pannelised @ Rs 1000/- per day job work, if he fails to attend job work on same day. (iv) Major spare parts required shall be measured & paid separately as "supply only" in replacement.

Supply and fixing in replacement following items to be fitted under item srl 30.00 here in before:- (a) PVC insulated, sheathed, multi stranded, three core, 1100 volts grade copper conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm complete all as specified.

(b) Open construction copper ballast suitable for 250 watts, HPSV/MH lamp, 230 Volts, 50 Hz, complete all as specified and directed.

(c) Tubular shaped single ended HPSV/MH lamp 250 watts, 230 Volts, 50 Hz, complete all as specified and directed.

(d) Lamp ignitor suitable for HPSV/MH lamp, complete all as specified and directed.

(e) Lamp holder suitable for single ended tubular HPSV/MH lamp, 400/250 watts, complete all as specified and directed. Make: As per sample

(f) LED driver suitable for 60 to 100 watt complete with all accessories, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old US light fittings including acccessories, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Including Removing and taking down the existing unserviceable post top lantern light fitting LED Post top lantern 25 W or hihger wattage Integral Translucent Light fitting comprises of die cast housing and clear acrylic and spun aluminium reflector suitable for mounting on 50 mm OD pipe including necessary fixing arrangements (PCC ) and suitable Length of pipe as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix includingTaking down corrugated/damaged garden light fitting Inverted pyramid tripod type LED bollard with soft 360 light (preferably 4000 K) IP 65 protection resistanace corrossion better optics for uniform distribution of capcacity 10w LED fitting, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less that 2.25mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to 32x6 mm GI strip as earthing lead by means of brazing after tighten by bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers from earth pit to test point with protection GI pipe of size 50mm dia light grade and providing masonry enclosure including watering GI pipe (medium grade) 20 mm bore from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode and 20 mm GI pipe light grade for earth strip protection complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: GI strip 7.5 mtr included in the quoted rate from earth pit to test point

The panel shall be dust and vermin proof made of 3 mm (outer) & 2 mm (inner compartment door) CRCA sheet duly powder coated, panel mounted on angle iron 40x40x6 mm frame having 4 Nos legs 45 cm long of 40x40x6 mm angle iron, 15 cm grouted in PCC of ratio 1:2:4 and 30 cm clear space front ground level. Front & back opening type with aprons for cable entry with locking arrangement including internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cables of suitable size, thimbling and cable entry boxes with cable glands. Taking down old unserviceable GI tubes any size, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia bore in protection of cable at road crossing /hard standing/pole protection fixed with clamps as per site requirement etc., complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No. 39 above but 50 mm dia bore, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No. 39 above but 80 mm dia bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable street light poles any size, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial tapper plug, bolts nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP -31 (9.00 mtr long), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L spray for painting and numbering of electric poles including street light brackets, cross arms, GOD system, four pole structure,two pole structure from out side with two coats of aluminium oil based enamel paint after cleaning and preparing the surface of poles of any size, complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-chaarge. (Numbering of poles will be done as per MES standard instruction) Make of Paint : Berger/Asian/Shalimar

S& F in replacement of Automatic street light switch uising Nature switch based on LUX level of nature light, three phase 25kw Model No -swdeep-02ec25kw3p, complete all as specified and directed. Make-HAGER/L&T/GELCO or equivalent of other make as approved by Engg-in-Charge/ GE.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for graded coarse aggregate 20 mm to the surroundings of LT panels and substations after removing grass, vegitations etc., complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note :- An amount of Rs.1,31,350.00 on account of credit schdule for Sch 'A' Part-II Shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
